Today’s show breaks it down. On Oct. 7, Cooper said how astonishing it was regarding the miracle in her body. “I have two hearts inside of me. I have two hearts. Like, what? I have two brains in my body. It is insane. How incredible, right?” Cooper said. “It is also not insane. It is only insane to the people who tried to deny this for a very long time,” Crowder said. “It is only insane to the people who denied, denied, denied and now looked at an ultrasound and go, ‘oh, that is real.’” Cooper added, “It is primal, wild and magical to realize your body is capable of creating a whole human being. It is actually the coolest thing in the world to be like, ‘oh my gosh, my body can do that.” The fascinating thing about this is that her body actually cannot create a human, as this requires two people -- a man and a woman. “You need two bodies to do it,” Crowder said. “She said, ‘I can do it.’ We are already at the mindset that the dad is irrelevant, and nothing more than a sperm donor and a wallet with teeth. Anything to avoid facing the accountability of God.” These recent comments contradict her pro-abortion stance and claims that she should have the right to control “her body,” despite now admitting it is not her body. “She has now acknowledged it is a life,” Crowder said. “It is a life, but supports the murder anyway. How do you do that?” According to Crowder, the only reason she can make these claims is that feminism believes feelings matter more than truth. She now claims she "cannot wait” to meet her child. Cooper then added that she is “doing one of the craziest things a human being can do in the world.” “Crazy is out of the ordinary. It is the same thing [as saying] motherhood is the hardest job,” adding that “It is not the hardest job. It is very important to bring a child into this world correctly; it is not the craziest, most outlandish thing,” Crowder said. On Oct. 7, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani made an X post to criticize Israel's so-called "genocide" in Gaza. Turns out, even this was not enough to appeal to his deranged base. LOL. The fact that leftists think these demonstrations actually make a difference is deeply pathetic. Not only is it embarrassing, considering they are objectively wrong, but it has the opposite effect of what they want. While I am far from a Mamdani fan, I am having trouble seeing how he has any say in what goes on in Gaza. Not that these people are even remotely correct, but I digress. The outrage is rooted far from reality, and it is time people like Mamdani stop pandering to such a pathetic and embarrassing base. Because in that pursuit, Somali leaders are now blaming American culture for Somali youth gang shootings, and, astonishingly, no one calls them out for it. One teacher would like you to believe that Somali’s work so hard and that is why there is an increase in youth gang violence. I am not here to tell you this is factually incorrect. However, I will tell you that over 80% of Somali households are on at least one form of welfare, according to the Center for Immigration Studies. This is a stark comparison, considering the native population is around 20%. But again, this is an American problem, not so much a Somali accountability problem, per these activists. Just to put into perspective how bad the problem is: “The fastest trend we see today is the growth in Somali gangs.” The trend is growing so much that a high school had to cancel its Homecoming Dance. And while I am unaware of any database that tracks high school cancellations due to gang violence, it is likely safe to conclude this is exceptionally rare. That's all you need to know. Again, rather than hold any form of accountability and actually address the problem, some members in the community are demanding you stop calling out these gangs, because calling it out is only making it worse…. Something like that. You do not have to be an expert on gang violence to understand that this has nothing to do with American culture. And the sooner these people realize it, the better off everyone, including youth in the Somali community, will be. Until that realization, this is the best they've got. As someone who started to discover comedy during the golden era of Saturday Night Live (no, not "SNL"), discovering Dana Carvey and David Spade were so based was not on my scorecard. Though "based" is really just when a celebrity isn't setting their hair on fire over Trump, ICE, or Palestine. I don't think David Spade is a secret conservative when he calls out Gavin Newsom. I think he's an apolitical voter who is tired of government incompetence, hence him calling out Gavin Newsom. But first, I want you to ponder this tweet. Because while things aren't looking good for the right in the midterms and affordability is on everyone's mind, there are a number of blue state poll results that, in what's supposedly a "wave election," you would not expect the right to be doing as well as they are doing. After the pandemic, the direction things are heading is a driving factor in why people vote. It's why people voted for Trump in 2024. It's why people who voted for him in 2024 lack the patience over him not accomplishing everything he said he was going to do in under two years. And it's why California taxpayers