Comrades,

I’m very excited today, because the large-scale online survey sina.com that was done for us showed that our next generation is quite promising and our party’s cause will be carried on. In answering the question, “Will you shoot at women, children and prisoners of war,” more than 80 percent of the respondents answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations.

The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at women, children and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people’s attitude toward war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even non-combatants, they’ll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants. Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude people have towards war. Actually, however, this is not our genuine intention. The purpose of the CCP Central Committee in conducting this survey is to probe people’s minds. We wanted to know: If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it?

As everybody knows, according to the views propagated by Western scholars, humanity as a whole originated from one single mother in Africa. Therefore, no race can claim racial superiority. However, according to the research conducted by most Chinese scholars, the Chinese are different from other races on earth. We did not originate in Africa. Instead, we originated independently in the land of China. The Peking Man at Zhoukoudian that we are all familiar with represents a phase of our ancestors’ evolution. “The Project of Searching for the Origins of the Chinese Civilization” currently undertaken in our country is aimed at a more comprehensive and systematic research on the origin, process and development of the ancient Chinese civilization. We use to say, “Chinese civilization has had a history of five thousand years.” But now, many experts engaged in research in varied fields including archeology, ethnic cultures, and regional cultures have reached consensus that the new discoveries such as the Hongshan Culture in the northeast, the Liangahn Cutlure in Zhejiang province, the Jinsha Ruins in Sichuan province, and the Yongzhou Shun Emperor Cultural Site in Hunan province are all compelling evidence of the existence of China’s early civilizations, and they prove that China’s rice-growing agricultural history alone can be traced back as far as 8,000 to 10,000 years. This refutes the concept of “five thousand years of Chinese civilization.”

Therefore, we can assert that we are the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, and a single Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese nation that calls itself, “descendants of Yan and Huang,” the Chinese nation that we are so proud of. Hitler’s Germany had once bragged that the German race was the most superior race on earth, but the fact is, our nation is far superior to the Germans.

During our long history, our people have disseminated throughout the Americas and the regions along the Pacific Rim, and they became Indians in the Americas and the East Asian ethnic groups in the South Pacific.

We all know that on account of our national superiority, during the thriving and prosperous Tang Dynasty our civilization was at the peak of the world. We were the center of the world civilization, and no other civilization in the world was comparable to ours. Later on, because of our complacency, narrow-mindedness, and the self-enclosure of our own country, we were surpassed by Western civilization, and the center of the world shifted to the West.

In reviewing history, one may ask: Will the center of the world civilization shift back to China?

Comrade He Xin put it in his report to the Central Committee in 1988: If the fact is that the center of leadership of the world was located in Europe as of the 18th Century, and later shifted to the United States in the mid-20th century the center of leadership of the world will shift to the East of our planet. And, “the East” of course mainly refers to China.

Actually, Comrade Lui Huaquing made similar points in the 1980s. Based on an historical analysis, he pointed out that the center of world civilization is shifting. It shifted from the East to Western Europe and later to the United States; now it is shifting back to the East. Therefore, if we refer to the 19th century as the British century, and the 20th century as the American century, then the 21st century will be the Chinese century.

We must greet the arrival of the Chinese Century by raising high the banner of national revitalization. How should we fight for the realization of the Chinese Century? We must borrow the precious experiences in human history by taking advantage of the outstanding fruition of human civilization and drawing lessons from what happened to other ethnic groups.

The lessons include the collapse of communism in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, as well as the defeats of Germany and Japan in the past. Recently there has been much discussion of the lessons of the collapse of communism in the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, so I will not dwell on them here. Today I’d like to talk about the lessons of Germany and Japan.

As we all know, Nazi Germany also placed much emphasis on the education of the people, especially the younger generation. The Nazi Party and government organized and established various propaganda and educational institutions such as the “Guiding Bureau of National Propaganda,” “Department of National Education and Propaganda,” “Supervising Bureau of Worldview Study and Education,” and “Information Office,” all aimed at instilling into the people’s minds, from elementary schools to colleges, the idea that German people are superior, and convincing people that the historical mission of the Aryan people is to become the “lords of the earth” whose right it is to “rule over the world.” Back then the German people were much more united than we are today.

Nonetheless, Germany was defeated in utter shame, along with its ally, Japan. Why? We reached some conclusions at the study meetings of the Politburo, in which we were searching for the laws that governed the vicissitudes of the big powers, and trying to analyze Germany and Japan’s rapid growth. When we decide to revitalize based on the German model, we must not repeat the mistakes they made.

Specifically, the following are the fundamental causes for their defeat: First, they had too many enemies all at once, as they did not adhere to the principle of eliminating enemies one at a time; second, they were too impetuous, lacking the patience and perseverance required for great accomplishments; third, when the time came for them to be ruthless, they turned out to be too soft, therefore leaving troubles that resurfaced later on.

