Everyone, Senator Shane Jett submitted bill to the Oklahoma state senate. It basically protects you when you are in possession of an Axe, Hatchet, tomahawk, Machete or billhook from arrest for possession "of any other offensive weapon". Please contact these senators and ask them to hear the bill in the Public Safety commettee. We now have Ax throwing establishments in Oklahoma, and if they have an alcohol licence you could possibly be committing a felony if in possession of an ax in the business. Please call and email the following Senators and ask them to support SB 954. Call the Senate Public Safety Committee and ask them to VOTE FOR SB954.