like Spade are wondering why, with all their tax dollars going to solve the homeless crisis, the homeless crisis keeps getting worse. Someone who isn't wondering why? Gavin Newsom, the guy who keeps raising taxes. Hence the problem. The same broader problem with people paying taxes in California — The homeless, they lose $20 billion, but they want more money for it. That's why people get tired of paying taxes and going, what are you doing? Gavin Newsom just vetoed a bill asking for an audit of where the money for homeless goes. He said, not a chance. You're not gonna see that. That's the problem. (This might be an old clip, FWIW). Unfortunately, California is still California. Los Angeles might be electing a mayor who is an advocate for homeless non-profits. Note: homelessness has skyrocketed since she started making her money tackling the issue in Los Angeles. But hey, at least she isn't a Republican. Amirite Spencer Pratt? Voters are angry at Trump and Washington Republicans. They also appear to be angry at the Democrats in charge of California, Minnesota, Oregon, New York, etc. Even if they don't realize that it's the DEMOCRATS who run those states who are to blame. Are they angry enough to put two and two together? Many of our "culture wars" stem from actors awkwardly answering political questions and then the answer getting clickbait within an inch of their lives. When the media isn't able to bait the content they're looking for, they don't handle it well. So we'll see how they cover Glen Powell (Top Gun, Chad Powers) now that he's announced that he doesn't want to engage in politics. To the left and the media (but I repeat myself), that's every bit as bad as wearing a MAGA cap. Or even a Make Sixty Great Again hat, as Powell's co-star Sydney Sweeney learned. Powell was having a kibitz with Esquire where, after mentioning how his moth worked in the Reagan Administration, gave Powell the opportunity to engage in politics before an election day and while other celebrities can't shut up about it. He didn't take it. Instead of Esquire, let's go with the content Variety created with his quote since that's what's trending on the internets. Over time, I realized that politics divide people. People trying to prove their point — for me, it’s the worst version of a conversation. I genuinely do not like the discourse. It’s not as healthy as it once was. [Engaging in politics] is not presently possible. I applaud people for jumping into those things and fighting for what they believe in. If I were a political person, I would be talking about it. For me, my calling is elsewhere. Mark the date, October 8th. Let's see how all media coverage, even reviews of his movies, goes from here. Because when a celebrity says they don't want to talk about politics, that's considered "MAGA coded." The easiest thing in the world is for a celebrity to validate left-wing politics that everyone else in the media and Hollywood has. When they don't, it's assumed they are hiding something, and the media won't let it go. Case in point, and the reason why we're linking to the content Variety created, is how they used Powell not wanting to talk about politics to bring up Rock "The Dwayne" Johnson. Powell and The Dwayne have nothing to do with each other. They don't have a movie coming out together. But in 2024, The Dwayne chose not to endorse in the presidential race after regretting endorsing Biden, and the media won't let it go. Let's count how many times, in every Glen Powell interview from this point forward, reporters try to get him to speak out politically. Especially now that too many of the "wrong" people (aka, people who vote the way you and I do) are going to have too much fun with his response on the X-Twitters. Again, look to his co-star Sydney Sweeney. Too many of our fellow "wrong" people had fun appreciating how well she fills out a pair of jeans, and the media still carries on about it any time she has a movie coming out. Powell's response is a normal response. I'm sure the reporter would have preferred he said something about ICE or Palestine. Or, at the very least, denounce his mother. He refused. According to Astead Herndon, the Dems believe they put too many social issues in its 2024 platform. This is why abortion is not as hot of a topic as it was just two years ago. This is because the average person votes more with their wallet than they do for the fake right to abortion. However, Herndon believes this is actually a financial issue. According to Jessica Valenti, “This is an affordability issue” because it is not possible to find something more expensive than children. She further justified this because some moms might get into medical debt because they might lose an organ if something goes wrong. And while I don't have to tell you how asinine that statement is, I will ask you this: How many people do you know have lost an organ because of a pregnancy going wrong? Yeah, that tells you all you need to know. Nonetheless, simply telling people to just end the life of their unborn children because things are expensive is a level of evil only possible among the most radical leftists. Valenti further claimed that the more people talk about it, the more people will talk about it. Unsure how this justified anything, but I digress.