Let’s presume that back then Germany and Japan had been able to keep the United States neutral and had fought a protracted war step by step on the Soviet front. If they had adopted this approach, gained some time to advance their research, eventually succeeded in obtaining the technology of nuclear weapons and missiles, and launched surprise attacks against the United States and the Soviet Union using them, then the United States and the Soviet Union would not have been able to defend themselves and would have had to surrender. Little Japan, in particular, made an egregious mistake in launching the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. This attack did not hit the vital parts of the United States. Instead, it dragged the United States into the war, into the ranks of the gravediggers that eventually buried the German and Japanese fascists.

Of course, if they had not made these three mistakes and won the war, history would have been written in a different fashion. If that had been the case, China would not be in our hands. Japan might have relocated their capital to China and ruled over China. Afterwards, China and the whole of Asia under Japan’s command would have brought into full play the oriental wisdom, conquered the West ruled by Germany and unified the whole world. This is irrelevant, of course. No more digressions.

So, the fundamental reason for the defeats of Germany and Japan is that history did not arrange them to be the “lords of the earth,” for they are, after all, not the most superior race.

Ostensibly, in comparison, today’s China is alarmingly similar to Germany back then. Both of them regard themselves as the most superior races; both of them have a history of being exploited by foreign powers and are therefore vindictive; both of them have the tradition of worshipping their own authorities; both of them feel that they have seriously insufficient living space; both of them raise high the two banners of nationalism and socialism and label themselves as “national socialism”; both of them worship “one state, one party, one leader, and one doctrine.”

And yet, if we really are to make a comparison between Germany and China, then, as Comrade Jiang Zemin put it, Germany belongs to “pediatrics” – too trivial to be compared. How large is Germany’s population? How big is its territory? And how long is its history? We eliminated eight million nationalist troops in only three years. How many enemies did Germany kill? They were in power for a transient period of little more than a dozen years before they perished, while we are still energetic after being around for more than eighty years. Our theory of the shifting center of civilization is of course more profound than Hitler’s theory of “the lords of the earth.” Our civilization is profound and broad, which has determined that we are so much wiser than they were.

Our Chinese people are wiser than the Germans because, fundamentally, our race is superior to theirs. As a result, we have a longer history, more people, and larger land area. On this basis our ancestors left us with the two most essential heritages, which are atheism and great unity. It was Confucius, the founder of our Chinese culture, who gave us these heritages.

This heritage determined that we have a stronger ability to survive than the West. That is why the Chinese race has been able to prosper for so long. We are destined “not to be buried by either heaven or earth” no matter how severe the natural, man-made, and national disasters. This is our advantage.

Take response to war as an example. The reason that the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland. Once its enemies aim at the mainland, these enemies would reach Washington before its congress finishes debating and authorizes the president to declare war. But for us, we don’t waste time on these trivial things. Comrade Deng Xiaoping once said, “The Party’s leadership is prompt in making decisions. Once a decision is made, it is immediately implemented. There’s no wasting time on trivial things like in capitalist countries. This is our advantage! Our Party’s democratic centralism is built on the tradition of great unity. Although fascist Germany also stressed high-level centralism, they only focused on power of the top leader, but ignored the collective leadership of the central group. That’s why Hitler was betrayed by many later in his life, which fundamentally depleted the Nazis of their war capacity.

What makes us different from Germany is that we are complete atheists, while Germany was primarily a Catholic and Protestant country. Hitler was only half atheist. Although Hitler also believed that ordinary citizens had low intelligence, and that leaders should therefore make decisions, and although German people worshipped Hitler back then, Germany did not have the tradition of worshipping sages on a broad basis. Our Chinese society has always worshipped sages, and that is because we don’t worship any God. Once you worship a god, you can’t worship a person at the same time, unless you recognize the person as the god’s representative like they do in Middle Eastern countries. On the other hand, once you recognize a person as a sage, of course you will want him to be your leader…. This is the foundation of our democratic centralism.

The bottom line is, only China is a reliable force in resisting the Western parliament-based democratic system. Hitler’s dictatorship in Germany was perhaps but a momentary mistake in history.

Maybe you have now come to understand why we recently decided to further promulgate atheism. If we let theology from the West into China and empty us from the inside, if we let all Chinese people listen to God and follow God, who will obediently listen to us and follow us? If the common people don’t believe Comrade Hu Jintao is a qualified leader, question his authority, and want to monitor him, if the religious followers in our society question why we are leaving God in churches, can our Party continue to rule China?

