Will Commissioner James Hanning Have to Drop his Trousers in Court?

UPDATE: Our original post said 'circumsized' . It should be stated ' uncircumsized'.

So we are following up on the Wagoner County Commissioner James Hanning molestation case that was discovered during a deposition of Hanning's step daughter. The facts are a bit muddy but when she was in grade school or at eight years of age depending upon who tells the story, the girl was subjected to molestation of some sort. The confession came out during the deposition as the now 26 year old was under oath and had to answer the question.

Another story told was that one of the OSBI witnesses was out on the back deck of a rental home working that same day and Commissioner James Hanning came out to tell his side of the story. One would be mortified I suppose if something like that was said about you so perhaps Commissioner James Hanning was either honestly telling his side of the story or he was attempting to muddy the water.

Stupid is as Stupid Does

The local Trump support group Drive for 45 was being slammed last week on KFOR in Oklahoma City. The story was that a meet up was arranged at a local restaurant parking lot without the owner's permission and a complaint was made to the police, leading to one hot head to make some ill advised statements on social media.

The meet up was in September with the black restaurant owners claiming the group blocked the entire parking lot and scared off customers leading the restaurant owner and the property owner to file a police report. According to the TV story:

“Later that day, a member of the group, Scott Albert Himes, posted, “Big O’s in Edmond is a disgrace. I will never eat here and I encourage others not to. F* these Mother F****.”

An Example of How Corrupt out County Prosecutor Offices Can Be

Meet Tom Sawyer. Sawyer came to our attention after he showed up at one of the Tyler Paulsen hearings and had handled the preliminary hearing on Paulsen in Mayes County. Sawyer was a Tulsa County A.D.A. earlier and has a history of suppressing discover-able information in criminal trials. On September 10^th 2018 Sawyer was attempting to prevent a defendant from getting the information needed to defend himself. The transcript shows that Sawyer refused to allow the defendant's attorney to have the firearm in the case test to see if it was operable and there were some problems with the chain of custody of the firearm after the arrest. For seven months Sawyer appears to have stymied the defense attorney on these discover-able issues despite several meetings and hammered out agreements that were not kept.

Trump Needs You At Your Precinct GOP Meeting This Month!

We are getting very close to many of the precinct meetings and we need as many Republicans as possible to show up and help us clean house in the GOP. Having a strong conservative leader in place is the only way to prevent politicians like Lankford and Inhofe from betraying us again. To attend you need an ID card and some proof of your status as a voter. A voter ID card is best or a print off from the state election board site. Contact us if you do not know how to look up your account and print it off from the election board website.

The precinct meetings are informal. You show up, fill out five or six forms, refuse to give them a dime, give it to a deserving candidate instead until we get this pile of steaming...Kannady cleaned up. You will be there an hour or so, then in March a half day at the County GOP convention if it is held separately. Then three quarters of a day at the state GOP convention in April or May where you will vote on the new leaders of the State GOP.

Good News for the Oklahoma GOP

The entire state got some good news Friday afternoon with a mass email sent out by GOP chairman David McLain. After bragging for a few pages about his “accomplishments” he dropped the good news, the miscreant has read the writing on the wall and is refusing to run for office again.

McLain was a disaster for the Party. A wide coalition got the man elected including STP bulldozing a path and getting other candidates to step aside but as soon as he was elected he turned on the conservatives, allying with the far right radical City Elders group. And the spending went wild with McLain flying cronies and family members across the U.S., running up tens of thousands in credit card debt after burning through tens of thousands of dollars left in the bank account from the earlier administration.

Good News for the Oklahoma GOP

Scandal after scandal erupted, cronies pulling shady deals, illegal acts like advocating the gathering of corporate campaign dollars, and the books were a complete mess to the point where McLain had to fire staff and the Party not knowing where the rent money would come from or how they could pay overdue utility bills. The financial damage was so horrendous that STP worked with a private investigator to dig up McLain's own sordid financial scandals from the past including the looting of nine paint stores as part of a bankruptcy scheme down South. McLain fled to Arizona it seems after the bankruptcy, winding up in Tulsa where he promptly was sued by a national paint supplier after he once again fell behind on paying his bills. Unable to do another bankruptcy so soon after the previous McLain was forced to settle the debt after the court case was over.

