Ai Will Choose Who Gets Fired From Now On A new survey of 300 HR leaders across the country said they use AI to make decisions about who should be fired. It is obvious looking at the current tech layoffs in silicon valley that Ai tools may have been used in that decision making process. What are some of the parameters is this software going to look at when evaluating who should be given a pink slip? Will woke diversity and inclusion be a factor? It's not far-fetched to see if you have two similar candidates on the chopping block the tipping point may come down to race or other political factors.
