In Los Angeles County, your religious beliefs "do not matter”, according to a complaint filed by a Christian lifeguard who refused to fly the pride flag.

Captain Jeffrey Little is suing Los Angeles County, claiming that city officials "forced him to choose between his job and his faith," according to Fox News.

Last year the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed a motion that forces county employees to fly the “Progress Pride Flag” at all city facilities. Little requested religious accommodation but was denied after he was told that his religious beliefs "do not matter”.

I googled it for you. This flag is different from the other rainbow one because it is supposed to be more "inclusive" by celebrating "diversity"? But why does it seem as if these people get more “exclusive” the more they try to be “inclusive”? Because inclusive does not appear to include White, straight, Christian males, but I digress.

Afterward, Little was removed from his role on a background investigation unit despite his "exemplary record" and there "never being any concerns with his work or reputation," his lawyer, Paul Jonna of the Thomas More Society, told Fox News Digital.

"He courageously stood on principle and asked for a simple religious accommodation, which he is rightfully and legally due, only to be first denied, then threatened, harassed, discriminated and retaliated against for his widely shared Christian religious beliefs," Jonna said in a statement.

The Board of Supervisors took an oath to defend the Constitution. Religion is so crucial to this country’s founding that our founders enshrined it in the First Amendment. To say these people have crossed the line would be an understatement.

Little also allegedly received a death threat against him and his daughters at his family home, according to the suit. For the remainder of the month, Little was forced to use up his vacation time to avoid flying the Pride flag at his workstation, Jonna said.

As Pride month approached this year, Little once again sought a religious accommodation so he wouldn't be forced to fly the flag. However, Jonna told Fox News Digital his requests were "essentially ignored," leading him to seek legal counsel.

So the lifeguard is allowed to have pride in another person's sexual preference but not his religion? That sounds a bit deranged if you ask me.

This is coming from the side that screams “separation of church and state.” Yet, when it comes to the LGBT mob they demand we affirm and glorify everything about the alphabet religion. How is that not the government organizing a state religion? They are literally telling people Christianity does not matter and they must practice it with whatever LGBT ritual they demand of us. It's unconstitutional and evil.

The left not only wants to have their cake and eat it, too, but they want everyone else to bake it against their will. And that is not something the Constitution condones.

Could this be why the county has failed to meet its target of 500 lifeguards for the past three years? No wonder they are facing a lifeguard recruiting shortage.

You know, the left wouldn't have to set fire to the constitution and our legal system and convict their biggest political rival, if they thought they were the least bit confident in the election. But as Trump said at Friday’s press conference, “Nov. 5 is going to be the most important day in the history of our country.”

The left is notorious for doubling down on things that blatantly don’t work. And no matter how many times they throw bogus charges at Trump, they don’t seem to get the picture that it’s only helping him. So while they believe they positively made history by convicting him on 34 bogus charges, that not even Manhattan's overweight district attorney can fully explain, Trump got asix-point bump in his approval rating. And that’s on top of the nearly $40 million he raised while Sleepy Joe slept.

It's unclear ifBraggs will finally start prosecuting real crimes now that his sham trial is over, but don't hold your breath.

Trump couldn't have said it any better. The Democrats truly hate this country. They really do. Because over the past four years, we have seen them blatantly disregard legal precedent, trash the Constitution, and open our borders to contribute to American ruin. And LOL on the unknown language part.

How can they fight “MAGA”? Why would they want to stop making America great again? The only logical explanation would be that they despise this great country. But Trump is set on his promise, “We will continue the fight—we will Make America Great Again!”

And the richest part about this case was that it relied on so-called “election interference”. These people lack any form of self-awareness, as they have decided they are really going to pretend this is not interfering in the election. But fortunately, every time they interfere, it seems to backfire.

To be fair, although the trial likely will hurt the left on election day, I don't think they needed it to lose. Because only the left can pretend they are "fighting democracy" as they are actively destroying any bit of it we have left.

The people will give the real verdict on election day.

Pride month will officially begin tomorrow but Spokane city officials are warming up extra early with crocodile tears over a “desecrated” pride mural that no one cares about.

Unfortunately, in America we have more pride crosswalks that represent a flag dedicated to degenerate sexual preferences than we do of the American flag. Because, according to the left, America is not a symbol of freedom; debauchery is.

A pride crosswalk in SPOKANE, Wash. was set on fire, and city officials won’t shut up because silence is violence.

According to KREM2:

The day after the Pride crosswalk in downtown Spokane was set on fire, dozens of city leaders came together to support the LGBTQ+ community and condemn the act of vandalism. The incident is being investigated as arson, and as police work to find whoever is responsible, the city reiterated that what occurred is not OK.

According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), someone vandalized the rainbow crosswalk in front of Riverfront Park at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. According to police, video surveillance shows multiple people dumping liquid on the mural before setting it on fire. One of the suspects reportedly videotaped the vandalism.

