Please help get out the message about licensing. We comment with this theme in innumerable posts. This was written for a fellow Oklahoman. Please reference your own state constitutional citation (if any). It makes no difference that these illegal schemes have been around and sold as legitimate for about 100 years.
All government licensing is illegal. Please note the wording of the 5th and 14th Amendments of the US, as well as Article 2, Section 7 of the OK Constitutions, "no person...shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law." EVERY licensing scheme starts with abject prohibition (deprivation) and criminalization of whatever activity or property they want to then license. They then "grant" you permission (license, permit) to "legally" do the said criminal activity, if you submit to their extortion/protection scheme. Everyone is subject to constitutional (lawful) regulations whether or not they have a license. But, demand for a license is NOT lawful regulation, it is subjection. It is extortion. If an unlicensed person or business operates within the bounds of constitutional laws, why is a license necessary? If anyone does not abide by the regulations, they may be arrested or cited for appearance in court. Yet, to exercise your liberty without their "license" you are branded a criminal. With their "license" or "permit" then you are considered a "good" citizen. They make themselves our sovereigns. You are merely a subject, a serf, not a sovereign over government. They have instituted these schemes by lying and intimidation. Understanding their schemes is the first step to reforming our government and getting the liars and extortioners out of it. On April 19th, 1775, loyal British subjects rose up against the tyranny of their government and fired the "Shot heard round the world" on Lexington Green, in Massachusetts. These brave men stood in solidarity to fight for their God-given rights. Their actions paved the way for the Declaration of Independence which would be drafted and signed the following year on July 4th.
Having overheard the plans of British General Gage at the Green Dragon Tavern in Boston, Paul Revere and others set out on their midnight ride to warn their countrymen of the British plan to seize their weapons and gun powder. Having been warned, the Minutemen assembled at Lexington Green. Though outnumbered more than 10 to 1, these brave liberty loving farmers and tradesmen stood their ground. The American Revolution had begun. Today, in this nation our forefathers won for us, we once again face many of the same infringements and violations of our rights that they did. How will we honor their blood and sacrifice? How will we rise up against these infringements of our rights and demand our liberty remain intact? As President Reagan once warned us: "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same." Today, we must protect our freedom just as the Minutemen once did on Lexington Green.