This spendthrift behavior and tens of thousands in debt allowed Lankford and others to get control of the GOP, bailing out McLain and fixing a firm muzzle on both he and the Party. Part of the debt was settled with an attempt to completely remove the County GOP officials from management of the State GOP but the plan fell apart after it was publicized by STP prior to the 2020 Convention.

Is it any wonder that Senator James Lankford betrayed our President a few weeks ago? He felt insulated by his lap dog chairman, content that McLain would squash any protests over the betrayal of both Trump and the state Republican voters.

While many are relieved that McLain will soon be just a bad memory we can also expect a lame duck tyrant working to suppress dissent and insulate Lankford and Inhofe for as long as possible.

Next week we will have a resolution calling for the censuring of both Lankford and Inhofe for cowardice in not supporting our President during the electoral college certification. We will also have a resolution calling for their expulsion from the GOP Party and for their resignation from office. You can copy and paste into a document and bring it to the precinct meetings, get others to sign it and turn it in with your other paperwork. If enough of us file these resolutions the county will have to act on them at the County Convention and put them to a vote. Then the same at the State Convention.

An Example of How Corrupt out County Prosecutor Offices Can Be

Sawyer also refused to hand over background reports on the witnesses and experts he planned to call, had turned over blurry photos instead of the clear photos available, and the blurry pictures appear to be from a video that Sawyer had been refusing to hand over to the defense.

Sawyer got crosswise with the judge in the hearing too as he blamed her for an order not being complete, despite it being Sawyer's job to give the judge the pre written order to be signed. Three times the judge ordered that the gun be released for testing and it appears that three times Sawyer ignored the judges' orders and stymied the defense.

By this point the judge had had enough of Sawyer and threw the case out with prejudice, meaning the state would be unable to file the case again. The judge admonished Sawyer for bickering and arguing instead of doing his job. The case was to go to a jury trial on the next day and there were serious violations of due process from Sawyer not allowing the gun to be tested or providing the video or other discover-able evidence.

But in the transcript was an illuminating bit of info. An email from the defense lawyer was read into evidence by Sawyer, which was claimed to be harassing but it let the cat out of the bag on Sawyer; Sawyer had been arrested and thrown out of the BOK center allegedly for being drunk, getting into an altercation, and brandishing a weapon! The guy attempting to imprison another man for a gun crime had recently been arrested on a gun crime!

And remember the audio tape of the original ADA from Tulsa County that prosecuted Tyler Paulsen years ago on the basis of what he admitted was the word of a crazy woman? Eric Jordan, admitted the original case was B.S. and promised to intervene in the Mayes County case as he considered the Mayes County gun charges as a travesty of justice as the underlying felony that he railroaded Paulsen into was itself a bad prosecution of an innocent man. During that taped call we see the following conversation between Eric Jordan and the other person on the call/

So Sawyer's peers consider him an f****** nut job. For trying to persecute Tyler Paulsen on a gun charge after he himself had been caught, arrested, and had the criminal charge swept under the rug.

Then there is this email from Sawyer sent out to dozens of his peers in Tulsa County D.A. Office after little Tommy got his butt fired. Now no mention of why he was fired in his letter when surely Sawyer knew that being allegedly arrested drunk, getting in a fight at the BOK, and allegedly brandishing a gun were more than enough reason for being fired. Funny how he left that bit out....

Subject:Just a memo, not a mission statement

Mr. Kunzweiler;

I am writing to express my profound disappointment at how inappropriate and unprofessional you and Erik are as managers and leaders of people. You are absolutely horrible at judging the hearts of your employees. And everything you have done shows me how little you know about me.

How you “released me from my employment” was incredibly disrespectful and completely unjustified. You came down to the third floor, as I was still in the middle of my preliminary hearing docket. Judge Keeley had called me into his chambers and was talking to me. Incidentally he was talking to me about how untrained the new ADAs, who are doing preliminary hearings, are at preliminary hearings. You brought with you an armed investigator. You interrupted Judge Keeley and ordered me to come with you. Then you escorted me – with the armed investigator – from the third floor to the investigators' conference room. Were you trying to make me feel like I was being arrested? At the conference room,we were joined by two other armed investigators. So now there was you and me and three armed investigators.

