From Washington: An Emerging Crisis In Ukraine

Russia has amassed troops along the border of Ukraine as part of a pressure campaign.  As events in Ukraine continue to unfold, Fox's International Correspondent, Simon Owen is on the ground in the capital of Kyiv.  Simon has spent the past few days in Ukraine talking to residents and describes the mood of the moment.  NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is a political and military alliance between nations who have pledged to defend one another in the event of an attack by the Soviet Union or another threat.
