Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford is asking questions about Medicaid’s improper-payment rate—now likely in excess of 25 percent. It has more than quadrupled since Obamacare Medicaid expansion.

The senators’ letter cited the November 2020 CMS improper-payment-rate report and the 21.4 percent improper-payment rate in Medicaid.
