NEW: Monkey wearing a diaper spotted in the rafters at Spirit Halloween in Plano, Texas.

According to a store employee, the monkey got scared by one of the animatronic decorations in the Halloween store before it made its way to the ceiling.

Well, this is not something you see every day.

A monkey in a diaper got loose at a Spirit Halloween in Plano, Texas, and the story raises more questions than answers.

According to Fox 4:

Plano police confirmed its officers were dispatched for a call concerning a pet monkey that had gotten away from its owner.

The officers did observe the monkey swinging from the rafters inside the store, police said.

A store employee also told Storyful the monkey had gotten spooked by one of the store’s animatronic decorations.

The monkey's owner was eventually able to get him down by giving him a cookie.

That being said, it is my unprofessional opinion that monkeys are not good pets, but take what I say with a grain of salt.

In other monkey news, three monkeys went missing after a truck carrying them crashed in Mississippi. At first, it was believed these monkeys were carrying infectious diseases, as they belonged to Tulane University and were assumed to have Hepatitis C, herpes, and COVID. Fourntley, that was not the case.

"Non-human primates at the Tulane National Biomedical Research Center are provided to other research organizations to advance scientific discovery," the university said in a statement to FOX Television Stations. "The primates in question belong to another entity, and they have not been exposed to any infectious agent."

As of Wednesday, the “non-human primates” are still missing.

The truck was carrying Rhesus monkeys, which typically weigh about 16 pounds (8 kilograms) and are among the most medically studied animals on the planet. It isn’t clear how many monkeys were on the truck, who owned them, who was transporting them, or where they were being taken and for what purpose.

The search for the missing monkeys continues after the crash near Heidelberg. While officials claim they don’t appear to be infected, they could act aggressively, so if you happen to see one, don’t try to catch it—just call local authorities. And please, stay safe out there, folks, because it is getting wild.

Congresswoman attempts anti-GOP talking points about the Schumer Shutdown watch her panic over a single follow-up question

Rep. Bynum (D-OR) says she voted against the 24-page GOP lead spending bill because “there’s always a poison pills to it.”

When asked what poison pills were in this bill, she was speechless and had no answer.

Democrats can’t get their story straight on the Schumer Shutdown. pic.twitter.com/cuUNIpymeg
— Media Lies (@MediasLies) October 30, 2025

We here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website can't be the only ones surprised that the media is actually, ever so slightly, holding Democrats accountable for the Schumer Shutdown. Equally surprised are Democrats, like Rep. Janelle Bynum. She figured she'd be allowed to repeat any fool talking point she made up. Then the reporter asked a follow-up question, and everything went to poop.

In Bynum's defense, it was a good plan. 99.86% of the time, Republicans are to blame no matter what. If we have control of the Senate, the shutdown is our fault. If we don't have control of the Senate, the shutdown is our fault. So when she claimed without evidence that the GOP put a "poison pill" - something one side puts into legislation because they know the other side will vote against it -- into the clean continuing resolution, she had reason the believe she wouldn't be asked to show her work.

Then she was asked to show her work.

C-SPAN: "What were the poison pills of the clean CR?"

BYNUM: “You are trying to shift the responsibility to Democrats.”

It's remarkable. Democrats are so used to getting zero pushback on the words that come out of their mouths, even the OBVIOUS follow-up questions confuse them.

THE SENATE IS KEEPING THE GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN!

Why don't you ask your two Democrat senators to reopen the government?

I WAS TOLD THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY MATH.

CNN's Jake Tapper brawls with Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) over government shutdown blame.

"If you feel so strongly, congresswoman, why not ask Senate Democrats from New Mexico to vote to open the government?" pic.twitter.com/w12tOb71EM
— Zachary Leeman (@WritingLeeman) October 28, 2025

At this point, Democrats will most likely keep the government shut down until after Election Day. They've been admitting out loud that they are ok with Americans suffering so that they have "leverage." What's another week?

Watch: VOGUE claims having a boyfriend is "embarrassing" because it makes people think you're a Republican

If you’re dating someone, you might just be right-wing. The left has made boyfriends a trend of the past and now considers them to be politically incorrect. Today's show breaks it down.

According to a recent article in Vogue, there is nothing more cringeworthy than having a boyfriend.

“If you were to follow their advice, you would die alone,” Crowder said. “But now they say that is a good thing.

If someone so much as says “my boyf–” on social media, they’re muted. There’s nothing I hate more than following someone for fun, only for their content to become “my boyfriend”-ified suddenly. This is probably because, for so long, it felt like we were living in what one of my favorite Substackers calls Boyfriend Land: a world where women’s online identities centered around the lives of their partners, a situation rarely seen reversed. Women were rewarded for their ability to find and keep a man, with elevated social status and praise. It became even more suffocating when this could be leveraged on social media for engagement and, if you were serious enough, financial gain.

