Buc-ee's has been expanding and typically locates along interstate highways outside major metropolitan areas. For Central Oklahoma that would most likely be in the El Reno/Yukon, Choctaw, Norman and Edmond/Guthrie areas.

From KHOU in Houston:

After a long delay, The Hill housing project in Deep Deuce is set to move forward.

Density would be reduced with some free-standing homes, with the number of platted lots moving from 66 to 54. The exterior design will seek to blend with the existing townhomes, but the interiors and layouts will be a lot more like what you see in the Wheeler District.

Work is to start in 2025 and completion will depend on demand but the hope is it will all be finished by 2030. The architect is Common Works.
