When is someone going to jail for the rampant fraud?: Scott Jennings lays down the challenge for the Trump Admin

The Minnesota fraud scandal is just the tip of the iceberg. It's happening all over the country.

Until someone in a position of power goes to JAIL, this is never going to stop. pic.twitter.com/bXOc1M4Ot8
— Scott Jennings (@ScottJenningsKY) December 30, 2025

According to Abby Phillip, “it is completely false” to claim that “nothing is being done, that no one is being held accountable, that this was just left to run rampant” regarding the alleged Somali fraud scheme in Minnesota. This is why Scott Jennings had no choice but to say what needed to be said.

According to Jennings, “some people have been held accountable. But I think in the opinion of most Republicans, not nearly enough.” He added, “Until somebody in a position of power, until somebody in a position in Minnesota, an elected position, who was in charge of administering this or having some oversight over it, goes to jail, it’s honestly never going to stop.”

In other words, you can jail as many citizens as the left will allow, but it won't stop until someone at the top is held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

What officials in the state allowed this to go on for so long? Who allowed fraudsters to receive a combined hundreds of millions of tax dollars with no questions asked? Why were kickback schemes allowed to go on for years? These are questions that must be answered because clearly, someone or some people at the top allowed this to happen, and it’s a slap in the face to the whole system, to say the very least.

Americans have been prosecuted for far fewer crimes. Yet, for some reason, an entire community in Minnesota has received at best a slap on the wrist for defrauding hundreds of millions from the American taxpayer.

Jennings added, “You can put all the low-level people in jail you want, but until somebody in charge goes to jail, it won’t stop.” And there is nothing truer than that statement in this regard. When and if someone is held accountable for these crimes remains unclear, but there is nothing more that the left despises than that. Why do you think that is?

Surveillance Video From 2018 Proves Somali Fraud Has Been Going On For Years in Minnesota

Surveillance video from 2018 is circulating on the interweb that reveals the Somali daycare fraud has been going on longer than anyone imagined. It turns out that officials may or may not have been turning a blind eye for years, possibly longer, and it’s only now that people are taking it seriously.

According to Fox News:

The video, taken from a local Fox report from 2018, shows parents checking their children into a daycare center in Hennepin County, Minnesota, only to leave with their children minutes later.

According to Tim Walz, calling these alleged crimes out is White Supremacy.

The video was taken from a surveillance camera as part of a case prosecuted by Hennepin County, according to the 2018 Fox 9 report. Under the scheme, low-income parents would sign in their children for daycare services so that providers could then claim reimbursement for services that were never truly provided, per Fox 9. The outlet said that, according to surveillance video, some days no families would show up, but that the daycares would claim reimbursements from the government nonetheless.

If you are surprised by this, then you are not paying attention.

Another video in the broadcast showed a man handing an envelope to a parent with an alleged kickback payment for participation in the scheme.

This comes amid widespread outrage over a viral video posted by Nick Shirley on Friday showing visits to multiple childcare centers in Minnesota, including one that allegedly received millions of dollars in state funding despite appearing largely inactive.

We now live in a time where exposing this is considered racist. Not too long ago, crimes were, in fact, illegal. These things have nothing to do with race, despite the left screaming about it all day long. They do this because they wish to discredit anyone bringing attention to this.

It begs the question: Why are they so concerned with preventing this alleged fraud from being exposed? Could it be because many on the left have turned a blind eye for far too long and don't want their incompetence, whether by stupidity or intent, to be exposed? Could it be because they don't want Trump to get the credit for exposing this fraud? Or do they truly believe that just because someone is from a crappy country, that automatically makes them void of doing wrong? That remains unclear and is up for you to decide.

That being said, fraud is still, in fact, illegal. The sooner the left realizes this, the better off the Americans tax payer will be. Until then, don't expect anything more than them calling you a racist for wanting accountability here. And to call that a slap in the face for justice would be an understatement.

CNNs Abby Phillips dismisses Nick Shirleys reporting because quote The Somali community is under attack

If the Somali community is under attack, why is it not under attack? That is something CNN’s Abby Phillips will never answer, but she won’t stop pointing the finger and blaming everyone else for the alleged fraud going on in Minnesota.

According to CNN:

The FBI is ramping up investigations into fraud in Minnesota, in the latest show of federal force in the state -- home to the country’s largest Somali population. Vice President JD Vance calls the fraud cases a "microcosm of the immigration fraud in our system." Democratic strategist and CNN political commentator Jamal Simmons says this is about "criminality, not nationality."

The problem with this is that it has nothing to do with nationality. And if we are talking about nationality, these people live in America. They should identify as Americans. But they don't, because clearly, their allegiance is not to this country, while they are all in for the country they ran away from. Makes sense, doesn't it?

This is also not about politics. There is nothing political about it. If these were White Americans, they would not care less about the fraud being exposed. In fact, they would all be here for it. But they are the ones making it about politics. They are the ones making it about race. No one said this needed to be investigated because of the color of their skin. It needs to be investigated because there is an alleged misuse of hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer funds.