In the conference room, you said “You are being released from employment.” That’s it. No explanation or reason. Which is fine. Your name is on the door. I served at the pleasure of the District Attorney. You can release anybody at any time for any legal reason. But then you did something so incredibly odd.

You told me to turn over my firearm to the investigators; that I am no longer able to carry a firearm. I told you I don’t have a firearm on my person or in the office. You said I did have a firearm and that I signed a piece of paper saying I did. No I didn’t. Since I came back, I never applied to carry a gun, I never receive a CLEET certification and I never signed anything that stated I was carrying a gun into the office.

I have never ever been a threat. I have not said anything threatening. I have never written anything threatening. I have never communicated in any way any type of threat. Yet you believed you needed three armed investigators for me!Without any shred of evidence that I was threatening, were you scared of me? Is this how you see people? They are a threat even without the slightest evidence they are threatening? Is this the way you approach prosecution? You basically believe people are guilty without the slightest evidence proving they guilty just because you believe they are guilty?

Why did you come down personally to get me? I suppose you couldn’t text me to come up to the investigators conference room, because I had just told you I was no longer going to use my personal mobile phone for work purposes. But you could have just sent Erik, Kevin or even an investigator. But nope. You wanted to make a point. You wanted to prove that you are the boss. You wanted to show me and everyone else that you are the big man in charge. Wow, that just reeks of insecurity.

You did all that to try to establish power and dominance over me by trying to intimidate and humiliate me. Here is the rub. You have neither and I was neither. You have no real power or dominance over me. You were my employer. Nothing more, nothing less. (I thought you were more. I thought you were my friend. Obviously I was wrong). I was not intimidated nor humiliated. I had done nothing wrong except work extremely hard for you and the office and tell you the truth about what was happening.

The whole situation made me think of making a “Jerry McGuire” joke that I was not going to “freak out.” But I honestly thought you and the armed investigators would not see it as a joke and I would be taken down and physically restrained.

Since you gave me no reason for “releasing” me from my employment, I can only guess as to the reason why. The only way I can figure out the reason is to begin by going through what cannot be the reason.

First I know the reason cannot be because I was not hard working. Like other ADAs, I have been putting in hours in excess of 40 hours a week every week. In fact, I had just worked an all-nighter Sunday night to get the tasks done.
Second, I know the reason cannot be because I made some mistake. You never said I made a mistake. If you could have told me I was wrong when you fired me, you would have.
Third, I know the reason cannot be because I was not doing my job. You never said I was not doing my job. Again, if you could have told me I was not doing my job when you fired me, you would have.
Fourth, I know the reason cannot be because I was disloyal or insubordinate. I have always, always, always supported you, publicly and privately. No one can say otherwise. No evidence can be presented to show otherwise.
Fifth, I know the reason cannot be because I make too much money and I somehow busted the salary cap. We all know how much each other makes. It is public knowledge. I made $51K.
Sixth, I know the reason cannot be because I lied. We all know, I could never play poker because I do not have the ability to lie.

So I can only conclude you fired me because you found out I was thinking about looking for another job or I told the truth about what was happening in the office.

I told Erik that you were working us way too hard and expecting way too much. Erik told me to “figure it out” and get it all done. That is a direct quote. Basically you are telling us to figure out how to continue to work overtime without any compensation or acknowledgment or accolades. Publicly you state that family is the most important thing, but what really goes on behind the scenes is that you don’t care about our families, we work for you, you will work us as much as you decide and we either like it or get released from employment.

I also told you that I no longer was going to use my private mobile phone for work purposes. Using my personal mobile phone for work allows for my phone and phone records to be subject to a subpoena. Additionally, work was relying too much on the use of my personal phone, which became painfully obvious in my interaction with Erik when communicating by text messages.

As a side note, if you think I made the infamous “Hitler” video, you would be absolutely and utterly wrong. I was sent that video and was disgusted by it. I expressed my disgust anytime the video was talked about. I also refused to forward the video or even the link to the video, no matter who requested me to do so. If you want to look at my personal mobile phone for proof of such, I will gladly let you.

