The European Parliament voted on February 12 to accept a report that calls for the full recognition of trans women as women in EU priorities for the UN. The problem with this is that if trans women are women, you wouldn’t need a vote or report to prove that. You also wouldn’t call them trans women; they would just be women, but that is neither here nor there.

According to the left, we must fight misogyny and the invisible patriarchy. But how is that possible when the policies they support are a direct attack on womanhood and women's rights?

The report states there shall be an “emphasis on the importance of the full recognition of trans women as women, noting that their inclusion is essential for the effectiveness of any gender-equality and anti-violence policies; call for recognition of and equal access for trans women to protection and support services.”

Firstly, when you include trans women to advance gender-equality, what is even the point anymore? If this is about protecting women, and it’s supposed to be about women, then you wouldn’t include men. According to the left, however, once you claim to have a subjective and ambiguous feeling of womanhood, that negates your manhood. Makes sense, doesn’t it?

Secondly, if we are to be fighting anti-violence, then surely these people took into consideration the number of times trans women assaulted real women in “female-only” spaces.

When you allow men to enter these spaces based on indescribable feelings, this is the mess you get. This is not to say every trans identified individual is a predator, but you have to be a foolish buffoon to believe that predatory men would not take advantage of these policies.

Maybe one day the EU will defend women the way they do for men pretending to be them, but as of writing this, this is the best they can do. To claim that puts women in vulnerable situations would be an understatement.

One of my favorite social media accounts to follow lately was James Van Der Beek's. His insight into life at less than two minutes and twenty seconds at a time was always interesting, and this was before he announced he was battling cancer. That made his reflections all the more poignant. Sadly, "The Dawson" lost his battle with colorectal cancer at the way too young age of 48, leaving behind a wife and six kids.

Side note to dudes over the age of 45: Get. Your. Colonoscopy. You take a nap. You wake up. You don't worry about it again for another 3-5 years.

Wednesday was a sh*tty, f*ck cancer day to begin with, because we also lost John Ekdahl. A lot of you followed him on Twitter. I only had the pleasure of meeting him once or twice over the past decade or so, but he had come up with us as we all discovered what a conservative blogosphere was.

Most people know Van Der Beek from either Varisty Blues, or as the lead on Dawson's Creek. It's funny, because I can't look at him without thinking "Dawson." And I know whenever we bring up a celebrity, there are people lined up to cry "libtard" or "bread and circuses." But James always seemed like a down-to-earth, solid dude. I read someone say on X-Twitter that while Dawson wanted Hollywood, James moved far from Hollywood and just wanted his family.

When I was younger, I used to define myself as an actor, which was never really all that fulfilling. And then I became a husband, and that was much better. And then I became a father, and that was the ultimate. I could define myself then as a loving, capable, strong, supportive husband, father, provider, steward of the land that we're so lucky to live on. And for a long time, that felt like a really good definition to the question, 'Who am I?' 'What am I?'

Though while he'll most be known as Dawson or Mox, his most brilliant roles were when he took the piss out of himself and played "James Van Der Beek." James "starred" in the Jay and Silent Bob movie opposite Jason Biggs. And it was refreshing yesterday to learn I was not the only one who remembered "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23."

Godspeed, James Van Der Beek. Rest in Peace.

That said, I'm still happy Joey chose Pacey.

At one point in history, beauty pageants were reserved for women. However, somewhere down the progressive path to fight the patriarchy, they have afforded special rights to men, while they slap women in the face. Weird how that worked out.

No one knows this more than Kayleigh Bush, whose crown was revoked for refusing to affirm trans ideology.

According to TMZ:

Kayleigh was crowned Miss North Florida in September 2024, but two months later, she was stripped of her crown ... because she refused to sign a contract with Miss America that she says went against her beliefs ... namely, that women also include biological males who undergo transgender reassignment surgery.

A man can have as much plastic surgery as their inner feelings desire, but that does not change the fact that every cell in their body is biologically male. This should make them incapable of competing, but the left not only encourages it, but they shame those who dare stand up for the truth.

She says the contract would have opened the door for her to compete against transgender women ... which she wasn't on board with ... and when she didn't sign on the dotted line, Miss America stripped her crown.

According to Kayleigh, she didn’t lose her crown because she “broke a rule,” she lost it because she was “unwilling to rewrite the truth.”

The left does not have truth on their side, which is why they punish people who dare to stand up against their nonsense. So, when they claim they are the side all in it for women, they end up throwing them to the curb, as they uphold the patriarchy.

Trans ideology is the only disorder in which society must affirm its delusions. Kayleigh refused to do that, as she stands by universal facts. But when you do that, the left always finds a way to punish you.

It’s time to make beauty pageants great again, and that starts with ending the inclusion of men in women-only competitions.

You can never be woke enough for the Progressive left. According to Jasmine Crockett, even the most “well-intentioned White folk” might be racist “behind closed doors.” By this logic, or lack thereof, it does not matter what you say or how woke you present yourself to be, as skin color now dictates what your true intentions are.

Some may call this statement racist. That is because, yes, it’s in fact racist. While her point was to call the majority of Americans bigoted and accuse them of saying things they likely never said, she could not be more guilty of what she blames you for if she tried.

If skin color now dictates what you say behind closed doors, there is never anything you can say to appease these people. People like Crockett won't even use evidence to back up this accusation, as in her mind, abstract possibilities should be used in a court of law.

Someone should really inform her that just because you imagine something, that does not mean it has any relevance in reality. Why is this so hard for her to comprehend?

She even went as far as to claim this is what most Black people fear. It’s unclear what the fear is, but this used to be called paranoia. If her entire life is spent obsessing over what people she does not know think about her, that says more about her than she realizes.

How does she even come up with this nonsense? Does she really wake up in the morning thinking, “Gee, I wonder what certain races think about Black people?” This is not normal.

Crockett is largely disliked because she’s an objective idiot. It has nothing to do with her skin color. The only racist in the room is her, and the fact that she blames you for her rhetoric is deeply unserious.

This is not a winning campaign strategy, and she can begin to blame racism for her inevitable loss as much as she wants, but she has no one to blame but herself. The sooner she realizes that, the better off she will be.
