TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – Construction is getting underway on a new train depot at the Route 66 Village. The Village already features a railroad and oil derrick. It's on Southwest Boulevard, near 41st. The 5,000-square-foot depot will be a museum and events center commemorating travel by rail in the early 20th century. It's being paid for through the Vision Tulsa project and should be finished by next summer.