This weekend as I was rereading your campaign promises, I came across your promise to reduce employee turnover. You said that you lost people because you could not pay them more; that you trained them and they took that training

You said that you lost people because you could not pay them more; that you trained them and they took that training somewhere else and got paid more. We all know that is not true. Here is the evidence.

First, you did not train the people that left. Tim did. The people that left were hired and trained by Tim.
Second, the people you have hired have not been trained well. Just ask them and the judges. (See above regarding the conversation you interrupted to fire me).
Third, you could pay more, you are just choosing not to pay some people more. We all know how much Larry,Mark and Todd are making. You could hire 6 prosecutors at the rate you are paying those three. And one of those three does not even work full time. (Sorry Larry, Mark and Todd for throwing you under the bus, you know I love you and think you are good for the office.)

I know you are not good at reading people’s hearts. I know this only because you could not read mine. I was your biggest and most loyal supporter. I was the only prosecutor last year who went to the polar plunge, where I brought my young son and wore my Steve K for DA Shirt. I tried to support your reelection as much as I was ethically able to once I was running for Judge. (As I told you and others, I made a promise to do what I could to get Wall defeated. I tried to get others to run and when I could not, I had to run myself.) I got my family to go out and support your reelection. I even convinced my wife to vote for you. I have publicly and privately supported vertical prosecution and the trial teams. I have publicly and privately supported your decision to hire Larry, Mark and Todd. Even though those hires were not in my best interests, i.e. their hiring lessened the prospect of me being on a trial team. I have publicly and privately supported every decision to promote someone else instead of me to a trial team. I have publicly and privately stated that I will go where I am needed and do what I am asked for the good of the team – for the good of the office.

By the way, last year you told me that you did not understand what “loyal to a fault” means. Loyal to a fault means someone is loyal and continues to be loyal despite the personal cost of being loyal. I am an example of someone who is loyal to a fault. Despite the personal cost to me in family time and personal relationships, I have always publicly and privately supported you no matter what.

Clearly the listening sessions are not for what you are touting them to be. They are not for you to do your job better. They are to root out those who don’t lockstep agree with you. They are to expose those who are willing to stand up to the king. They are to eliminate those who would dare say the emperor is not wearing any clothes.

In December, you told me that you were not going to be such a nice guy anymore because look where that got you. That people are not loyal to you. That three of your former employees ran against you in your reelection. People running against you is not a sign you are too nice, it is a sign that you are not doing what is required of you for people to be loyal to you.

Demands, threats, and fear do not promote loyalty and respect. Loyalty and respect are earned through the genuinely caring of others and the empowerment of others. For always doing what is right for them, not for you. Employee loyalty is not a given, it has to be earned. You don’t earn loyalty automatically in a day. You earn loyalty day-by-day. Tyranny is ruling by fear. You are making the classic mistake tyrants make. You are mistaking fear for loyalty and the absence of fear for disloyalty. I was not fearful of you so you saw me as not being loyal. I bet you are going to see this email as evidence that your perception of me being disloyal was correct. What you don’t realize is that your mistaken belief of me being disloyal and your actions based upon that mistaken belief actually became a self-filling prophecy.

Your legacy when you leave this office will be an office of tyranny and turmoil. That is sad. Surely that is not how you want to be remembered. Unfortunately it will be.

Steve, do you honestly believe you are going to be able to stand up at the gates and say to Jesus you did the right thing. Do you really believe how you treated me and others will be seen as kind, as dutiful, as Godly. Has your pride become so enveloping that you are not able to see how much that sin is casting a shadow over everything you do.

All of this has made me reconsider and reevaluate how I always thought of you. I see you differently now. I am a little afraid for the safety of Tulsa County. Not much for the overall, but afraid for some. Because some are going to have to sufferer greatly before the overall realizes the mistake they’ve made in choosing you as the District Attorney.

