The building that houses the county's most feared criminals is perpetually broken and the dangers in the building add to the reputation as one of the nation's deadliest lockups.
  But the county commissioners have a plan to tackle the problem and restore some pride in county govt.

  There needs to be a 12-step plan, acute care clinics, and several support groups, to effectively care for the severely addicted lawmakers who seem to love their power to control others.
 Rural lawmakers want to punish city folk, and city legislators want to drag the neanderthal country hicks into the 21st century.

  OKC District Attorney, David Prater, has pounced on the grassroots advocate for constitutional liberties. Tim Harper of News Now OKC has long been peacefully exercising his right to keep & bear arms, as well as his right to collect and publish news in the public domain.
  But when he stopped by a Twin Peaks restaurant and tavern, the rifle slung over his shoulder, was deemed by Prater to be in violation of a little-known and rarely enforced state law. This statute says something to the effect that a business which 'primarily' sells alcohol, has very limited permission to have arms therein.
  Had Harper had just his sidearm, he'd be within the rules. 
  David Prater prevailed with the judge when he declared Harper a purveyor of race wars and lawlessness. The events at the restaurant were peaceful, passive, and respectful, but Harper was jailed for days while Prater convinced the courts that a cash bond in excess of $100,000 was the only reasonable term for bailing Harper out.
  Harper missed a week of employment and was suspended from his job. that lead to an indefinite suspension which has left the household with mounting mortgage & other debts. When he was bailed out, it was only made within his means when he made a pledge to the judge to refrain from any social media communications, as well as turning over all his firearms, indefinitely.

  OKC-based video Journalist, Adrian Otap was our special guest for  an hour-long studio debriefing about some of the more confrontational scenes he covered in the past year. 
  The Lawton insurrection is one of the more unruly scenes that Oklahomans endured in 2019. 
  Otap, the founder of E Pluribus Otap , gave his best advice for others who pick up a video recorder to chronicle a conflict in public.
  Adrian then gave his best insights about the plight of 2nd Amendment auditor, Tim Harper, of Midwest City. He then provides suggestions for how Oklahomans can come to the support of Harper.
  The OKC Jail is another issue we spent time discussing.  We learn that several counties face the same problems and we discuss how citizens can make a difference.
