Governor Stitt’s veto, and the Senates refusal to override the veto of HB 3228 (medical marijuana problem solving bill) will likely put about 250 open and operating dispensaries out of business. All of these businesses are impacted because the legislature changed the definition of school last year, and they didn’t think to grandfather in people they were hurting. Congrats you so called Republicans. What happened to supporting small business, not crushing it because you don’t agree with 60 percent of the voting public.
Let’s also not forget they put all 300,000 or so patients information at risk of being turned over to law enforcement without their consent. Way to go Senate.
