Destroying girls’ sports is bad enough. Allowing men into women’s locker rooms is abhorrent. And you would have thought that giving kids puberty blockers and allowing them to medically transition would have been the downfall of civilization. But Germany has decided to go further down the leftist rabbit hole and has outdone all of Western society in the race to Progressive Utopia. Subsequently, they have INSANELY passed a law that allows INFANTS to transition their gender.

The German Parliament, or Bundestag, passed one of the world’s most far-reaching sex self-determination policies on April 12, despite protests from women’s rights campaigners. The Self-Determination Act (SBGG) establishes ‘gender identity’ as a protected characteristic and allows parents to change the sex marker on their children’s documents from birth.

Supported by Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s three-party coalition and promoted and supported by the Social Democratic Party (SDP), the SBGG also creates the potential for citizens to be fined up to €10,000 (approx. $10,800 USD) for revealing a person’s given name and birth sex without their permission – an action that trans activists staunchly oppose and refer to as ‘deadnaming.’

WHOA! A fine of nearly $11,000 for saying a name. That is INSANE. On top of that, it is probably safe to assume that this law solely pertains to trans people and there will be no such fine if you “deadname” a normal person.

When someone becomes mentally distraught when being referred by the name their parents gave them at birth, that sounds like nothing more than a personal problem. But the government has decided to make it a German problem. This is not surprising because Germany has NEVER respected freedom of speech or thought.

According to Courthouse News Service, Amnesty International said this was "an important and long overdue step for the rights of trans, intersex and non-binary people." But what that really means is that the left is celebrating that Germany has trumped the rights of the majority of the population by giving special "rights" to a fringe minority who cannot even describe what they are feeling inside.

But arguably the most troubling aspect of the law relates to a portion of the bill which permits parents to alter the recorded sex of children beginning from birth. From the age of five years old, it allows for name and sex changes if there is “mutual consent” between the child and their parents.

There is no such thing as “mutual consent” at the age of five. The parents are deciding for the child. At this age, a kid cannot even decide what to eat but we are supposed to believe they can change their gender because the parents somehow know what they are feeling inside. This is not just insane it’s EVIL. How can a “civilized” country be so beholden to a foolish ideology that they are supposedly allowing babies to make this decision that will have lasting psychological and possibly physical (if they medically transition later on) damage because of this?

If parents choose to [change the name and sex], they may alter the identifying information of their children from birth. The SBGG stipulates that the consent of a child is necessary from the age of five, and, “from the age of 14, minors can do it themselves, but require the consent of their guardians.”

However, should parents refuse to provide legal permission, “a family court would decide based on the best interests of the child,” thus allowing the state to overrule the wishes of parents or legal guardians.

Gender ideology holds the notion that gender and sex are two different things. So if that were true, what is the point of changing the sex on a birth certificate? Aren’t those two different things? This is totally deranged and further proof that this ideology is nothing more than a lie.

Doesn't the left refer to the sex on the birth certificate as "sex assigned at birth?" And does that now mean sex is no longer assigned but something chosen by parents? And then a child can essentially change their gender once a year? Is sex ambiguous or is gender ambiguous? Or are they the same thing again or are we still referring to it as different phenomena? Can anyone make any sense out of this? Because you shouldn't since there is no sense in what these people are doing.

What is next? Sex changes in the womb? Just because the left does not believe in babies until they are born does not mean they would cease on an opportunity to transition their gender before they take their first breath. Not believing in babies does not mean the left won't stop since the double standards of these people are the only thing that fuels their ideology.

I know you probably thought things could not get worse than what's going on in America. But you thought wrong. Because things can always get worse and they are. Except in the UK where it seems some bureaucrats have found this little thing called "sanity."

That said, for a civilized society, Germany sucks at being civilized.

A couple from Utah shipped some returns to an Amazon center in California. They are also owners of a cat. But for some reason, they did not get the memo that cats like boxes, and now we have this story for you.

Some may find this story funny, I find it deeply disturbing, but at least we can all be satisfied that the cat is safe and sound….

The story is self-explanatory. The couple's cat suddenly vanished on the same day they returned five work boots to Amazon. Subsequently, they put up posters, posted on social media, and looked high and low. But they were baffled as to what happened to their presumably indoor cat.

On April 17, a week after Galena’s disappearance, Clark received a call from more than 600 miles away from home. Turns out the seven days of searching didn’t work because the family cat took an impromptu trip to the Golden State.

“I got a call that changed everything,” Clark posted to Facebook. “Her microchip was scanned, I was immediately notified via text and a vet called me to say they had Galena and she was in CALIFORNIA!!”