Germany’s dream to be the “lord of the earth” failed, because ultimately, history did not bestow this great mission upon them. But the three lessons Germany learned from experience are what we ought to remember as we complete our historic mission and revitalize our race. The three lessons are: Firmly grasp the country’s living space; firmly grasp the Party’s control over the nation; and firmly grasp the general direction toward becoming the “lord of the earth.”

Next, I’d like to address these three issues.

The first issue is living space. This is the biggest focus of the revitalization of the Chinese race. In my last speech, I said that the fight over basic living resources (including land and ocean) is the source of the vast majority of wars in history. This may change in the information age, but not fundamentally. Our per capita resources are much less than those of Germany’s back then. In addition, economic development in the last twenty-plus years had a negative impact, and climates are rapidly changing for the worse. Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severely polluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustain and develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened, to a degree much greater than faced by Germany back then.

Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space is much better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while we hardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds, while our sky is covered by a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is clean enough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can’t be drunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or three people can occupy a small residential building; in contrast, our streets are always crawling with people, and several people have to share one room.

Many years ago, there was a book titled Yellow Catastrophes. It said that, due to our following the American style of consumption, our limited resources would not long support the population and society would collapse, once our population reaches 1.3 billion. Now our population has already exceeded this limit, and we are now relying on imports to sustain our nation. It’s not that we haven’t paid attention to this issue. The Ministry of Land Resources is specialized in this issue.

But the term ‘living space’ (lebensraum) is too closely related to Nazi Germany. The reason we don’t want to discuss this too openly is to avoid the West’s association of us with Nazi Germany, which could in turn reinforce the view that China is a threat. Therefore, in our emphasis on He Xin’s new theory, “Human rights are just living rights,” we only talk about “living,” but not “space,” so as to avoid using the term “living space.” From the perspective of history, the reason that China is faced with the issue of living space is because Western countries established colonies ahead of Eastern countries. Western countries established colonies all around the world, therefore giving themselves an advantage on the issue of living space. To solve this problem, we

Yesterday, the British Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden confirmed that China hacked into the UK’s election system in 2021 and 2022: “I can confirm today that Chinese state-affiliated actors were responsible for two malicious cyber campaigns targeting our democratic institutions and parliamentarians.”

Why did British authorities wait until 2024 to confirm these hacks?

Probably because they didn’t want the British public to know their election system was just as insecure as America’s election system in 2020.

Meanwhile, in California — there was a Senate primary election being held. The compulsive liar Adam Schiff was competing against retired baseball legend Steve Garvey for the top spot and the votes are still being counted three weeks later.

Let me repeat: a Senate primary was held on March 5th.

It’s March 26th and they have not finished counting the ballots in California.

That’s the essence of fraud.

Hey, that’s not just my opinion. That’s the opinion of Democrat Rep. Katie Porter who announced that the election was “rigged” on Twitter/X after coming in third place in the election.

How can you disagree with her? She should know.

Porter clarified her statement later by adding: ‘Rigged’ means manipulated by dishonest means. A few billionaires spent $10+ million on attack ads against me, including an ad rated ‘false’ by an independent fact checker. That is dishonest means to manipulate an outcome.

Welcome to the “election denier conspiracy” crowd, Katie — and thank you for confirming that our elections can be rigged in more than one way.

Not that anyone was fooled by this non-apology that Porter issued after the fact. That’s because the 2024 California primary is being rigged the old-fashioned way. The vote count slowed down once it became obvious that Steve Garvey was ahead of Adam Schiff — of course.

It’s now taken 13 days to count 10% of the votes, though 85% of the votes were counted in onc day.

Do you see how that works?

So we’ve got election fraud in the United Kingdom and in California and in Georgia too.

That’s because Phillip Davis has just finished his report on the count and recount of the 2020 Presidential Election in Georgia. He analyzed the ballots in 80 counties and he found fraud everywhere he looked.

Mr. Davis was able to compare two full machine counts of ballots after obtaining the data through Open Records Requests. He was able “to find almost every missing and double-scanned ballot image.”

Biden supposedly “won” Georgia by about 11,000 votes in 2020 — and there’s 22,000 suspicious ballots listed in this report.

Now check your calendar. We are eight months from our next election, and the reports of election fraud and cyber-attacks on “election infrastructure” are not diminishing.

They’re increasing.

You don’t have to be Nostradamus to predict that America is headed for chaos in November.

How did Yale University start a study on what was the best messaging for COVID-19 vaccine compliance in July 2020?

That’s before the vaccine was available.

How was there already a spreadsheet of SARS-CoV candidate vaccines on January 28, 2020?

The answer is simple: because the COVID pandemic is a pre-planned exercise.

You know this because Dr. David Martin has told you that we’ve been engineering the coronavirus for 56 years and we weaponized it in 2005.

You know this because four patent applications filed by Moderna were modified to include the term “accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen” in 2019 to justify making a “vaccine” for something that did not exist.

