Another Cowboy hopped in the transfer portal.
Isaiah Coleman is the latest Oklahoma State player to enter, according to Verbal Commits. Coleman transferred from Seton Hall last offseason. He played in 33 games for OSU, making five starts, and averaged 6.4 points and 3.8 rebounds a contest.
For whatever reason, it just didn’t work out for Coleman in Stillwater. He averaged 15.6 points a game for the Pirates last season and was expected by many to be a key cog in the Cowboys’ success, but he finished the year seventh on the team in minutes played per game. He dropped 28 points on Auburn in that October exhibition but scored in double figures just six times during the season.
Coleman makes it five Cowboys in the portal (six if you include Anthony Roy, who is seeking eligibility). Daniel Guetta, Vyctorius Miller, Jaylen Curry, and Robert Jennings II are the other Pokes in the portal.
The Cowboys did get some good news on Tuesday when Kanye Clary announced he’ll return to Stillwater for a second season. That leaves Andrija Vukovic, Mekhi Ragland, Benjamin Ahmed and Ryan Crotty as OSU players who have not announced a decision about next season.
All of that is more easily digestible in charts, which you can find at our portal tracker.