Clark said that without her and her family’s knowledge, Galena hopped inside a package full of products they were returning to Amazon. After the box was sealed and shipped off, the cat went on a six-day adventure without food or water before ending up in a return center in Riverside.

The cat lost a couple of pounds and was dehydrated, but other than that she will be okay.

Okay, but how do you not know the cat is in the box? How incredibly stupid does someone have to be that they think nothing of a box meowing, shaking, and being 10 pounds heavier than it should be? This is not something I will ever be able to comprehend.

I often allow my cats to play around in Amazon boxes for a couple of hours before throwing out the packaging and sometimes I even joke I am sending them off in the box. But I would never have “accidentally” shipped my feline friends over 600 miles away from their homes. And quite frankly, I don’t even think they deserve that cat. Nonetheless, at least she is safe (for now) and did not suffer substantial harm. However, the physiological trauma of being in a small, dark box for that long probably cost her two out of nine lives.

Even cavemen knew that only women could have children. And it’s probably very safe to assume that no matter how someone felt inside, they would have never entertained the idea that men could give birth. But because the left has literally gone insane, they have replaced language in their pathetic attempt to replace women.

Chestfeeding, pregnant people, and menstruators are just some of the many ways the left tries to force their La La Land on the masses. But because all that is so insane, and so anti-women, and so unscientific, they had to backtrack and now they claim they suddenly care about the safety and importance of women-only spaces.

The NHS is to crack down on transgender ideology in hospitals, with terms like “chestfeeding” set to be banned.
Victoria Atkins, the Health Secretary, will this week announce a series of changes to the NHS constitution which sets out patients’ rights.

Referring to “people who have ovaries” rather than “women” will also be prohibited under plans to ensure hospitals use clear language based on biological sex.

The new constitution will ban transgender women from being treated on single-sex female hospital wards to ensure women and girls receive “privacy and protection” in hospitals.

They say better late than never but literally up until five minutes ago, all of this was considered transphobic and was contributing to an alleged trans genocide. But I guess the U.K. bureaucracy has finally decided that biology is more important than one's indescribable feelings.

It follows concerns from patients about biological men being allowed in women’s hospital wards. NHS guidance has previously stated that trans patients could be placed in single-sex wards on the basis of the gender with which they identified.

The entire ideology focuses on the premise that sex and gender are two different things, but these people did the exact opposite of what they claim to be true.

In other words, trans ideology is so foolish that even the left could not keep their “facts” straight.

The new NHS constitution will emphasise the importance of using “sex-specific” language in the health service after references to women were expunged from advice on the menopause and diseases such as cervical and ovarian cancer.

A government source said: “The Government has been clear that biological sex matters, and women and girls are entitled to receive the protection and privacy they need in all healthcare settings.

In the name of trans ideology, the left basically decided to throw out any protections that were afforded to women all under the guise of being “inclusive”. But you cannot be inclusive without being exclusive to the majority. Subsequently, equality for trans people does not mean equality for women and thus, your trans rights override women's rights.

But all that is so incredibly foolish that the insanity could only go on for so long. Only time will tell when and if America will catch on and jump on the biological bandwagon.

If a Los Angeles resident does not feel safe enough to ride the subway they should probably air their grievances to the ones in charge. But what does one do if the people in charge do not even feel safe on the thing they are in charge of?

Did any of that make sense? If it didn't, that's not surprising considering that nothing the bureaucracy in Los Angeles does makes sense. But that is exactly what this article is about.

A Los Angeles Metro board member said she would not even think about riding any part of the public transportation system in Los Angeles because she is too scared of the thing she is tasked with making better.

A Los Angeles Metro board member says she is “afraid” and would not ride on the city’s public transportation system alone.

The comments were made during a board meeting Thursday where the transit agency’s Board of Directors declared a public safety emergency.

“I will not ride our transit system by myself. I am afraid and I sit on Metro, but I will not ride it,” Board Member Kathryn Barger said.

Question: How many board members do you think regularly ride it? How many have chosen to ride public transit within the last six months? Because unless it was for a photo op, I doubt these people even think about it.

The comments come as a series of violent attacks this month have left a trail of bloodied victims hospitalized and one woman dead on Monday in Studio City.

In that incident, 67-year-old Mirna Soza Arauz was stabbed in the throat by a man with a pair of kitchen knives. The suspect, 45-year-old transient Elliot Tramel Nowden, has been charged with murder and is facing life in prison if convicted.

Earlier this month, on April 13, a bus driver was stabbed by a passenger in Willowbrook on the same day another man was stabbed in the Silver Lake neighborhood in unrelated incidents.

The solution the board members have come up with includes more security cameras and facial recognition technology. And maybe in the future, they might think about banning people adding to the lack of safety, but there is no guarantee regarding that one.