Et tu, Erik? You were my friend. What you took as such a personal affront was really just a misunderstanding of text messages because they came to me in a different order than they came to you. You saw that once I showed you my phone. (That was one of the reasons why I did not want to use my personal mobile phone anymore for work.) You take what Corbin spoon feeds you as gospel. Your default is to believe Corbin – not your employees. You make your employees prove what Corbin says is not true before you do not believe Corbin. I know you now know the truth as to how I really am with the public defenders. Instead of believing me, you did your own little secret investigation. Lastly, you did not even have the backbone to say anything about me being fired, or even be there for it.

This last part is from Kolette, she obviously felt strongly to contribute to this email. Congratulations Steve on taking the most engaged and loyal employee and transforming him into the most disappointed and disengaged employee,questioning his own beliefs and moral compass. And I think they they had good reason to bring armed investigators to fire you and escort you out of the building. But what a whiny ass manifesto to write and send out to so many people. If the allegations are true then you have an alcohol problem, and an attitude problem, and ought to just about now be coming out of state prison for brandishing a firearm in a place that serves alcohol. Dreaming of Molesting Your Step Daughter or Just Bragging About it?

Will Commissioner James Hanning Have to Drop his Trousers in Court?

So we are following up on the Wagoner County Commissioner James Hanning molestation case that was discovered during a deposition of Hanning's step daughter. The facts are a bit muddy but when she was in grade school or at eight years of age depending upon who tells the story, the girl was subjected to molestation of some sort. The confession came out during the deposition as the now 26 year old was under oath and had to answer the question.

This deposition was being covered by Eric Jordan, a sitting assistant District Attorney at the time, acting allegedly as a private attorney but that has yet to be proven. For all we know he was representing Commissioner Hanning while on the State payroll.

Months later we hear about the confession and accusations, write a story about it, and the next day Wagoner County D.A. Jack Thorpe writes a letter to the OSBI and asks for an investigation. That was a year ago and more with no movement. A week or two after the story hit the victim posted on Facebook, relieved that something was finally being done and accusing her own mother of handing her over to her husband, Commissioner James Hanning.

Then crickets... so we started doing some digging and talked to some sources that were interviewed by the OSBI on the matter. One source recounted what they said they told the OSBI and one has to wonder why Commissioner James Hanning is still in office and not sitting in a jail cell awaiting trial.

The victim was quite upset to find out that she would be moving back into the very home where she said she had been victimized by her stepfather Commissioner James Hanning. The home had been purchased by her boyfriend who was unaware of the past, thinking he was doing a good thing buying the family home that ought to have held cherished memories. A verbal altercation occurred with the victim's mother, Mrs. Hanning, with Commissioner James Hanning being within earshot, when the subject was brought up. “That's private!” we were told was the angry reply from Mrs. Hanning when the alleged molestation was brought up.

The story we were told went like this. The family allegedly had a long running tradition of sleeping together in the parents bed on Christmas Eve. For a nuclear family, perhaps this might be plausible. For a blended family, I do not know of many mentally healthy or wise stepfathers wanting to be in bed with a 12 year old stepdaughter under any circumstances. But Commissioner James Hanning is said to be talking about what happened with the OSBI witness and we were told that he claimed that he was having a dream and woke up with his hand down his 12 year old stepdaughter's underwear.

Hanning told the witness that the yearly tradition ended after that.

We know for sure that the OSBI interviewed Tyler Paulsen and his brother who was at one time close to the victim, then Eric Jordan who first questioned the victim during the deposition in the Commissioner James Hanning/Tyler Paulsen lawsuit, then Vicky Hanning who is Commissioner James Hanning's wife, and either Vicky's sister or her aunt who had allegedly been told of the molestation while it was occurring when the child was in grade school. We are not aware that Commissioner James Hanning has been interviewed. One certainly hopes he was and was given a psychological test to judge his reaction to underage girls and a lie detector test, both of which should prove his innocence if that is the case.

There is a clue that ADA Eric Jordan either interviewed the victim later or heard Commissioner James Hanning's explanation because during the taped phone call he refers to the girl as being eight years old at the time of the crime, stating that he didn't believe that an eight year old girl would be an accomplished liar at that age and stating that any normal case of this type would have the accused at the police station by this point. The point being that the OSBI interview with ADA Eric Jordan likely contains information that we are not privy to at this point.

