Former Colorado clerk Tina Peters just met with President Trump at the White House to discuss voting machines and election security — according to former DOJ official Ed Martin.

Martin also commented on social media recently: “We are in a crisis stage of the midterm elections. DHS secretary Mullin has said that foreign interference is possible, and the machines are not secure. That is his finding. We must avert the crisis. All hands on deck.”

Trump’s meeting with Tina Peters comes after two major federal election-security warnings — one from the Department of Homeland Security, and another from the Pentagon.

On August 24th Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin (DHS) sent a letter to the White House with a warning that America’s voting machines contain components manufactured by foreign adversaries and thus have significant security risks.

That two-page letter was publicly released on August 27th.

The three companies responsible for more than 80% of the electronic voting machines used in the United States have already acknowledged that some components inside their systems were made in China. Those companies include Election Systems & Software, Hart InterCivic and Dominion Voting Systems — the last one is now called Liberty Vote.

Remember when four FBI agents cornered Mike Lindell at a Hardee’s drive-thru in Minnesota in 2022 and stole his cell phone?

That act of gangsterism happened four years ago.

And now, for the first time, we are learning why the FBI wanted Lindell’s phone — thanks to the non-profit organization Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch recently announced that a federal court had finally unsealed key search-warrant records from the FBI’s illegal seizure.

The warrant authorized federal agents to search “the person of Michael Lindell,” seize his cell phone — and even use his fingerprints or face to unlock it.

The FBI claimed that it was investigating possible federal offenses including identity theft, damage to a protected computer and conspiracy in connection with the copying of election-system data in Mesa County, Colorado.

Mesa County? That’s the Tina Peters case.

But who really started the FBI’s fishing expedition?

Dominion Voting Systems.

Yesterday, Patrick Byrne released a public letter that was addressed to the judge in one of his cases. Of course it’s difficult to keep track of which case and which judge Byrne is discussing at any given time. After all, he’s involved in three important cases right now.

First off, there’s “Hunter Biden v. Patrick Byrne” — that’s now on appeal. That’s the one where Hunter Biden has sued Byrne over Byrne’s claims that Biden sought an $800 million bribe from Iran connected to U.S. policy toward frozen Iranian assets.

Then there’s “Eric Coomer v. Patrick Byrne.” That’s a defamation suit, pending in the Middle District of Florida. Former Dominion executive Eric Coomer alleges that Byrne was involved in producing and distributing The Deep Rig, which Coomer says falsely portrayed him as involved in an effort to manipulate the 2020 election.

And finally, there’s “Dominion/Liberty Vote v. Patrick Byrne.” This one got started in 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Dominion alleges that Byrne made false statements concerning Dominion and the 2020 presidential election.

That’s right: we are now in Year Five of this particular defamation case.

It’s Judge Carl J. Nichols who is presiding over the Dominion case — and Byrne just wrote a public letter to him. In that letter, Bryne alerts Judge Nichols that the second judge who’s in charge of discovery materials in the case — Magistrate Judge Maxila A. Upadhyaya — is not an impartial one.

According to Byrne’s public letter: This Mafia has a lawyer, whom I assume I can safely refer to as a “Mob lawyer”. The name of that Mob Lawyer is “Magistrate Judge Maxila A. Upadhyaya”. Between 2019 and 2022 this Mob lawyer represented the narco-terrorists (per DOJ, State, and Treasury) Nicholas Maduro and Cartel de los Soles (a.k.a. “the Venezuelan government”). She did so while working at the DC offices of Venable, a law firm whose West Coast offices are managed by Mr. Kamala Harris (a.k.a. “Douglas Emhoff). Somehow Mob Lawyer Upadhyaya slipped through the cracks of your tight management of impartial justice and became (I-shit-thee-not) the magistrate judge over my case. There, and notwithstanding the fact that this case lies at the center of an issue that has brought the US to the edge of civil war, and that the eyes of the world are on this subject (riots have broken out in countries such as South Korea and Japan over election mischief, and government officials there have reached out for my assistance), Mob lawyer Upadhyay has issued remarkable rulings on behalf of her Venezuelan Mafia clients in an attempt to cover things up.

So who was the mob — or mafia — that Maxila A. Upadhyaya represented?

According to Bryne: The USDOJ charged Nicolás Maduro with narco-terrorism conspiracy in an indictment unsealed in March 2020 (a superseding indictment unsealed in January 2026 expanded those charges). The DOJ alleged that he led the Cartel de los Soles (“Cartel of the Suns”)—a network of high-ranking Venezuelan military and government officials—and partnered with designated terrorist groups such as FARC over more than two decades. DOJ described this as a “narco-terrorism partnership” in which Venezuelan institutions were corrupted to protect trafficking. The State Department has listed him as a member of the FTO-designated Cartel de los Soles. The Treasury Department separately designated the Cartel de los Soles as a "Specially Designated Global Terrorist" in 2025, describing it as headed by Maduro and other senior regime figures that provided support to groups such as Tren de Aragua and the Sinaloa Cartel. More broadly, DOJ and Treasury materials describe Maduro and his regime as having systematically corrupted state institutions (military, intelligence, legislature, judiciary) creating a “narco-state” in the language of the Treasury.

What are the odds of Maduro’s former attorney becoming a judge who’s picked to handle “discovery” in the Dominion case?

It’s gotta be: a billion to one chance.

Last week, a Delaware judge ordered Fox Corporation (the owner of Fox News) to divulge internal company documents in a lawsuit brought by shareholders against the Murdoch family and company directors.

Bill Barr has a big problem: he sabotaged the first Trump Administration.

Here’s the bombshell: Bill Barr apparently called Shaffer and asked him to turn over a key witness witness to Barr.

Shaffer refused.

As the ill-advised and undeclared Iran war drags on and threatens to hand control of Congress to race Communists who hate the Constitution, it’s worth thinking seriously about our country’s history of war. Thinking critically, I mean.
