Nine days ago, a 'bomb' hit Oklahoma's political world. A woman walked up the stairs of the capitol and ended Scott Inman's political life.
That woman is his wife, Dessa Inman.
As Rep. Mike Ritze retold the events to the Pat Campbell radio Show, Dessa was irate, screaming expletives, and physically attacked her husband, the House Minority Leader, Scott Inman. You can hear the interview, here. Sooner Tea Party's Al Gerhart has some of the background, here.
Inman finally got her off the 4th floor rotunda and down the grand staircase. Nothing more has been publicly seen or heard from either of them.
Within minutes we all got the press release which includes ambiguous references to Inman's stress from work and his campaign for governor. He declared the end of his current campaign for the Democrat nomination.
Inman further announced his future resignation from the House of Representatives and his leadership of the Minority Democratic Caucus.
Even has Inman disappears, his paychecks do not. He set it up so he still gets a govt. check for doing nothing.
Thank you, Scott, for giving us an insight into your lack of character, before we went to the polls, next year.