Another source close to Commissioner James Hanning claims that Hanning and his wife are saying that the victim is lying and that the victim came on to Commissioner James Hanning and was rebuffed. The claim is that the victim was humiliated by being rejected by her stepfather and came up with this story. One thing I do know is that Commissioner James Hanning would be ill served by any counsel that allowed him to use that defense on a witness stand.

That seems completely implausible in our opinion. Now we do not know for certain at what age the alleged molestation started but the idea of an eight year old girl, to use ADA Eric Jordan's words, would one make a pass at her stepdad, and two be offended if turned down, and three would hold a grudge for18 years over being rejected. Even if Commissioner James Hanning is alleging that this “pass” or “seduction attempt” occurred as a teenager it is unlikely that a teenage girl would hold a grudge for ten to twelve years.

And if this claim of an eight year old with the hots for stepdad was plausible at all, why would the victim wait until she was 26 years old? Most women, most teenage girls, hell most kids with a grudge don't have nearly that much patience to get their revenge.

Then there is the problem of contemporary stories told around the period that the alleged molestation started or happened; if Vicky Hanning's sister or aunt was told such that something was going on she would be a fool to admit to it as she would have been legally and possibly criminally responsible for not alerting authorities.

Then there is one absolutely stunning story that came out of the OSBI interviews according to the sources. The story was told to the OSBI that at one point after this became an issue the victim was attempting to defend herself and her story, telling the source “Yeah? Well if it never happened how do I know that he is circumcised?”

Shades of Bill Clinton..... is Commissioner James Hanning going to have to drop his trousers to establish his innocence?

Who knows the truth of all this? The victim and Commissioner James Hanning and most likely Vicky Hanning. What we are absolutely sure of is that Commissioner James Hanning is getting massive preferential treatment and that 99.95% of the men in Oklahoma would have been sitting in a jail cell awaiting trial. Because he is an elected official the Wagoner County District Attorney's office refused to prosecute and recused their office and Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter seems to be echoing that sentiment as it has been over a year since the allegations came to light while the victim was under oath and testifying.

Stupid is as Stupid Does

“Later that day, a member of the group, Scott Albert Himes, posted, “Big O’s in Edmond is a disgrace. I will never eat here and I encourage others not to. F* these Mother F****.”

And there was more according to the story:

“Not only that, but according to an FBI search warrant, Himes also wrote in the ‘DriveFor45 Oklahoma’ Facebook group, “We need to blow up that disgraceful Big O’s BBQ. Called the cops for unlawful assembly.”

The first comment is still up on Himes' own Facebook page, the second comment is not. Himes appears to be a college student at OSU OK campus or was at one point but he isn't a young man, perhaps in his thirties? Perhaps going on the GI Bill? Has some fairly inflammatory posts but so do most of us regardless if we support Trump or oppose him.

Now according to the story Himes has offered to apologize to the restaurant owners and has said that he meant blowing up the Facebook page, a manner of speaking to suggest flooding it with negative reviews and complaints, rather than literally blowing up the restaurant.

That didn't deter the FBI that took the case seriously enough to file charges with the Oklahoma County District Attorney Office. Should this be taken to trial? Hardly unless there is some proof of preparation or absolute proof that Himes was wishing to intimidate the business owners or the property owner.

Like the Tea Party before it these new political groups are going to learn the hard way that the media is not your friend and neither are the hot heads and crazies that come flooding in with the normal folks. They will learn to police themselves one hopes and no doubt the liberal media will be combing over their Facebook posts looking for that one stupid blowhard with something to say that drives ratings and sells advertising.

I must admit that this group has a track record of being well meaning but somewhat naive. GOP committee woman Pam Pollard managed to worm her way inside the group despite her notorious history of being the ultimate RINO in the Oklahoma GOP. Finding out that conservatives have been fighting Pollard for over a decade and suffering from her betrayals of the Republican Party values didn't seem to wake them up that they need to be more discerning on who they allow into the perimeter.

The rumor mills are running wild right now. Rumors of the Insurrection Act being implemented, martial law, troop movements, wild stories from Italy claiming they have a smoking gun on the voter fraud and a man admitting that he helped orchestrate it all, the internet is a buzz with rumors and conspiracies. Nancy Pelosi's laptop has been seized, arrests of congressmen and women are imminent, some really weird stuff is being pumped out.