"This is because men have checked out," Crowder said.

According to a 2022 survey, men “are now 11 percentage points less likely than in 2019 to say they are looking for a committed relationship and/or casual dates (50% in July 2022, down from 61% in 2019).”

“Women are now lonelier, fatter, and less mentally healthy, and they blame everyone but themselves," Crowder said. “Men who check out are still able to be happy. Women are not.”

As straight women, we’re confronting something that every other sexuality has had to contend with: a politicization of our identity.

“The same woman writing this either has no hope or she is about to hit the end of her biology window,” Crowder said. “If you buy into this when you are young, it can wreck your life.”

Where being single was once a cautionary tale (you’ll end up a “spinster” with loads of cats), it is now becoming a desirable and coveted status—another nail in the coffin of a centuries-old heterosexual fairytale that never really benefited women to begin with.

"These women are lying to you, and it will destroy your life," Crowder said.

Woman runs over NYPD officer to "teach him a lesson" the sentence the judge gives her is a pathetic joke

It is, unfortunately, not a shocker for anyone knowing even the slightest bit about the New York City justice system, or lack thereof, that a woman has been sentenced to a measly two years in prison for intentionally ramming her car into an officer.

That is not an assumption; she has no shame in her unhinged game, as she told investors she did what she did solely because she refused to wait five seconds for him to finish walking through the crosswalk.

A woman who screamed “F–k these cops” after purposely running down a police officer and breaking his leg with her car got “not nearly enough” time in prison at her sentencing Wednesday, a cop union said.
Sahara Dula, 25, was sentenced two years behind bars after she admitted to intentionally plowing over an NYPD cop while driving high into oncoming traffic on the Upper East Side in January 2024.

Officers were working on investigating a nearby robbery when Dula decided to drive on the wrong side of the road. According to reports, she was driving under the influence of the "Devil's Lettuce". In the dashcam, you could hear someone yell “be careful” before she decided she had zero patience to wait several seconds for the officer to finish crossing the street.

She subsequently pleaded guilty to second-degree assault, despite many assuming she committed the assault with a deadly weapon, and she could have nearly killed the man. And if I did not know any better, I would say this is second-degree attempted murder, but I do know better, and I am not a legal expert, so I most certainly will not be saying that.

“The sentence is not nearly enough. This individual tried to run down a New York City police officer. She could have killed him,” railed Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry.

“We’re glad she is going behind bars instead of walking free, but our justice system needs to send a message that there will be zero leniency for attacks on police officers.”

If you had any faith left in the NYC justice system, I am sure this destroyed all of that. Because an innocent man could have lost his life, and the woman responsible had no problem admitting it. And to think I assumed they increase penalties for crimes against law enforcement officers. Weird. Very Weird.

JD Vance calls on conservatives to stop being pussies (paraphrasing) afraid of using the power voters gave us

Vice President JD Vance took part in a Turning Point USA event at Ole Miss, picking up where Charlie Kirk left off. It was a masterclass in how Vance is the best decision Donald Trump ever made. There was one question that a lot of us on the right have been asking ourselves. As Donald Trump continues to, as the left calls it, "shatter norms," what happens the next time leftists are running the White House?

The specific question was about Trump sending the feds in to clean up cities after the Democrats who run those cities refused to do. The results speak for themselves, but what happens if there is a Democrat in the White House who uses the precedent as an excuse to force their agenda on a neighborhood? You might find it far-fetched that a political movement that wants to blow up institutions like the Supreme Court when they don't get their way would actually do so. Or a political movement that would try to have their political rivals thrown in jail over bookkeeping errors. But Democrats might.

Vance's response to the conservative is simple. Quit being such pussies.

I want every conservative to remember, it's an important part of my entire political philosophy, is that we cannot be afraid to do something because the left might do it in the future. The left is already going to do it regardless of whether we do it. That is the takeaway of the last 40 years.

Vance isn't wrong. There is a constant debate over nuking filibuster rules in the Senate. As Democrats continue to hold the government hostage because Chuck Schumer is afraid of Rep. AOC, they keep daring the GOP to eliminate the filibuster to reopen the government. Why? Because it's an excuse for them to regain power.

The rub is, and I’m trending in this direction too, is that we may only have one year depending how the midterms go. https://t.co/S8UEdoOSTV
— Brodigan (@brodigan) October 27, 2025

The reason this is a thing goes back to 2006, when Democrats filibustered to block George W. Bush's judicial nominees. Dubya was "literally Hitler" before Trump was "literally Hitler." Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell threatened to nuke the filibuster, but the GOP decided against it.

A few years later, when Democrat Harry Reid became majority leader, the first thing he did was nuke the filibuster to ram Obama's judicial nominees down our throats. Lesson learned.

Democrats are going to do it no matter what we do. Might as well do it first. Then make sure Vance/Rubio get elected in 2028.
