Bill Gates spends the money so he makes the rules. A reporter in Africa had the audacity to question this idea and Gates had to enlighten the reporter. You and I need to eat the bugs to change the weather but Bill and his cohorts flay around the globe extolling the virtues of listening to them. Is this hypocritical?
