Never in human history has a patient’s self-diagnosis been affirmed based on feelings, especially when it comes to kids and irreversible procedures. However, progressives decided to change that and one day, “child gender clinics” became a thing. While the status quo was to get kids to accept the bodies they were born with, progressives decided that the proper intervention was to change their bodies to match their feelings.

So not only do they inform anyone the least bit confused that there is something inherently wrong with them, but they decided the proper way to go about this was to butcher them up in deranged, Frankenstein experiments.

You don't have to be a conservative to see how evil this is but leftists don’t like it when you challenge their debauchery. Thus, state lawmakers banned this nonsense, and the fight for sanity to prevail was set in motion.

And fortunately for all things sane, the Texas Supreme Court has just upheld the ban on this reprehensible “care.”

The Texas Supreme Court upheld the state’s ban on gender-affirming care for transgender youths Friday, rejecting pleas from parents that it violates their right to seek medical care for their children.

It turns out that parents don’t have a right to trans their kids. Who would have guessed?

The 8-1 ruling from the all-Republican court leaves in place a law that has been in effect since Sept. 1, 2023. Texas is the largest of at least 25 states that have adopted laws restricting or banning gender-affirming medical care for transgender minors.

Most people know that kids shouldn't go through sex changes because they feel some way. That is why progressives resort to the most evil and deranged form of gas-lighting - suicide threats.

Several doctors who treat transgender children testified in a lower court hearing that patients risk deteriorating mental health, which could possibly lead to suicide, if they are denied safe and effective treatment.

Not only is it incredibly illogical to suggest that someone will kill themselves if they do not change their sex, but it’s evil. To convince parents dealing with these issues that their kids will die if they don’t affirm them in the way the left demands it’s deranged, and should be condemned.

Sleepy Joe and his little administration think that they are the compassionate ones for promoting science experiments on our most vulnerable population. But too bad for them, the courts have sided on the side of sanity and the butchers will have to keep their hands off the kids.

This story gives "long-term lease" a whole new meaning.

In San Francisco, a home has been listed on the market for under $500,000, which would seem like a steal, especially considering adjacent homes are nearly $2 and $3 million. But just because San Francisco is one of the most expensive places to live, that does not mean other people don’t have rights to your property.

I know none of that made sense but nothing makes sense in San Francisco.

A home was listed on the market for $488,000, even though it's worth $1.5 million. It was listed so low because potential buyers have to wait at least 30 years to move in, as there is currently a tenant living there with a very long-term lease.

According to the New York Post:

The current tenants may also have occupancy rights for the next 29 years, which means buyers can formally move into the home in 2053.

It was not revealed what the unconventional payment method was, but the tenant claims to pay a current monthly rent of $416.67.

I know the city is currently going through a zombie apocalypse but $400 is a steal considering what others pay for rent.

But this doesn't really make sense considering that the owner left someone the ownership of the house while allowing a tenant to live there for 30 years. Why not just give the tenant ownership? Selling at this point has created such a mess.

The only way I would pay for a home and agree to move in 30 years later is if I was five years old.

The buyers have to be at least 30 years old. There is no guarantee they will be alive in 30 years.

Why risk it? Unless they just had kids and this is a way to provide security for their children when they are older….? But even that does not seem worth it, especially considering the tax burden.

Who knows.

Unclear who to blame here; the previous homeowner, the woke city, or the “squatter.” This really seemed like a sloppy way to go about this but it's not like the contract is null just because the previous owner died.

What a mess.

Progressives are not really what you would call “smart.” They are objectively naive people. But even before written language was a thing, people knew what a “woman” was. However, one should never underestimate the ability of progressives to complicate the simplest concept known to mankind.

Roses are red, violets are blue, and “a woman is a person who says she is.”

Don’t laugh at me, this is what Maya Wiley, President and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights said when testifying in front of a congressional committee. Oh, and she claims she is the expert on defining all things woman because somebody called her a “boy” when she was like five years old.

According to The Post Millennial:

Maya Wiley, President and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, testified before a congressional committee where she was grilled by representative Nancy Mace for justifying trans ideology by saying that she was called a boy when she was younger.

During the hearing, titled, “Standing Up for the Rule of Law: Ending Illegal Racial Discrimination and Protecting Men and Women in U.S. Employment Practices,” Wiley introduced herself by stating her pronouns, she/her. Wiley was asked by Mace to define what a woman is and then responded with the definition, “A woman is a person who says she is.”

Is this supposed to be some sort of Descartes dualism argument? "I think, therefore I am." Is that what she is trying to say?

Wiley then tried to justify this saying, "When I was a child I was called a boy." Mace immediately expressed dissatisfaction with the circular-reasoning from Wiley, emphasizing that there a biological definition of the word woman.

The only problem with that definition is that it’s illogical and therefore, invalid. And LOL to the "I was called a boy." Um, okay??? Obviously, that comment really affected her since she is still talking about it to this day.