I don’t condone vandalism but literally no one cares. These people already have an entire month dedicated to insignificant sexual preferences and if you so much as look at them in what they perceive as a threatening way, that is considered a hate crime.

Their entire self-worth is based on their sexual desires, that’s why they throw temper tantrums the moment they are not “affirmed” by the masses.

These people get the entire month of June filled with sex parades and all sorts of debauchery and it’s pathetic that they go and cry “victim” for anything and everything. Nothing even has to happen for them to pretend their degeneracy is under attack. They are so incredibly pathetic it’s painful.

To the LGBTQ+ community, please know that I stand in solidarity with you against all forms of discrimination and prejudice,” Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown said.

Cry me a river. No one cares, not even them. They are just pandering and it’s embarrassing. And the mayor is lying when she whines that this is about the "values of equality”. The LGBT people have always had the same rights as all other Americans. They don't want equal rights, they want special rights. There’s nothing they don’t have a right to do but they desperately need attention to make themselves the least bit relevant.

Can you name another group of people who get an entire month of parades for insignificant preferences? No? Didn’t think so.

Officials can cry crocodile tears all they want but the truth hurts and deep down they know that Pride comes before the fall.

Yesterday was the first time in American History that a former president was convicted of felony crimes after President Donald Trump was convicted on34 charges of falsifying business records. Today’s show breaks down the left’s latest weaponization of the justice system against a political opponent.

"There are few days in life where you remember very clearly where you were, who you were with, and about what was going on around you that you don't remember on most days," Gerald A said. "May 30, 2024, will be one of those days.”

As of writing this, Trump has raised nearly $35 million in donations.

"They tried to hide the fact that they were absolutely thrilled that Democracy was dying right in front of our eyes," Gerald A said. “They tried to convict a man of a felony by not telling you if he actually broke laws.”

Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor that has a two-year statute of limitations. Subsequently, DA Alvin Bragg elevated this to a class E felony, claiming Trump may have “falsified” the records to cover up another crime.

According to New York Magazine:

“The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever. Even putting aside the specifics of election law, the Manhattan DA itself almost never brings any case in which falsification of business records is the only charge.”

Inexcusably, the DA refused to specify what those unlawful means actually were — and the judge declined to force them to pony up — until right before closing arguments. So much for the constitutional obligation to provide notice to the defendant of the accusations against him in advance of trial. (This, folks, is what indictments are for.)

Sentencing is on July 11. According to USA News, fines and probation will probably be the punishment.

"I don't think Donald Trump cares if he gets sent to prison for this or not," Gerald A said. "He knows that will make him the President of the United States."

The Biden Administration and the Democrat Party can't figure out why so many Americans-of-Color are fleeing them for Donald Trump. They have spent decades fine-tuning their propaganda that anyone who disagrees with them on any issue is a raaaaaaacist, and it stopped working. Their solution? Have multi-millionaire celebrities from those communities lecture their communities about how dumb they're being.

John Leguizamo stepped up to speak down to Hispanic voters. Here comes John Legend to do the same for Black Americans. Not only are they too easily manipulated by "misinformation," but they are also too manly.

The coach on "The Voice" went on to argue that these voters wrongly believe the economy has been suffering under President Biden. "I hear a lot of misinformation and disinformation about the economy under Trump and what's happened since. To be clear, the economy is doing quite well," Legend claimed...

Compare this to how Stephen A. Smith talks about the shift toward Trump:

Milk don’t need to cost $7. Bread don’t need to cost $5. Don’t get me started with how much sugar costs. ]...] We’ve got poor, impoverished, starving people who were born and raised in this nation. How in the hell do we come up with a 52… 53 million-dollar pilot program for illegals but folks who are here legally, or born here, we don’t have enough for them? [...] Trump got 12% of the black vote in 2016. He got 16% of the black vote in 2020. They’re projecting he’s going to get more than 20% of the black vote in this upcoming election. That’s what they’re saying. And who’s to say black people would be wrong to vote for him?

Middle-class Black Americans -- along with Hispanic, Asian, Muslim, and [solve for X]-Americans -- are struggling as they've seen their grocery and cost of living skyrocket along with their credit card debt as they have seen their savings dwindle under Joe Biden. But the problem is they are too dumb to know how good they have it because a multi-millionaire celebrity was sent statistics from the Biden Campaign.

The same Joe Biden who also believes Black Americans can hire a lawyer, use the internet, or pick out extra legroom on a plane without white politicians like Biden helping them. Yet to elitists like Legend, the problem is Black and Hispanic Americans being too susceptible to "misinformation."

Also, manliness.

"I do think Trump performs a form of masculinity that is appealing to some men," Legend reacted to a question about polls showing Trump's increased support from younger Black voters, in an interview with "Pod Save America" on Tuesday. "That may explain the uptick."

Trump isn't a pussy. Voters like that. John Legend is in his feels because of it.

