TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – Woodland Hills Mall is slated to reopen this Friday. Simon Property Group, which owns the Tulsa mall, plans to open 49 of its properties in the next week as states lift coronavirus restrictions. Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt announced a detailed plan last week to ease restrictions and allow businesses to reopen over several phases that conclude in June. Simon posted online a list of the properties slated to reopen.