Mace, who took issue with Wiley’s stances on transgender issues and cited her own experience of being raped at 16. She argued against allowing biological men who identify as women to use women's bathrooms and locker rooms, stating that she is “not going to put other women and girls into unsafe situations with biological men.

Wiley, a civil rights activist and attorney, argued in her testimony to Congress that transgender-identifying people, particularly transgender women of color, face “deep discrimination and are vulnerable to sexual violence and murder.” She claimed that attention on this issue is lacking and that societal work to combat hate must be “a rising priority.”

And what an arrogant thing of Wiley to say.

That means a rapist can be a woman if he/she says he/she is. And is she not concerned with women being raped? Because again, all a predator has to do is claim an itty bitty thing to be afforded the “right” to enter female-only spaces.

Unclear if a cat is also a cat because it says so but according to this woman's lack of logic, that would check out.

If there are "genuine" trans people who claim to be a woman, that does not change the fact that predators would take advantage of this. My goodness, it's unfathomable how stupid these people are, and it's unclear why we let people this dumb waste the time of our representatives. But half of Congress probably agrees with her and here we are.

There is no reason a liberal from NYC would ever have anything to do with a tractor supply company, and it’s probably safe to assume that the majority of their clientele is not progressives.

But rather than read the room, one company chose to do anything but that. And instead of focusing on all things tractor and keeping their woke ideology to themselves, they decided to promote and fund all things debauchery.

However, when the right-wing mob declares a company is worthy of being Bud-Lighted, things don’t end well. This is why the Tractor Supply Company now claims to have listened to its base and has vowed to reverse course all things wokeness.

According to The Post Millennial:

In a statement, Tractor Supply said: "We are passionate about being good neighbors in our hometowns because, without you, we would not be what we are. It is imperative to us that our customers' hard-earned dollars are taking care of our Team Members and the communities we all love."

"We work hard to live up to our Mission and Values every day and represent the values of the communities and customers we serve. We have heard from customers that we have disappointed them. We have taken this feedback to heart," the company continued.

"Going forward, we will ensure our activities and giving tie directly to our business," the company said. " For instance, this means we will: 1. No longer submit data to the Human Rights Campaign, 2. Refocus our Team Member Engagement Groups on mentoring, networking, and supporting the business, 3. Further focus on rural America priorities including ag education, animal welfare, veteran causes, and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like pride festivals and voting campaigns, 4. Eliminate DEI roles and retire our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment, 5. Withdraw our carbon emission goals and focus on our land and water conservation efforts."

But if they weren't caught then they would still be trying to help progressives in the trans revolution so it’s unclear if they even have morals or if they just jump on whatever bandwagon they believe serves them best.

In other words, these people could care less about anything as long as they are working in their self-interest above anyone else. They didn’t care about how drag queen story hour is bad for kids but because it's bad for business they will stop supporting it. That makes no sense.

They are a tractor supply company, what does that have to do with pride events? Why were they so concerned with funding that instead of focusing on tractors?

They are not sorry they did what they did; they are sorry they got caught. Whoever is calling the shots is as woke as one can get. Well, not woke enough to choose drag over profit. Nonetheless, it's still a smart business move to just stay out of anything controversial.

It's unclear how things will go for them from here, but better late than never.

If the mob was mentally sane, this story wouldn't exist because, for all of human history, this was not a controversial issue. The boys played on the boys' team and the girls played on the girls' team. Somewhere down the line, liberals decided that fighting the patriarchy was no longer much of a concern and thus, women's rights are a thing of the past. But not everyone is insane, including Nassau County.

There used to be no reason to ban males from female sports because that was never a thing. But one day, failing male athletes started stealing titles and scholarships from women and subsequently, the mentally competent counties had to jump in and stop this.

Nassau County reinstated a ban that bars males who think they are female from playing on the girl's team at county athletic facilities. Males who think they are males are also banned but liberals only condone this when the dude feels some type of way. You can’t be a failing male athlete who thinks he’s a male; only a failing male athlete who feels some type of way.

According to The New York Post:

The Nassau County County legislature approved a measure Monday to reinstate a ban on transgender athletes from participating in women and girls’ sports at county-owned athletic facilities.

“I am gratified that the Republican Majority in the legislature voted in favor of this common sense measure to protect the integrity of women’s sports and the safety of women participants,” Blakeman, a Republican, said.

It comes after a state Supreme Court judge ruled last month that Blakeman didn’t have the authority to impose such a prohibition via executive order, and without the legislature’s approval.

The same side that demanded we “trust the science” does not seem to “trust the science.”

“This is a hateful and blatantly illegal bill. If signed into law, we’ll see Nassau in court – again,” the New York Civil Liberties Union said in a statement.

