The NY Attorney General wants to harm the donors to the NRA rather than prosecute supposed criminals. She accused a number of NRA leaders of various crimes, but has not charged them, rather wishes to dissolve the NRA organization instead. Is this how government shuts down or controls the behavior of those who oppose their political philosophies? If there is harm done to the supporters, they may sue. If there was crime, then charge the criminals. The government does not have any cause or authority to end an organization. On a side note, the choice of how to use funds is wholly subjective and not a matter for an AG.
