Communists often target the education system because it is an effective way for them to socially engineer the next generation. They see parental rights as an obstacle to the state's goals. The Supreme Court of the United States has found the State of California de facto guilty of this.

SCOTUS has ruled that school districts are not allowed to keep the social gender transition of students secret from parents. This should not be controversial, and in a sane society, it would have never happened in the first place. We no longer live in a sane society, though, which is exactly why this case had to be taken to the highest court of the land.

According to The Post Millennial:

The Supreme Court on Monday blocked California’s policies in schools that allow teachers to keep students’ gender transitions secret from their parents. The justices sided with parents who brought the case forward 6-3.

The unsigned opinion states, "We conclude that the parents who seek religious exemptions are likely to succeed on the merits of their Free Exercise Clause claim." The policies, the justices said, "substantially interfere with the 'right of parents to guide the religious development of their children.’"

The state argued that the policies "advance a compelling interest in student safety and privacy. But those policies cut out the primary protectors of children’s best interests: their parents," the court stated.

The only way you can argue that this policy has a “compelling interest in student safety and privacy” is if you assume that parents are automatically child abusers. Keeping something this crucial from the parents out of fear for their safety would mean that parents are not the safest people for the child. However, arguing that the policy protects students from their parents is not in the best interest of the child, and the fact that the state argued they were a safe place, despite barely knowing these kids, is a scandal in itself.

The state also never had the right to socially experiment on children like this, especially against the wishes of the parents. We don't have long-term studies on what these policies would do to children, but we have more than enough evidence that an affirmative gender policy creates more harm than good.

The court also said that "The same is true for the subclass of parents who object to those policies on due process grounds. Under long-established precedent, parents—not the State—have primary authority with respect to 'the upbringing and education of children." They wrote that the precedent set by prior cases protects the "right not to be shut out of participation in decisions regarding their children’s mental health."

The state was never intended to be the primary decision maker when it comes to “the upbringing and education of children.” The fact that leftists tried so hard to fight proves how deranged they truly are. This was never about helping students — it was always about control at the behest of an ideology that is not only fundamentally flawed, but it is deeply immoral.

When kids are truly confused about their gender, especially when it is not a social contagion, it requires serious mental health work. Rather than teaching kids they were born in the wrong body, as this is an illogical premise, the state should be doing everything in its power to support kids to “affirm” the gender God assigned. They won't do that, however, and would much rather keep these social transitions from parents under the fake accusations of child abuse. The fact that the left pretends this is progress is asinine and again has no place in a sane and moral society.

If I did not know any better, I would call this state-sanctioned grooming. I do know better, however, and will certainly not be saying that. Draw your own conclusions.