If there was truly nothing to see here, they wouldn't be so desperate for people to turn a blind eye to something that is clearly not right. But again, something is going on, according to the evidence, and it's very crucial that authorities get to the bottom of it.

Instead of attacking Nick Shirley, they should be getting to the bottom of it. They are acting like he’s a threat to this community when all he is doing is journalism. Something CNN actively refuses to engage in, despite it being their job.

So, when they turn around and blame you for even questioning the fraud, that screams volumes about their morals. And when they claim you are making it about politics, we know exactly who is to blame. The left should just come out and condemn the fraud for what it is, but they won't, as they would rather be politically correct and make a mockery of our justice system than be on the right side of history. Pathetic, yet deeply predictable.

That being said, it’s time to make fraud shameful again. And that starts here. Anyone who has a problem with that is not in it for the American people. But you already knew that, didn't you?

You gotta hand it to the screenwritiers on 2025. This Somali daycare fraud storyline they wrote up for the season finale has it all. It's got waste, fraud, and abuse. It has migrants making the Trump Administration's point for them. It has a YouTuber doing the media's job for them and an excuse for us to remind folks why the legacy media is a failure of an institution and sucks at life. And it has an antagonist... Tampon Tim Walz.

CBS News and its vast resources are quite unhappy they got scooped by a millennial YouTuber in a hoodie… https://t.co/S1pE1qLkNj
— Joe Concha (@JoeConchaTV) December 30, 2025

This new twist from KARE 11's Lou Raguse adds a new wrinkle. One of the fraudulent day care centers that Nick Shirley exposed was the Quality "Learing" Center. Yes, a daycare center for children where they misspelled "learning." When Shirley was there reporting, there was not a kid being cared for during the day to be found.

The State Commissioner says that's because the state shut down the learing center a week ago, which explains why there were no kids there when Shirley showed up. What that doesn't explain is why, for a learing center that was supposedly closed, they'd be busing in kids to make the place look full.

It's almost as if one or more of the people involved are spreading invalid truths.

Apropos of nothing, lol... "Dixon Uranus."

We'll see what happens next, because the story has crossed over to the apolitical part of the internet, where normies are looking at this and wondering, "Wait, our government lets illegals defraud taxpayers doing what now?"

The left and the media (but I repeat myself) will claim raaaaaacism, and spend more time criticizing Bari Weiss's editorial decisions and their newfound respect for Majorie Traitor Brown (fka Margorie Taylor Green).

The big question lies with the Trump Administration: whether they'll do anything other than create social media content about doing something.

The left often labels people they don't like as white supremacists. It does not matter if the situation has nothing to do with being white or whether or not the person is motivated by race. This is nothing new. Often, they will label people with this lie in an effort to discredit them so that the masses don't see them as a valid authority figure.

Tim Walz can label journalism white supremacy all he wants, but he's not fooling anyone. As of the time of writing, Nick Shirley has garnered over 100 million views on his video exposing the Samoli fraud in the state, and Walz has remained silent about turning a blind eye to this blatant exploitation of federal funds. This is why the best he could do was call Shirley a name, and it could not be more pathetic if he tried.

Why the left won't just come out and condemn fraud is beyond reason, which is why they resort to name-calling as if that puts them on the right side of the issue.

According to Meaww:

YouTuber Nick Shirley, 23, who has gained attention for investigating alleged financial misconduct, appeared on Fox News where he sharply criticized Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for remarks aimed at individuals exposing alleged fraud in the state.

Shirley investigated several daycare centers that he claims are collecting funds from the federal government. He further alleged that they have taken in over $100,000,000 and are not operating as they have reported.

During the segment, Shirley accused Walz of dismissing critics by labeling them with extreme language rather than addressing the substance of their claims. He argued that such remarks deflect attention away from accountability and discourage scrutiny of how public funds are being used.

Walz had said, “This is what happens when they scapegoat and this is what happens when they no longer hide the idea of w***********s.” In response, Shirley said, “Tim wants votes. There are entire apartment complexes where white people have been pushed out because Somalians have taken over.”

If I did not know any better, I would say Walz would rather allow this blatant fraud to continue in an effort to hold on to any relevance he has left, but I do know better, so I will not say that. But if we are jumping on the bandwagon of name-calling, then I will say that he is one pathetic loser who does nothing beneficial for his state, as he won't even pretend to care about this alleged fraud.

He added, “If you have a hundred thousand people that will vote for you, you’re going to enable and let this stuff happen.” Shirley also criticized the state’s leadership more broadly, saying, “They say Minnesota nice, but people are very upset, and I totally understand why, because they don’t have a governor who’s actually working for them.

The whole white supremacy thing is so played out at this point; the left really needs a better insult. And the internet also agrees.

NEW: Odds someone is charged over daycare fraud in Minnesota by the end of January sits at 62% on Polymarket following Nick Shirley’s viral video.

The video has amassed over 75 million impressions on X, making it one of the most viewed tweets.