You know this because MP Andrew Bridgen (in the United Kingdom) said in a video that he was told by a senior minister of the UK Parliament: “You can speak out all you want. It doesn't matter. You are vaccinated. You will be dead of cancer soon.”

In fact, millions of vaccinated people around the world may soon die of turbo cancer.

This is hard for many people to accept — but then again, the assistant secretary for HHS is currently a man pretending to be a woman. When your government refuses to acknowledge basic biology in order to support transvestites during a Maoist cultural revolution, then anything is possible.

To make matters worse, Dr. Hiroshi Arakawa has just found the mRNA vaccine in human placentas — which means the “vaccines” transfer from the pregnant woman to her baby.

In 2021, the FDA and the CDC were warned that mRNA vaccines caused cancer by inhibiting the p53 protein.

So, naturally, the FDA and the CDC continue to recommend the mRNA vaccines to your friends and family.

That’s a sign that both agencies don’t care if you die.

What does all this mean?

It means that laboratory scientists are now confirming that the mRNA vaccines are a bioweapon. The spike protein is a bioweapon. It’s a bioweapon that genetically modifies human beings so that the modifications are permanent — and can be inherited by your offspring.

And if the spike proteins and the turbo cancers don’t get you, then fatal maladies like prion disease probably will.

Here’s a terrifying medical research study to ponder: “Emergence of a New Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease: 26 Cases of the Human Version of Mad-Cow Disease, Days After a COVID-19 Injection.”

This is not a theoretical problem. These deaths are already happening — like Emily Jayne Casey this year. She was a young mother and a teacher in New York who did not deserve to die from a “brief battle” with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) — which is a fatal neurodegenerative disorder. It’s also a prion disease.

How could her battle have been so brief? How is this possible? Probably because the spike protein was engineered that way: “In the Appendix to this paper, we highlight the presence of a prion region in the spike protein of the original SARS-CoV-2, and in all the “vaccine” variants built from the Wuhan virus. The prion region in the spike of SARS-CoV-2 has a density of mutations eight times greater than that of the rest of the spike, and, yet, strangely that entire prion region disappears completely in the Omicron variant.”

As Dr. Luc Montagnier said in one of his last interviews (in June 2021), the spike protein is a prion which causes mad cow disease, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and dementia.

The Biden regime just got caught outsourcing its censorship campaign against American citizens to a UK-based cabal called: the Center for Countering Digital Hate.

Author’s Note: This 2021 article outlined how the rigged 2020 election showed obvious signs of manipulation — including the obvious fact that millions of American votes were “handled” by a Pentagon contractor located in Spain. Why would that ever happen? How could that ever happen? Who exactly is running our elections? Nobody in government wants you to know that answer — and that’s obvious and unconstitutional fraud right there.

If you want to unravel the mysterious results of the 2020 election, you must begin by asking a simple question: why were 78 million American votes from 800 counties in 7 states sent overseas to be “handled” by a bankrupt Spanish company in Barcelona?

This was the question I found myself asking after Election Day in 2020. Someone had told me to check out a foreign company specializing in election technology called: SCYTL. According to its website, the Department of Defense was one of their main customers. SCYTL’s website also bragged that it played a big part in our 2020 elections. Why would the DoD subcontract a Spanish company located in Barcelona to handle 78 million votes from 800 counties?

For that matter, why was the Department of Defense involved in American elections at all?

Who was running our elections? I thought we were running our elections. Didn’t you? It took about three minutes on the Internet to figure out that SCYTL had gone bankrupt right before the 2020 election. It took another three minutes to learn that SCYTL set up a voting system in Switzerland that was abandoned after Swiss authorities launched a public code review in 2019 where researchers discovered errors in the source-code that would allow the system's operator to alter votes undetected.

Does that sound familiar?

This was the first of many rabbit holes where a reporter could get lost for days. What was Scytl? Who owned it? Who operated it? The corporate media had no interest in these questions, and it wanted to obscure any answers. None of them wanted to do any investigation into why a bankrupt Spanish company was involved in our elections — but even the New York Times had to admit:

Scytl, which was started in Spain in 2001, does make software for local election officials, including some in the United States. In the 2020 election, it says, it provided four types of products to local authorities. One is a system that allows election officials to display results from their elections in a user-friendly format. Another product, “electronic ballot delivery,” helps local election officials deliver ballots to absentee voters.

Ah yes, there’s nothing suspicious about bankrupt Spanish firms being contracted by the Department of Defense to handle electronic ballots in the United States!