All the pie charts and bar graphs in the world don't matter when real people FEEL how everything is more expensive than it was pre-Biden: gas, food, basic groceries, heating your house, etc. Bidenomics is arrogant elitists like Joe Legend telling people who are struggling, "Quit complaining. You don't know how well we... I mean, YOU have it."

The only data that matters to voters is what I call the "me and everyone I know" metric. Assign a number to yourself based on your job status and how expensive you find everything (food, gas, utilities, etc.). Plus one for everyone you know who is doing okay. Minus one for everyone you know who is not.

That's the only number that matters to people when they vote, and it is how they judge the people they vote for. Yes, even Black and Hispanic Americans.

Donald Trump was found guilty on Thursday. They got him on 17 counts of beating Hillary Clinton in 2016 and 17 counts of running against Joe Biden in 2024. His sentencing? Four days before the GOP convention in July. It is both not surprising yet still maddening. But it's where we're at right now. Trump has a press conference scheduled for Friday morning, though he addressed the court decisions briefly last evening.

I wish I had an original thought or reaction, but twelve hours or so later every take that is to be had has already been dropped on X-Twitter. And whatever you are feeling as you're reading this on the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website, yeah, me too. However, I did manage to see three reactions that best sum up where we're at right now and what comes next.

The first is that in the hours after the verdict, y'all crashed Trump's donation page. Don't worry, it's back up now! I'm guessing Trump will have a yuge number to announce at Friday's press conference.

Megyn Kelly points out that this is a before-and-after moment for America, and Democrats are going to rue the day. This is not unlike how Democrats rue Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Comey-Barrett, who were the results of former Democratic Leader Harry Reid blowing up the Senate norms. Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) found Trump guilty of signing a piece of paper thirty-four times in New York City. Let's find Biden as an accessory to the murder of every American killed by an illegal migrant here because of Biden's border crisis. Put him on trial in Texas. We can make up the rest as we go along.

And that doesn't even get into the Biden crime family drama, Obama's drone strikes, or Nancy Pelosi's insider trading. This is the America the Left wanted.

Virginia delegate (and my favorite social media personality) Nick Freitas sums up best where I am personally. Just swap out Rand Paul for Marco Rubio. I never liked Trump, and still don't. But... "I will enthusiastically campaign, donate and vote for Trump. Because if nothing else, he represents opposition to YOU. The people who engage in "lawfare," openly target your political rivals for prosecution while ignoring the real issues facing this country."

The Left and the media (but I repeat myself) showed us the rules of the game. Time to start playing by them.

Therapists are supposed to be apolitical, according to a trans mental health counselor. But in the same breath, he/she/they also claims that counselors "have a moral duty to be liberal or leftist."

However, that makes no sense because the only standards the left has are double standards and it’s impossible for them to have a moral duty to do anything since the goalpost is always changing, but I digress.

Anyway, this trans therapist went on a profanity-filled rant about how he’s upset that someone who would vote conservative could even think about becoming a therapist because anyone who disagrees with his politics is a bigot and blah blah blah.

Ladies and gentlemen, behold the side of tolerance and inclusion:

When the left screams inclusion, they actually mean the exact opposite.

"I don't think you can be conservative and practice this. Anyone that's voting for a conservative person does not give a f*ck about human beings past birth," he/she/they said. "They have this big hard-on for liberty but the reality is that their concept of liberty is so limited it's f*cking nonsense.”

Basically, he/she/they went on some weird rant about why therapists have a moral obligation to be as progressive as possible, while also claiming that conservatives are evil because they don’t affirm kids who want to change their gender.

Fact check: True.

He/she/they then claims that conservatives pretend to care about liberty because they don’t like it when unborn children are killed in the womb, which means they actually hate freedom.

He/she/they also claims that conservatives believe that gay people are “by definition” doing damage to society. However, that’s not true. It’s people like this weirdo that is doing damage to society.

The video concludes with the therapist having trouble putting sentences together and then something, something, Jan. 6, something, something.

Question: Why does she/he/they have a Stitch stuffed animal?

At a certain point, at least have the decency to hide your toys if you’re going to be demanding what mental health care children should receive.

He/she/they brought up an interesting and unhinged perspective that fuels progressivism. And that’s this asinine notion that liberty means being able to live out debauchery and make “choices” that contribute to social ruin. So by not wanting people to shoot up heroin, that is anti-liberty to them. And it’s pathetic that they call that compassionate considering all human life is valuable, so much so that they shouldn't have the “freedom” to ruin their life with addiction.

Also, at one point in time, the status quo was to do anything but affirm trans feelings. Society used to change the mind to fit the body. But now liberals are literally butchering people up and changing the body to fit the mind. And on top of that, this therapist thinks that children should have the “freedom” to do that. And that anyone who dares to disagree with that shouldn't be allowed to practice therapy.

I don’t have to tell you how stupid all that is. He/she/they didn't even have to open his mouth because of how dumb his stuffed animal toy is. And the freak tucked the stuffed toy in as if it was taking a nap. I don’t know about you, but that’s someone I would never let around kids, let alone start “affirming” their feelings.