What’s hateful is destroying the rights of women to appease the woke mob. What’s hateful is stealing titles and scholarships from women all because some failing male athlete claims to feel some type of way. And what’s hateful is the left’s misogynistic motivation to destroy female sports.

This is the left’s logic: A failing male athlete is not permitted to compete against women. But a failing male athlete who feels better about himself when he wears a dress is allowed. How does that make any sense? Feelings and kinesiology are not the same and no matter what one feels like, sports science is not dependent on that.

The left will take such a nonissue and literally destroy everything in its path. That is how destructive these people are. But not everyone is mentally retarded and at least we have Nassau County leading the way back to sanity.

There's nothing more left to be said. If I were Donald Trump, I would take the weekend off had I not had a rally planned in the suddenly swingy state of Virginia. Where he is making his first public appearance with ... a potential running mate?

I think the word "ad" should be used loosely. Ads have points put behind them and are run on television or Goog... ok, Google would never. But TV, sure. This is a digital video. Trump's social media team had a lot to work with and, if I were to guess, got into the bourbon. They had fun. This was an easy layup.

IF Team Trump wanted to put this up on TV in any combination of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, and/or Georgia, there would be nothing for the station to reject. Trump isn't making any claims, misleading or otherwise. Trump isn't saying anything at all. It's nothing but ninety seconds of him promoting his opponent.

What would a network do? You can't claim "cheap fake" anymore. Joe Biden's braindead gaze took away what the Left and the media (but I repeat myself) were hoping to use as a talking point for the rest of the summer. Trump doesn't need to say anything himself. Biden said it all last night, at an event designed to make him look good, in his special Biden way.

Not that the ad/digital video couldn't use a little more Trump. I just need one line:

As of this writing, Joe Biden still has a full day of campaigning scheduled.

I've had this page open for about an hour and don't know where to start. Last night was shocking even for those of us who were expecting Joe Biden to be a disaster during the debate. No sooner than last week, Democrats and the media were claiming it was "cheap fakes" when you saw a video of Biden looking like he didn't know where he was, how all these people got in his room, and who pooped his pants. Now, all of a sudden, they think the man's brain being 69% tapioca pudding mayhaps might be a problem.

You can spend all morning enjoying Democrats and media (but I repeat myself) meltdowns with a bagel and a cup of coffee. I've narrowed down what I feel are the most devastating. There are three key areas of bullsh*t. The first is the media because, as I pointed out, just last week, "cheap fake" videos were being pushed by conservative media to make Joe Biden look like a caricature.

Last night, NBC News's Chuck Todd said Joe Biden looked like that caricature. Someone with more self-awareness would have realized he just admitted it was never a "conservative caricature" of Joe Biden. This is who Biden is and has been for his entire presidency.

The second group is the lies told by Democrats about how, behind-the-scenes, Joe Biden has never been more cognitive. As CNN's Scott Jennings says in devastating fashion: "I've seen Joe Biden do cartwheels and handstands while doing trigonometry while solving all the nation's problems. We now know that every single person who said that has been lying to the American people."

The last group involves the people who have been propping Biden up and "Weekend at Bernies-ing" him around the country. Anderson Cooper asked if what we saw last night was Joe Biden running the country from day to day. He picked an interesting person to ask this question of.

It is going to be a LONG weekend for Democrats. Ten bucks says Obama is headed to the airport right now because it's time to have the long chat with Joe that Democrats have been pretending they didn't need to have.

Rep. AOC is crying AGAIN and this time it’s because she says there are too many white men in Congress. And it’s unclear if she is mad at the men for being white or if she is mad at voters for voting for white men.

What do you think her white “spouse” has to say about this?

Can someone give this girl a dictionary? I am so tired of progressives yelling out irrelevant statistics as if that is anywhere close to the definition of racism.

Question: What is it called when someone has a racial worldview and thinks skin color is the most important thing in the world? Oh yeah, a RAAAAAAAAACIST!

And why does she talk like that? Why does she keep repeating, “Which is to say….”

Progressives think they are so clever.

It really is unclear why she is whining but maybe she’s upset that her homie Jamaal Bowman won’t be pulling any more fire alarms? Or maybe because things are not looking too good for Cori Bush? Because they are not white men and that's why she is crying. So if the shoe fits, it fits.

It’s unclear why voters keep electing this joke of a candidate but here we are, as she just won her primary and now we will be stuck with her ranting about skin color for another two years.

Can anyone name one single thing that AOC has done to benefit anyone? No? That is what I thought.

Where did progressives get this idea that if something does not equate to the current racial breakdown of this country then that somehow implies some form of racism? Or is she calling voters racist for electing people with a skin color she does not like?

She also claims that 60 percent of the population is white, which is incorrect, not that any of that matters but it’s actually 71 percent.

This is not a real issue and it's unclear what she is suggesting. But if you were to ask the people in her district what their top 100 concerns are, I doubt this would make the list. Yet, voters will watch this video and STILL elect her.
