Mike Slater said Monday that we can all learn something from the inspiring rise of one of America’s most successful professional sports coaches of all-time, six-time Super Bowl champion Bill Belichek.
His very first job in football? An unpaid internship analyzing film reels.
Slater said Belichek’s humility and work ethic are something that we should all seek to emulate, adding that it is the exact opposite of the participation-trophy-loving, everything-should-be-free mentality of today.