When we talk about our elections, we have to talk about “chain of custody.” You would never allow our precious votes to be sent overseas to be counted in foreign countries by foreign companies if you cared about security. That would be the opposite of election security. And yet it’s true: a Spanish company called SCYTL “handled” 78 million US votes because it was subcontracted to do so by the Pentagon. When did the U.S. military tell you that it was in charge of your elections? Never.

That’s all the proof of fraud that you need really.

The smaller frauds inevitably lead you to the bigger fraud. Why did the corporate media ignore the Chair of the Federal Election Commission when he announced that voter fraud was taking place right before our eyes? Why were election observers barred from entering vote counting stations? Why did the vote counting stop on Election Night in the swing states when President Trump was ahead by large margins? How could that happen in the middle of the night in six different states simultaneously? Why did America’s election officials have no plausible explanation for this unprecedented event?

You know the reason. You’re just not supposed to say it.

A former CIA contractor was shocked that I was shocked and told me: “We haven’t had a fair election in this country since 2012. The electronic voting machines were never really certified since then too.” Really? It doesn’t take much digging to turn up dirt on our election system. Once you begin to look at our election companies, you realize the truth immediately: they're just shell companies. They routinely get “bought out” by private equity firms — with shadowy boards — after elections are held. You know: when the cards must be shuffled again.

It's a trick.

That’s right: the entire US voting system is basically a labyrinth of shell companies designed to obscure who owns those machines. They are privately-owned and mostly unregulated and totally fake. That’s why nobody should need to be convinced about election fraud. You already know there's election fraud because the entire system is designed to disguise itself. There’s no earthly reason that election votes from 30 US states were processed (so far as I can tell) by a Canadian firm with software subcontracted from a Venezuelan firm and then handled by a Spanish firm before sending them back to the United States!

If you look at America’s election system from any angle, it looks rigged. Democrats know this and Democrat politicians have complained about it in public. (Here’s a great supercut of Democrats alerting the public that voting machines are vulnerable to hacking and should not be trusted!) Republicans know this too. The videos of voting machines “malfunctioning” are easy to find. How many electronic voting machines are illegally hooked up to the Internet? Notice that you cannot find a single government agency to give you an honest answer.

What does that tell you?

Don’t we pay the American national security state at least a trillion dollars per year to handle this stuff? What are the chances that the CIA and the NSA and DHS are unaware that US election votes are being handled by foreign nationals in foreign countries? The answer to that question is: zero. Why would our vaunted intelligence agencies allow this situation to occur in the first place? Who exactly is hiding behind all these shell companies?

There’s a lot of questions that need a lot of answers before Americans can trust their election process again. Democrats don’t want Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan in charge of our elections, and Republicans don’t want George Soros and Nancy Pelosi in charge either. The issue is bipartisan: we all want fair elections. Our republic is a fiction without them. Voters from both parties should come together to clean up the process because it’s plain to see: the 2020 election was the least secure election in American history.

I’ve had a nagging fear for more than a few months, now, that most Americans have their election math totally wrong.

You know these people. You love these people. We’re talking about your friends and family. The problem is not that they’re stupid or disengaged or indifferent.

The problem is: they’re living in the old America.

The brutal truth is that many people are still mentally living in that vanished country where the rule of law exists — where your vote actually counts — where the FBI doesn’t create a false flag operation on January 6th to stop investigations of election fraud in swing states — and where major cities don’t release violent criminals onto the streets without bail.

They still don’t fully grasp the truth: they’re now actually residents of the Banana Republic of Biden.

These people are fully convinced that the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump — which is true — and so they plan to remedy this disaster by voting once again for President Trump in 2024.

Do you see the flaw in their plan?

Sure, President Trump has the overwhelming support of the American people — but the Biden regime has everything else. They’ve got control of the CIA — and the FBI. They have the NSA. They have DHS too — and the Pentagon. They’ve got the legacy media — and most of the courts. The Democrats have kept an iron grip on the federal bureaucracy since before I was born — and the NGOs for most of my life. They’ve got Hollywood. They’ve got Big Tech. They’ve got the schools and the universities.

Need I continue?

Now you have to be really honest with yourself: which side controls the 2024 election?

That's why America is headed for chaos.

After all: if the voting machines are rigged, then how does it matter if your favorite candidate is leading in the polls right now?

This assessment brings me to the central question: what’s your Plan B after the November election?

What is your back-up plan if you find yourself permanently exiled from the old America?

The next eight months of your life should be devoted to buying yourself insurance for a black swan event — such as the end of the republic.

That’s not just my opinion by the way — it’s the sober assessment of quite a few security analysts and ex-military types who have appeared on my television show in the last few years.

Meanwhile, when your elected representatives in Congress (like Anna Paulina Luna) publicly admit on social media that America's secret police now consider ordinary GOP voters to be “violent extremists” and “terrorists” then it’s time to ask yourself: do you still think you're voting the Biden regime out of power in November?

