The map of the USA will soon be reminiscent of 1850’s maps - just divided into, let’s just call them “Birth States” and “Baby Killing States”.
In the future, should one set of these states rally together, marshaling their military assets to impose their will on the other states and force them to adopt their abortion policies?
Or, say in the future, the 13th Amendment is repealed. This is legitimately possible under our current National Operating System (aka AmericaOS 2.26). It is only a matter of there being enough votes for it.
Slavery then goes back to what just happened with abortion - a state by state issue.
Same question, should one state or a group of states be able to impose their will on another or on a group of states that have chosen different policies for themselves?
