Until then, only about half of the states "allowed" women to vote in some elections. The suffrage movement was a bitter battle to change the culture in the US which took over 70 years. The battle ended in Tennessee, with ratification ending the "Battle of the Roses." Many do not know just how far back the women's rights and suffrage movement began. While not in the form that it finally took, it began farther back than you might think. (Read more by clicking on the pictures)

Ninth Circuit Court Ends CA Gun Magazine Ban The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday upheld a District Court ruling that California's ban on high capacity magazines violates Second Amendment rights protections. This is good news for all gun owners who now do not face oppression from government authorities just for owning an item dictators deemed to be "illegal." Using tortured language in their ruling, the court none-the-less got to a good result. The ruling maintains the improper court precedents and creation of levels of government "scrutiny" in order to violate rights. The 9th Circuit panel of three judges voted 2-1. The dissent was over the level of court "scrutiny" which should be applied... Read more at https://ift.tt/2Y7JMKa

Dealing With Maskholes (pro-mask tyrants) Your reasons for not wearing a mask are your own. We all must quit explaining our reasons for exercising our rightful liberties. That is the point of rights. We are entitled to exercise them, irrespective of whether anyone else understands or agrees with their exercise. We do not owe anyone an explanation. I suggest that we don't waste our time arguing with mask tyrants from among the public. Every bit of information we give them is ammo they may use to try to tear us down. They generally don't care about the truth. They usually want your explanation only to argue, shame, force, or otherwise compel us to comply with their desires. Here is how most encounters in public should go. Them: (shouting) Wear a mask! Why aren't you wearing one? Don't you know that you are endangering people? Blah, blah, blah... Patriots: (calmly, without fear) I am an American, and unless you can prove that I am currently harming you or anyone else, then I am free to go about my business unmolested by you. Your fears, phobias, or worries are not proof. You may not dictate to anyone else... Are you trying to violate my rights? You need to settle down, because you are creating a disturbance. Must I call the police or store management? (attempt to move on, ignoring them). If they persist, get video and seek help from management or call the police. The police are obliged to assist you, as you are not the one creating the disturbance. They also have the duty to explain freedom and our rights to those who would violate them.

The NY Attorney General wants to harm the donors to the NRA rather than prosecute supposed criminals. She accused a number of NRA leaders of various crimes, but has not charged them, rather wishes to dissolve the NRA organization instead. Is this how government shuts down or controls the behavior of those who oppose their political philosophies? If there is harm done to the supporters, they may sue. If there was crime, then charge the criminals. The government does not have any cause or authority to end an organization. On a side note, the choice of how to use funds is wholly subjective and not a matter for an AG.