However, adding surveillance on the people who are not part of the problem will not do much of anything to help create a safer system. It’s not that these people are not getting caught, it’s that when they are getting caught they are released back into The Purge and are emboldened by the lack of accountability prosecutors condone.

To make matters worse, congress just gave Metro over $700 million to build more subways that no one will use. The public transportation system is such a failure in Los Angeles, yet they are rewarded as violent crime increases. I cannot think of a better way to describe the left than that.

That said, here is a controversial thought: How about not being in charge of something you refuse to use? Because I guarantee that if these people actually used it, the system would be much safer.

POLITICO published an article over the weekend that attempts to slander those on the right who believe bringing more children into this world is a good thing are actually part of a far-right scheme to overthrow "liberal democracy."

According to the article titled, “The Far Right’s Campaign to Explode the Population:”

The threat, we are told here this weekend, is existential, biological, epoch-defining. Economies will fail, civilizations will fall, and it will all happen because people aren’t having enough babies.

Two can play this game. According to the left, Climate change is a threat to human existence and all life on earth. All civilizations will fail and it will all happen because people are having too many babies.

The writer, Gaby Del Valle, “is a reporter whose work focuses on immigration, surveillance and the far right.” She discusses a conference in late Dec. dubbed the “Natal Conference”, but why she waited over four months to write this article is unclear. However, it’s clear she is trying to brand Conservatives as being creepily obsessed with bringing children into this world while failing to see how sinister it is to be beholden to a political party that is so obsessed with killing and destroying life.

At first glance, this conference might look like something new: A case for having kids that is rooted in a critique of the market-driven forces that shape our lives and the shifts that have made our culture less family-oriented. As [Kevin] Dolan later tells me in an email, declining birth rates are primarily the fault of “default middle-class ‘life path’ offered by our educational system and corporate employers,” which Dolan says is “in obvious competition with starting a family.” These systems, he believes, have created a consumer-driven, hedonistic society that requires its members to be slavishly devoted to their office jobs, often at the expense of starting a family.

The writer desperately tries to twist his quote in the most absurd way possible with little success. The left is indeed obsessed with telling women that climbing the corporate ladder is more fulfilling than starting a family. Progressives are the ones who push the idea that being dedicated to your boss as a disposable employee is somehow more fulfilling than choosing a family.

But over the course of the conference, the seemingly novel arguments for having children fade and give way to a different set of concerns. Throughout the day, speakers and participants hint at the other aspects of modern life that worried them about future generations in the U.S. and other parts of the West: divorce, gender integration, “wokeness,” declining genetic “quality.”

I guarantee that no speaker said anything about "declining genetic quality," which is exactly why she only put the word "quality" in quotes.

Many of the speakers and attendees see natalism as a way of reversing these changes. As the speakers chart their roadmaps for raising birth rates, it becomes evident that for the most dedicated of them, the mission is to build an army of like-minded people, starting with their own children, who will reject a whole host of changes wrought by liberal democracy and who, perhaps one day, will amount to a population large enough to effect more lasting change.

This conference suggests there’s a simple way around the problem of majority rule: breeding a new majority — one that looks and sounds just like them.

She wants readers to believe that the only reason that these people believe that a declining birth rate is a bad thing is because Conservatives want to create the next Hitler Youth generation. That sums it up in a nutshell.

The left is an anti-human death cult, there really is no other way to put it. And they are wrong. The world is not even close to being overpopulated. The entire world population can fit inside Texas with the same density as New York City. But Progressives not only worship the Earth, they believe it is so utterly fragile that humans are viewed as objects that nature must get rid of. Similar to having too many pants in one's closet that need to be donated. So while the writer does everything she can think of to label the right as a bunch of eugenicists, that is exactly what she is advocating for.

A TikToker, internet personality, and OnlyFans model claims she was "black-pilled" after being asked to push political propaganda by the Biden Administration. Specifically, she was offered money to lean into identity politics to promote Ketanji Brown Jackson as a Supreme Court Justice.

Farha Khalidi was a guest on Richard Hanania's podcast to discuss getting paid for her TikTok content. She claims the Biden Admin hired her to help push their propaganda. "The funny thing is they’re, like, ‘Do not disclose this as an ad’ because they [were], like, ‘Technically, it’s not a product, so you don’t have to disclose it’s an ad.’"

A white woman from the Biden Admin wanted Khalidi to create content about how important it was for her to see Jackson up there as "a brown person." Jackson, a Supreme Court Justice who doesn't know what a woman is or how the First Amendment works, was believed to have only been nominated because she was both Black and a woman. This is believed to be so because the Biden White House has said as much.