That’s why it’s time to stop listening to any conservative media figure who tells you the Biden regime is “stupid” or “incompetent.” That’s just happy talk to conceal how the GOP has ceased to exist as a political party in the last few years, and merged with the Democrats.

If I’m being really honest, it looks to me like the Biden regime is conducting a communist takeover of America — and it's doing just fine. After all, we are entering the fourth year of this coup. Once the election was stolen in 2020, and the national security institutions that are responsible for preventing such a catastrophe actually ignored the events and protected the perpetrators, I began to have my doubts that the CIA and the FBI and DHS and DoD — and about 10 million of their contractors and agents and assets — were still, you know, on the side of the American people.

And if that’s true, then the next eight months should be spent getting prepared.

So, yes, I want you to vote in November — and, yes, I want you to prepare for the communist takeover of America when your vote won’t matter anymore. That might seem contradictory or incoherent but it’s basic strategy: you plan to win the battle, but you also plan for an orderly retreat so that you can survive to fight another day.

No, I’m not being gloomy or hopeless. I’m not telling you to quit. I’m not encouraging you to stop voting. I’m telling you to get prepared. What does that really mean? It means you should get a satellite phone. You should buy more guns and ammo. You should stockpile medicine and water and food. Hold cash. Hold gold and silver. Have an emergency plan with your friends and family.

It’s time to get serious.

Remember: the billionaire Facebook grifter Mark Zuckerberg just built a huge underground bomb shelter in Hawaii for no apparent reason. That should tell you everything you need to know.

You do realize that you’re in the middle of a global conspiracy to end the democratic West, right? You’ve heard about The Great Reset haven’t you? You don't want to believe it's true — of course. That's why you keep ignoring the obvious signs.

Editor’s Note: This memo originally titled “POTUS & Political Warfare” was written by Rich Higgins who worked at the NSC as the Director of Strategic Planning during the first year of the Trump Administration. Higgins was pushed out by newly-installed National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, who wanted anyone loyal to the former advisor, Michael Flynn, removed from their job. This document was originally circulated among Trump loyalists in the White House until it made its way to the President via his son, Donald Trump Jr. Seven years later, Higgins’ memo remains a remarkably prescient view of how the Deep State would not only wage “information warfare” against President Trump, but also against America itself, to complete a Maoist-style cultural revolution that would overthrow the nation.

BACKGROUND

The Trump administration is suffering under withering information campaigns designed to first undermine, then delegitimize and ultimately remove the President.

Possibly confusing these attacks with an elevated interplay of otherwise normal D.C. partisan infighting and adversarial media relations, the White House response to these campaigns reflects a political advocacy mindset that it is intensely reactive, severely under-inclusive and dangerously inadequate to the threat.

Action needs to be taken to re-scope and respond to these hostile campaigns very soon, such as text messaging campaigns using Tatango. If action is not taken then the administration risks underfunding, implosion, and subsequent early departure from the White House.

This is not politics as usual but rather political warfare at an unprecedented level that is openly engaged in the direct targeting of a seated president through manipulation of the news cycle. It must be recognized on its own terms so that immediate action can be taken.

At its core, these campaigns run on multiple lines of effort, serve as the non-violent line of effort of a wider movement, and execute political warfare agendas that reflect cultural Marxist outcomes. The campaigns operate through narratives.

Because the hard left is aligned with lslamist organizations at local (ANTIFA working with Muslim Brotherhood doing business as MSA and CAIR), national (ACLU and BLM working with CAIR and MPAC) and international levels (OIC working with OSCE and the UN), recognition must given to the fact that they seamlessly interoperate at the narrative level as well.

In candidate Trump, the opposition saw a threat to the “politically correct” enforcement narratives they’ve meticulously laid in over the past few decades.

In President Trump, they see a latent threat to continue that effort to ruinous effect and their retaliatory response reflects this fear.

INTRODUCTION

Responding to relentless personal assaults on his character, candidate Trump identified the players and the strategy:

“The establishment and their media enablers will control over this nation through means that are very well known. Anyone who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, a xenophobe, and morally deformed.” – President Trump, Oct 2016

Culturally conditioned to limit responses to such attacks as yet another round in the on-going drone from diversity and multicultural malcontents, these broadsides are discounted as political correctness run amuck.

However, political correctness is a weapon against reason and critical thinking. This weapon functions as the enforcement mechanism of diversity narratives that seek to implement cultural Marxism.

Candidate Trump’s rhetoric in the campaign not only cut through the Marxist narrative, he did so in ways that were viscerally comprehensible to a voting bloc that then made candidate Trump the president; making that bloc self-aware in the process. President Trump is either the candidate he ran as, or he is nothing.

