HB2601 Allows the physicians to opt to recommend a 60 day marijuana license, instead of a 2 year license.
It allows the OMMA to set whatever fee for license that they choose. It also prohibits patients from inhaling medicine ( by smoking or by vaporizer) in public many public places and wherever tobacco smoking is prohibited by state law. |
SB532 authorizes the OMMA to make permanent rules governing the process of naming an authorized operator to resume operations when an owner of a dispensary, processing, or growing business (MMBs) is found to be deceased, insolvent, bankrupt, or the subject of an order appointing receiver or a foreclosure by a secured party.
The rules will be completely up to the OMMA, as long as the governor approves of the rules. |