People are desperate right now for some good news and I hope and pray that some of these rumors are true and Trump somehow manages to pull off a miracle. But experience and common sense tells me that Biden is going to take over on the 20^th and the Democrats are going to go on a rampage passing regulations and laws stripping us of so much of our liberties and rights. I will be glad to be proven wrong.

This was far from the first attack at the Capitol

The Capitol was bombed in 1915 by a Harvard professor.

In 1954 Puerto Rican nationalists shot up the House wounding five Representatives. Democrat President Carter pardoned them from their life sentences and sent them back to Puerto Rico.

In 1971 the Weathermen (Democrats) bombed the Senate.

Then in 1998 a gunman killed two capitol policemen before he was caught.

During the Kavanaugh hearings the police arrested 150 protesters including some in the Senate galley that started disrupting the hearings. A large mob also attacked the Supreme Court building, pounding on the doors and screaming.

In this case a 14 year Air Force veteran was shot in the throat for stepping up to look through a sidelight that was broken out during this protest. Some trigger happy coward pulled the trigger on an unarmed woman.

But..... they had stormed the Capitol.... Actually they were let in by Capitol Police. First the barricades were moved by the police , then the doors to the Capitol, they even took selfies with the protesters and in once case gave them directions to Chuck Schumer's office.

It was a mix of antifa instigating and a few dozen stupid Trump supporters following.

But they were NOT domestic terrorists Jon Echols. If you were wetting your pants in fear it was because of your liberal voting record and tax and spend agenda. And this is a good thing for the rest of us in Oklahoma, if more politicians were fearful of the citizens we would have better government. Seeing the videos of the politicians hiding behind seats and groveling under desks were wonderful and these videos ought to be played before a vote can be held when the Session is opened.

If we want to have a free society and government held accountable we need to make a daily occurrence of what you will see in this video when Lindsay Grahm was escorted through an airport. No doubt many of the protesters from his own state were at that airport heading home. This is different than what we saw the radical abolitionists do in recent years. That was over a vote on an issue and a fairly radical piece of legislation. Graham is being hounded for betraying his constituents, the Republican Party, and Trump. Lankford and Inhofe ought to be treated the same way.

After seven months of watching Antifa and BLM rioting and burning cities and killing innocent bystanders the main stream media is going full bore against Trump and his supporters. Thursday night, two days after the Capitol protests antifa rioters in Portland attempted to storm a police station and looted and burned nearby businesses when they were repelled. Thousands, hundreds of thousands of BLM and Antifa rioters riot and burn businesses owned by innocent people for no reason or cause yet a few dozen stupid Trump supporters follow Antifa and suddenly it is the first political violence in a thousand years according to the media.

What will come of all this? The main stream media will be even less trusted. Politicians might act better for a few weeks after being reminded that there is only good will and decency preventing a mob from dragging them out side and hanging them from light poles. The incoming Biden administration will be even more radical and they might well over reach and cause a few Democrat Senators and quite a few House members to abandon the Democrat Party and hand back control to the Republicans.

And Stupid Ideas

Some well meaning patriots are bleating about succession. A stupid idea under current circumstances. Imagine immigration checkpoints at the Oklahoma borders. Loosing our military bases. Federal aid such as welfare and SSS being eliminated. There may come a time for considering succession but not now, not until things became unbearable.

About as stupid are talks about starting a third party. Ross Perot gave us Bill Clinton for eight years. We can win only by splintering the Democrats, not our own base. We understand the frustration but if someone breaks into your home and squats there do you go buy a new house or do you get help to throw them out?

After last year anything might happen but we all have to be aware that the enemy is going to spread disinformation and set traps for Trump supporters. A liberal acquaintance posted the flyer below and it just smacks of being written by a communist agitator. In this climate asking for an armed rally in simply insane.

What is needed right now is for everyone to just settle down and relax. The Democrat Party will splinter within the first hundred days as the moderates refuse to support some of the crazy legislation like the New Green Deal and gun control. Then the factions will turn on each other, a few Democrats in the Senate and more than a few in the House might well change parties. We need to take over the GOP though and clean out the never Trumper's and RINOs, and start holding our state legislature accountable.