Republicans, including Republican… pic.twitter.com/rhm53PNlQs
— Collin Rugg (@CollinRugg) December 28, 2025

More often than not, when they claim journalism is white supremacy, that could not be farther from the truth. If Walz wishes people believe nothing is going on, he better start addressing the content of the allegations instead of deflecting blame to race when it has nothing to do with that.

Female comedian pledges she'll never stop fighting to trans the kids while lashing out at RFK Jr

TUNE IN: Margaret Cho calls on HHS Sec. RFK Jr. to "stay out of trans lives."

"Trans kids, we will never stop fighting for your life-affirming care!"pic.twitter.com/oA0JsCOzMJ
— Resist the Mainstream (@ResisttheMS) December 23, 2025

According to Margaret Cho, she will never stop fighting for trans kids to receive irreversible Frankenstein procedures. She claims this is lifesaving. But if that were true, why are these procedures medically unnecessary? While I am no medical expert, and neither is Cho, she still believes herself to be an authority figure on this matter, as, according to leftist logic, “the science” is akin to ideology. Even though science is decided at birth, she still believes she knows more about this than Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

According to HHS:

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will release a notice of proposed rulemaking to bar hospitals from performing sex-rejecting procedures on children under age 18 as a condition of participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Nearly all U.S. hospitals participate in Medicare and Medicaid and this action is designed to ensure that the U.S. government will not be in business with organizations that intentionally or unintentionally inflict permanent harm on children. CMS is proposing this rulemaking pursuant to its longstanding authority in sections 1861(e)(9), 1871, and 1905(a) of the Social Security Act, which authorize the agency to establish standards necessary to protect patient health and safety in Medicare- and Medicaid-participating hospitals.

“Under my leadership, and answering President Trump’s call to action, the federal government will do everything in its power to stop unsafe, irreversible practices that put our children at risk,” Secretary Kennedy said. “This Administration will protect America’s most vulnerable. Our children deserve better—and we are delivering on that promise.”

The second problem with this is that it needed to happen in the first place. The first problem with this is that the left made irreversible procedures like this acceptable for children, when it's anything but that.

People like Cho may think she's helping “trans kids” with these issues, but she is supporting a practice that makes them so much worse off. It’s these people who need to shut up, not the other side. The left created a problem that does not exist and somehow believes they are also the solution to that problem. In reality, the only solution to that is to end it yesterday. But you see, the left again does not actually live by science. This is why they tell kids something is wrong with their bodies, and they must change it, despite that being evil and deranged, to say the very least.

Cho should stick to what she does best, unsure if that would be comedy, considering she's not funny, but I digress. Kids should never be able to get irreversible procedures like these, and the sooner she realizes that, the better off they will be.

To prevent the radicalisation of young men teachers now being trained to tackle...misogyny

To prevent “the radicalisation of young men,” the UK will be training teachers to spot the signs of misogyny among schoolboys in an effort to stop it in the classroom. While some parts of the plan are not controversial, other parts are to tackle saving “a generation of young men from the influence of online misogynists.” And well, I think we all know what that means.

Keir Starmer announces crackdown on ‘misogyny’ in schools by boys influenced by “harmful misogynistic influences.”

“We can stop harm before it starts and save a generation of young men from the influence of online misogynists.” pic.twitter.com/ZbinFNkXZB
— Oli London (@OliLondonTV) December 18, 2025

According to the BBC:

Teachers will be given training to spot the signs of misogyny and tackle it in the classroom as part of the government's long-awaited strategy to halve violence against women and girls within the next decade.

Call me crazy, but I do not think the government has been doing a great job at preventing violence against women. And if they truly cared about them, maybe, just maybe, they should stop importing third-world migrants that don't respect things like “consent,” but they won't, as they place the blame on right-wing influencers, despite that not being the problem here.

The plans - which focus on preventing the radicalisation of young men - are due to be unveiled on Thursday, after being pushed back three times this year.

By the “radicalisation of young men,” they mean young boys watching influencers they don't like, such as Andrew Tate.

Pupils will be taught about issues such as consent, the dangers of sharing intimate images, how to identify positive role models and to challenge unhealthy myths about women and relationships.

I don't know, but maybe leave this up to the parents and stop importing third-world migrants.

According to the Daily Mail:

Now the Daily Mail has compiled the most comprehensive study of such incidents yet attempted, combing the records of Crown and Magistrates' Courts around the UK to document the vast number who have committed sexual offences.

Hailing from a multitude of nations, the 59 men we name today have shown contempt for British hospitality and values in the basest possible way.

Telling stories of fleeing danger and persecution, they argued that they should be accepted by Britain - only to quickly commit offences including paedophilia, rape and sexual assaults.

Is the government not going to crack down on that? Is that not any of their concern, as they focus all their efforts on misogyny in schoolboys? Get real. If the government truly cared about women’s safety, it would at the very least acknowledge this problem. But they won't, as they feel the graver threat to the public is influencers, and not third-world migrants who don't follow this little thing called “laws.”

Maybe one day the UK will have a serious government but until then, don't expect anything more than the crackdown of fake misogyny in the younger population in an effort to pretend they care about a thing or two about a thing or two. And to call that deranged and pathetic would be an understatement.