Khalidi didn't appreciate a white woman trying to brownsplain to her what it means to be a brown person. It left the TikToker black-pilled. "I’m not gonna have a White person tell me ‘This is how I feel as a person of color.’ I think that black-pilled me slightly on political propaganda.”

This is the part where the Biden Admin denies it. And "independent" "fact" checkers say Khalidi's claim is false based on nothing but the Biden Admin denying it. But paying for influencers to peddle mis- or disinformation to a low-information, non-political audience is nothing new for the left. Mike Rowe exposed the Obama White House for "requesting" influencers spread Obama's anti-NRA talking points in 2016. Earlier this year, the Biden White House enlisted TikTok influencers to spread their talking points that Putin was to blame for gas prices and inflation, which we all know is bullplop. They were counting on make-up influencers not to know any better or ask questions.

If an influencer asks questions like legal influencer Preston Moore did when asked to make an anti-Trump/Jan 6th video, they move on to the next person.

To be clear, Moore was not offered money by the Biden Administration. He was offered money from the "The Good Information Foundation." It's a shadowy dark money group run by Former Obama Under Secretary of State Rick Stengel, claiming that "America is in an information crisis," and that "disinformation is threatening public health, safety, social trust and democracy."

To fight disinformation and lies, they want YOU to spread their disinformation and lies.

As loyal Dotcommies here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website, you no doubt spent the weekend being productive members of society. Your weekend was spent gardening, watching Little League, spending time with family, and otherwise remembering to turn off the Internet for a little bit and go outside to touch grass. On college campuses across America, they were not. And in two hilarious cases, the pro-Hamas protestors illegally occupying public places entered the finding out phases of their f*cking around.

Two hilarious cases out in Real America. New York City is still a cesspool of inmates running the asylum.

At Arizona State University, police enlisted a crack commando unit to help clear out the encampment of cosplayers: frat bros. Police stood guard while the crew rolled up and tossed everything in the dumpster. The narration from the camerathey/them makes this 10/10 content: "Blah blah blah, white boys, yackity schmackity, pig cops, derpity derpy derp."

It made perfect sense for ASU police. Frat bros are always looking to help out in their community, plus they work cheap.

Next, we'll take a trip to down to DeKalb County, Georgia. Emory University brought in to clear the area. Some pro-Hamas protestors refused to comply with authority and were properly manhandled.

Okay, maybe "man" handled is a poor choice of words for this.

State Troopers in Georgia are not to be trifled with. Besides needing at least two years of college, recruits also need four years from an accredited football program. Whether it's troopers or championships, the key word is "state."

So what have we learned here today? If you want to organize in celebration of the October 7th terror attacks by trespassing, forcing schools to shut down, and isolating a specific group of students for a very specific reason, keep it in New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington DC.

It is hardly the case that a celebrity goes from voting Republican to Democrat. But more often than not, if a well-known person is changing their political affiliation it is almost always because they are trashing the left.

Singer Cherie Currie is the latest celebrity to announce her disdain with Democrat policies and although voting “Dem used to be cool,” it “now makes you a fool.”

“When your party demands you live in fear, squaller, beyond your means by just buying groceries, gasoline, disrespecting our veterans, our police, our elderly, supporting CRIMINALS, chaos, riots, Hamas, FAILING Israel, demeaning us at every turn! HURTING our CHILDREN! Wasting OUR MONEY. Ineptitude with every policy! Lies and more lies.. NO MORE! The Democrat Party can KISS MY A$. They don’t give a damn,” she wrote in her X announcement.

In the comments section, she further justifies her stance for the naive voting base. In one instance, a commentator claims that she should still vote for Democrats because it's the side that allows women to kill their own children and also because she thinks Obamacare saved this country.

Another commentator indicated that it was never punk to vote Dem, and had she actually been punk, she would have been anti-government and not in favor of the party that wants big government.

This is technically true, it would be more rock n roll to stick it to "the man."

The rest is summed up by this comment.

Basically, a culture of lawlessness, the Panny D, and a decreased quality of life while there is an increased cost of living, are some of the main reasons why it is no longer punk to be loyal to the left.

No one asked celebrities to start lecturing everyone with their leftist virtue. That's not their job. And entertainment was always seen as an escape from everyday life. But now, it's nearly impossible to separate the two.

No matter what the left says, they are the party of the big corporations, they are the party of the rich, they are the party that is destroying themiddle class, and they are the party that blames everyone else for all the destruction they have caused. So while people like Taylor Swift may or may not think she is the counterculture, she's anything but that. And as of writing this, Cherie Currie is technically part of the counterculture.