Another thing is to pressure the legislature to prepare for an out of control federal government by stiffening laws against federal meddling in state matters, using the Tenth Amendment to keep the federal government in its place. Fortress Oklahoma is achievable and legal and peaceful. If that doesn't stop the liberals from messing with us then we can talk about stronger measures.

When the time comes that guns are being confiscated that would be the time for an armed march on the state capitols but if it comes to that it will be bloody and excessive and would end with thousands of politicians decorating the light poles and patriots dying in the street gut shot. If that happens expect China to move on Taiwan and sink any U.S. ship within reach. The U.S. dollar would lose reserve currency status with a civil war or insurrection, retirement accounts would evaporate, pensions would fail, and life as we know it would change in a heartbeat.

Or we could take over the GOP, begin to hold politicians accountable, and do the honest work needed to set things right. Be ready to go to the precinct meetings in your county or shut up and live with a foot on your neck.

Precinct Meeting Dates and Locations are Beginning to be Set

This is going to be a weird year for precinct meetings as we are dealing with the Chinese virus both the actual effects and those manufactured by the RINOs to influence the outcome for the battle for control of the Party.

In the Republican Party the ultimate power is the Precinct Chairman and Vice Chair. The rules state that they and they alone have the final say on when and where a precinct meeting occurs. The meeting is supposed to happen within the precinct boundaries but that is rare as the County Chairmen tend to try to micro manage and hold a few meetings where anywhere from dozens to a half dozen precincts meet.

Traditionally this has been done on a Tuesday night in late January. The County has some control as they dole out the paperwork with the number of delegates in each precinct. In the coming weeks we will be publishing precinct meeting info as it becomes available.

The State GOP Convention date and place has already been set. Saturday, April 10 at Cox Convention.

So far only two counties have publicized meeting dates. Tulsa and Oklahoma County.

Oklahoma County is organizing by House Districts as they have done for years. Below is a partial list of House Districts, the Chairmen, and the location and date/time if that is set already.

Tulsa County GOP has also set their Precinct Meetings but they have chosen to do a joint Precinct Meeting/County Convention. This will be held on Saturday February 27^th at the Stoney Creek Convention Center in Broken Arrow.

We will have more precinct meeting info later on. Due to the Chinese virus and the holidays a lot of the counties have not yet met to finalize the convention and precinct meeting schedule.

If you are a County GOP official please send us your precinct meeting/convention info when it is available and we will publicize the events.

January 6^th is Going to be a Historical Day

Will Fraud Win Out Over Democracy?

Next Wednesday a joint session of Congress will meet to count the electoral college votes and certify an incoming president elect. Either fraud will win or Democracy will win but each and every one of us must do our part.

There will be a rally in Washington DC that day but Oklahoma is so far away it is best to add our voices from here. We sent a charter bus to DC back in 2009, it would cost around $600 per person at a minimum with no hotel stays, meaning 30 hour grueling bus trips there and back. Plenty of Okies are car pooling, a few are flying in, but the amount of money spent would be better spent elsewhere in our opinion after having done this once in 2009.

There will be a rally at the Capitol on Wednesday at noon put on by the Drive for 45 group. They might actually have a rally or they might just meet up and put on one of their signature convoys to drive around the city.

The best use of your time is calling and emailing our Congressional delegation either to thank them for speaking out and agreeing to protest the fraudulent electoral votes from the six states or to demand they join the rest of the Oklahoma delegation in supporting overturning the fraudulent votes.

Upcoming Stories

We are working some corruption stories for next week or the week after. First is an update on the Wagoner County Commissioner James Hanning accusations of child molestation of his step daughter. There are some sources that have come forward and they recount some amazing allegations and details that make the accusations even more difficult to brush aside.

Another story is about a rogue assistant prosecutor fired from one county over a felony charge that was hushed up only to be hired by another county prosecutor. To top it off the assistant prosecutor got a case dismissed due to Brady violations and chewed out by an honest judge in a case that shows he has a history of filing flimsy charges that he himself ought to have wound up in prison on.
