Oklahoma will open COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to all residents over 16 beginning Monday, joining a number of states lifting eligibility requirements. The move expands access to a COVID-19 vaccine to about 555,200 residents who did not fall in earlier phases of the state's vaccination plan, according to the state's estimates.