Recognizing in candidate Trump an existential threat to cultural Marxist memes that dominate the prevailing cultural narrative, those that benefit recognize the threat he poses and seek his destruction.

For this cabal, Trump must be destroyed.

Far from politics as usual, this is a political warfare effort that seeks the destruction of a sitting president.

Since Trump took office, the situation has intensified to crisis level proportions. For those engaged in the effort, especially those from within the “deep state” or permanent government apparatus, this raises clear Title 18 (legal) concerns.

DISCUSSION

The Opposition

While opposition to President Trump manifests itself through political warfare memes centered on cultural Marxist narratives, this hardly means that opposition is limited to Marxists as conventionally understood. Having become the dominant cultural meme, some benefit from it while others are captured by it; including “deep state” actors, globalists, bankers, lslamists, and establishment Republicans.

Through the campaign, candidate Trump tapped into a deep vein of concern among many citizens that America is at risk and is slipping away. Globalists and lslamists recognize that for their visions to succeed, America, both as an ideal and as a national and political identity, must be destroyed.

Atomization of society must also occur at the individual level; with attacks directed against all levels of group and personal identity. Hence the sexism, racism and xenophobia memes.

As a Judea-Christian culture, forced inclusion of post-modern notions of tolerance is designed to induce nihilistic contradictions that reduce all thought, all faith, all loyalties to meaninglessness.

Group rights based on sex or ethnicity are a direct assault on the very idea of individual human rights and natural law around which the Constitution was framed.

“Transgender acceptance” memes attack at the most basic level by denying a person the right to declare the biological fact of one’s sex.

When a population has 2 + 2 = 5 imposed on it, there are many that benefit:

Mainstream Media – The principle mechanism for implementing narratives.

The Academy – Academia has served as a principle counter-state node for some time and remains a key conduit for creating future adherents to cultural Marxist narratives and their derivative worldview.

The Deep State –The successful outcome of cultural Marxism is a bureaucratic state beholden to no one, certainly not the American people . With no rule of law considerations outside those that further deep state power, the deep state truly becomes, as Hegel advocated, god bestriding the earth.

Global Corporatists & Bankers – Exploitation of populations, unfettered by national protections and notions of personal morality and piety.

Democratic Leadership – The democratic leadership has been a counter-state enabler that executes, sustains, and protects cultural Marxist programs of action and facilitates the relentless expansion of the deep state.

Republican Leadership – More afraid of being accused of being called a racist, sexist, homophobe or lslamophobe than of failing to enforce their oaths to “support and defend the Constitution,” the Republican Establishment accepts and enforces cultural Marxist memes within its own sphere of operations. In doing so, knowingly or not, it becomes an agent of that.

These “conservatives” become increasingly indistinguishable from their democratic counterparts save that they misrepresent themselves to their constituents. Lacking the discernment to recognize their situation, they will work with globalists, corporatists, and the international financial interests and will likewise service the deep state.

These establishment Republicans are the hard left’s designated defeat mechanism in the destruction of the old regime as well as the American ideal.

Because candidate Trump publicly exposed them for their duplicitous activities, they are at risk as long as Trump can turn on them and are, therefore, bitter foes. Candidate Trump’s success remains an ongoing existential threat to establishment Republicans.

Islamists – Islamists ally with cultural Marxists because, as far back as the 1980s, they properly assessed that the hard left has a strong chance of reducing Western civilization to its benefit.

Having co-opted post-modern narratives as critical points, Islamists deploy these narrative to strategically blind and then control US decision makers. This is by design and purposeful.

“By their own hands!” has been the declared strategy of the Muslim Brotherhood since 1991. This strategy seeks to divide American society against itself with the forced imposition of Islamist objectives on one half of American society by the other half.

Once a society has been effectively atomized, the population will have lost its faith in the old order, detest those who reduced it, and divide along the lines of narrative adherence.

This is the intended outcome of hostile information cum political warfare campaigns and today we see their effects on American society.

Complicating the current situation, many close to the president have pushed him off his message when he was candidate Trump thus alienating him from his base thereby isolating him in the process. When President Trump is not candidate Trump, he becomes dangerously exposed. While the base that elected candidate Trump identified with his vision, they are only Trump’s insofar as he holds to the vision that made him president.

Political Warfare Attacks – A Primer

As used here, “political warfare” does not concern activities associated with the American political process but rather exclusively refers to political warfare as understood by the Maoist Insurgency model.

Political warfare is one of the five components of a Maoist insurgency.

Maoist methodologies employ synchronized violent and non-violent actions that focus on mobilization of individuals and groups to action. This approach envisions the direct use of non-violent operational arts and tactics as elements of combat power.

In Maoist insurgencies, the formation of a counter-state is essential to seizing state power. Functioning as a hostile competing state acting within an existing state, it has an alternate infrastructure.

