The Certificate of Compliance is required by state law for all business applications to be approved. It must be on the official OMMA form and signed by the appropriate city or county official. @Shoeshineman2 You would have to contact the labs about that.

@Shoeshineman2 Lab license applications will be available in November. You can have product tested now by labs that have NELAC or ANSI/ASQ certification, just as many businesses have been doing.

@DrommondTom Look for NELAC or ANSI/ASQ certified labs. Product tested now will not have to be retested when licensing of labs begins in January.

OMMA establishes rules based on state laws. The requirement for growers/processors to test medical marijuana/products, including the requirement that batch sizes be no greater than 10 pounds, is a mandate in state law available here: https://t.co/fhM5b5Adwg. See Section R. https://t.co/XTBIhaVIey

@MrsD78628008 You can submit the application w/out the CofC. It will not be approved without it, but you will be considered as having sent the renewal w/in the proper time frame. Once you receive the completed CofC form, you can go in and add it to your application to be reviewed & approved.
