Turley, Willis, & Newberry Endorsed In Republican Tulsa County Races

  The Tulsa Area Republican Assembly held their Endorsement Convention, tonight. Some select candidates received The Republican group's overwhelming approval
  In county government races, 4 candidates received broad support from the convention. Along with Sheriff candidate, Luke Sherman, there were 3 other races for county officials at the courthouse.
  Josh Turley is the endorsed candidate for County Commissioner in District Two. the seat is currently held by the lone Democrat in Tulsa County office.  Turley has broad experience and a masters degree in management. He is currently a part of County Assessor, Ken Yazel's team.
  Michael Willis also gained the TARA endorsement in the race for County Clerk. He is currently an employee of the County Commission.
  Don Newberry (not to be confused with State Senator Dan Newberry) is the Republican Assembly's endorsed candidate for County Court Clerk.  Don has years of experience in the courthouse and a part of the County Assessor's team.  Newberry received more than 82% of the convention vote in that Republican primary race.
  The Primary election will be held next Tuesday, but early voting is open this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, at each county. In Tulsa County voters can go to the downtown Tulsa Election board office, or at Hardesty Regional Library, near 97th & Memorial Drive. (Thurs-Fri 9-6, Sat 9-2)
