Back the Blue Help Stop the De-Funding of the Norman Police Unite Norman filed its petition drive on Friday, July 10, 2020. By the end of the next day, 5,000 had signed the petition. In less than a week, there were 10,000.' Now, after 4 weeks, there are more than 13,000. The need is 18,000. The final 5,000 needed will require a massive state-wide effort.
