This applies only for business-to-business transportation. People with valid patient licenses are allowed to transport their purchased medical marijuana and medical marijuana products, as long as they are within the legal limits stated on the back of the patient license. (2/3)

Only people with a valid transporter agent card can transport medical marijuana/medical marijuana products between businesses. OMMA rules require a valid transporter agent card and a transportation license associated with the business for which they’re transporting product. (1/3)