Political warfare operates as one of the activities of the “counter-state” and is primarily focused on the resourcing and mobilization of the counter state or the exhaustion and demobilization of the targeted political movement. Political warfare methods can be implemented at strategic, operational, or tactical levels of operation.

Political warfare is warfare.

Strategic information campaigns designed to delegitimize through disinformation arise out of non-violent lines of effort in political warfare regimes. They principally operate through narratives.

Because the left is aligned with lslamist organizations at local, national and international levels, recognition should be given to the fact that they seamlessly interoperate through coordinated synchronized interactive narratives.

Cultural Marxism – A Primer

While the attacks on President Trump arise out of political warfare considerations based on non-kinetic lines of effort (as discussed below), they operate in a battle-space prepared, informed and conditioned by cultural Marxist drivers.

In practical terms, the political warfare assault on President Trump cannot be separated from the cultural Marxist narratives that drive them. From an operational preparation of the environment perspective, President Trump is operating in a battle-space that reflects the left’s vision.

As used in this discussion, cultural Marxism relates to programs and activities that arise out of Gramsci Marxism, Fabian Socialism and most directly from the Frankfurt School.

The Frankfurt strategy deconstructs societies through attacks on culture by imposing a dialectic that forces unresolvable contradictions under the rubric of critical theory. The result is induced nihilism, a belief in everything that is actually the belief in nothing.

That post-modern (diversity/multiculturalism) narratives seeks to implement cultural Marxist objectives can be demonstrated by reference to founding Frankfurt School theorist Herbert Marcuse’s repurposing of the term tolerance.

In a 1965 paper Marcuse defined tolerance as intolerance; said it can be implemented through undemocratic means to stop chauvinism (xenophobia), racism, discrimination; and should be extended to the left while denied to the right:

• “The realization of the objective of tolerance would call for intolerance toward prevailing policies, attitudes, opinions, and the extension of tolerance to policies, attitudes, and opinions which are outlawed or suppressed.”

• “Surely, no government can be expected to foster its own subversion, but in a democracy such a right is vested in the people (i.e. in the majority of the people). This means that the ways should not be blocked on which a subversive majority could develop, and if they are blocked by organized repression and indoctrination, their reopening may require apparently undemocratic means. They would include the withdrawal of toleration of speech and assembly from groups and movements which promote aggressive policies, armament, chauvinism, discrimination on the grounds of race and religion, or which oppose the extension of public services, social security, medical care, etc.”

• “Liberating tolerance, then, would mean intolerance against movements from the Right and toleration of movements from the Left. As to the scope of this tolerance and intolerance: … it would extend to the stage of action as well as of discussion and propaganda, of deed as well as of word.”

It is through such post-modern constructs that interoperable narratives are established among various left-wing groups as well as between them and Islamist groups at all levels.

For example, from the 2001 Conference of Foreign Ministers at Bamako, Mali, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) declared its commitment to fight racism and xenophobia and then declared lslamophobia a “contemporary form of racism”:

• In this context, the World Conference urges all states … take all necessary measures to combat hatred, discrimination, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance particularly against Islam

• Racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance which display an increasing trend, in their most subtle and contemporary forms, constitute a violation of human rights. 3. Contemporary forms of racism are based on discrimination and disparagement on a cultural, rather than biological basis. In this content, the increasing trend of lslamophobia, as a distinct form of xenophobia in non-Muslim societies is very alarming.

That the OIC made these claims as part of its planned inputs to the United Nation’s “Third World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance” further demonstrates the coordinated and interoperable nature of these narratives at international levels in international forums.

As cultural Marxist narratives intensify, they are to be further operationalized in the form of hate speech narratives. Hate speech narratives are non-random, coordinated, and fully interoperable escalations of cultural Marxist memes.

Key international players include the European Union, the UN, and the OSCE, the OIC and the International Muslim Brotherhood.

Hate speech memes are structured, coordinated, and implemented through these same international forums. They involve close coordination with media and social media and include the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) narratives.

Battlespace

These attack narratives are pervasive, full spectrum and institutionalized at all levels.

They operate in social media, television, the 24-hour news cycle in all media, and are entrenched at the upper levels of the bureaucracies and within the foreign policy establishment.

They inform the entertainment industry from late night monologues, to situation comedies, to television series memes, to movie themes.

The effort required to direct this capacity at President Trump is little more than a programming decision to do so. The cultural Marxist narrative is fully deployed, pervasive, full spectrum and ongoing. Regarding the president, attacks have become a relentless 24/7 effort.

While there is certainly a Marxist agenda and even lslamist motivations that must be seriously addressed in their own right, these motivations alone seem inadequate to explain the scope and magnitude of the effort directed against the presid
