Coronavirus has canceled a local holiday tradition. Owasso announced its Holly Trolley will not be shuttling shoppers all over the city. The shuttle was free and it would've been the trolley's 15th year of transporting people from restaurants and stores in Owasso. Tricia Allen, owner of Rust and Ruffles Boutique, didn't know about the change Wednesday morning. "When you told me a while ago, I was just like oh my word," Allen said, "I was shocked. I'm really disappointed.
