OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Parts of the Northeast are gearing up for what could be very heavy snow early Tuesday, after tornadoes and other powerful winds swept through parts of the Southern Plains, killing at least one person in Oklahoma, and some Michigan residents faced a sixth consecutive day without power following last week’s ice storm.

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — LJ Cryer and Dale Bonner each scored 15 points, and No. 7 Baylor held off Oklahoma State for a 74-68 victory on Monday night.

Jalen Bridges had 14 points and Adam Flagler added 13 for Baylor (22-8, 11-6 Big 12), which earned its second straight win since dropping consecutive games at Kansas State and Kansas.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Erik Stevenson scored 23 points, Tre Mitchell added a season-high 22 and West Virginia rolled to an 85-67 victory over Oklahoma State on Monday night.

Stevenson made 5 of 6 shots from 3-point range and grabbed five rebounds for the Mountaineers (16-10, 5-10 Big 12), who snapped a three-game skid.

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Aubrey Joens scored 23 points and had 11 rebounds off the bench and No. 15 Oklahoma throttled Texas Tech 84-57 on Wednesday night.

Liz Scott scored 13 points and made all six shot attempts, Madi Williams scored 12 and Nevaeh Tot had 11 for Oklahoma (21-4, 11-3 Big 12).
