Mother Reports Childs Allegations and Gets Half Decade of Supervised Visits

Single mother Heather Collins (Heather) has (4) four hours a week of supervised visits with her children ever since reporting her husbands child sexual abuse (5) five years ago as well as throughout the divorce. On April 28, 2022 attorney Noel Scott Johnson (Johnson) filed a motion for his attorney fees in Collins v. Collins, Rogers County FD-14-308. He seeks over ($100,000) one hundred thousand dollars on behalf of his client to reimburse the fees spent since 2016. Sources indicate that DHS has (5) five substantiated Department of Human Services (DHS) allegations against Johnson’s client, Clayton Collins, a man who has had sole custody while his ex-wife has had over (5) five years of supervised visits, the online record appears absent a reason why.

Heather has consistently told the Court of a danger to her children just to be continuously admonished for mandatory disclosing. Heather through counsel reported that she went to speak with the Rogers County District Attorneys office many times about the allegations eventually going to the State of Oklahoma Attorney General’s (OAG) Office to seek help. Her counsel made the appointment, explained the contentious family law with Johnson’s law firm, and advised his client to attend. When Heather did sit down with the OAG it was by and through Attorney Joy Thorp (Thorp). Heather notes that after divulging her story Thorp said there was ‘nothing’ she could do and that Johnson was the Thorp family attorney. (See Part 3 of this expose)

How did you come up with information? You posted it came from the court documents however that is not what it says in court documents. This article is completely full of lies. From children to you making the mother seem like the victim here. This child is the victim of the the mother. This poor child's world has been torn upside down with the mother's lies about the father which you named in this article then listed lie after lie. The dhs never found any of those lies from the mother as being true. It has come to light that the mother is the abuser in the situation and that is how the father got custody of the child. The mother continues to have supervised visits because the first time she got unsupervised she again started to abuse the child verbally and emotionally . This isn't freedom of speech this just making things up and why we can't have real freedom of speech to speak the truth. This is not a blog of truth. I hope the victims of this fictional article sue the crap out of the creater. You are messing with a child's life here, how dare you cause her more trauma by putting false information out there for everyone to see. She has been abused by her mother and now being re-abused by this article. You claim it was all in records and that is a direct lie. You have changed and manipulated the truth to suit entertaining yourself and inturn this will hurt no one but the child in the situation.

I would like to know who the sociopath is who left that comment in June. I wonder why they would make such assertions when it was the father who called DHS? The mother didn’t accuse the father of anything until after the daughter told her, which was after her interviews with DHS. Father called DHS on the mother and then the mother never saw her child again outside of four hours a week supervised visits for $800 a month. Only after the expert therapist of Team Sociopath told her not to report to DHS, a MISDEMEANOR (!!!), did mother report to DHS once her daughter told her and about what expert therapist did to her! Substantiations? On father, I have seen them myself. On mother? Let’s hear it because if a child is being abused it is a misdemeanor not to report to DHS or police so I want to make sure I report it if that’s the case. Where does it say anything about mother’s lies on or off the record? They very much exist against the father and for good reason, and DHS themselves are dumbfounded as to why even the head of DHS wouldn’t help this child and her mother. Yes. The mother here is a victim too. And what does this nameless poster who I will just call by their clear diagnosis of “sociopath” have to say about any document where mother is verbally abusing the daughter? The daughter who has been 100% isolated to an abuser? An abuser with a brother who already told what his family is about in 1996? You mean the abuser whose best character witness is a pastor with ten child SA charges to this day? Where did the mother verbally abuse daughter? At supervised visitations? That would only be in a cooler up GAL’s report that only Team Sociopath would have access to. Sorry TEAM SOCIOPATH, TEAM PUBLIC is all over this so to post that comment when it is so obviously recordedly untrue shows exactly from where it came and was a really dumb move. You all are sick. Just to follow up on this because I am still so raving mad at this soulless person for commenting that absolute horse sh*t…. There were FIVE substantiations on father. There are absolutely NONE and NOTHING on mother. That is an absolute provable lie. In fact, father tried to get the substantiations dropped. Father also attempted to sue DHS if they didn’t seal or drop them. So the sociopathic poster might want to review those records that are on the record; even on an attorney fee application. DHS WOULD NOT DROP them and welcomed a lawsuit. He never sued. Further, there has not been had a trial on this case. At trial much much much more evidence, evidence that all these people involved saw, will be presented. It is such an egregious miscarriage of humanity, let alone justice, that even damning testimony of the expert committing crimes was REMOVED from a COURT court reported transcript, though there is much evidence that this testimony existed throughout the case and word for word notes regarding the same. Imagine how twisted and criminal this must all be in order to commit felonies against your own public, whoever it was who had it removed, in order to hide the truth when that truth is that this poor child is in a sick situation that SHE has begged to be removed from wi to ZERO help and only creeps abounding in this case! A total nuke to this system if I EVER saw one! What I will never to my dying day allow on my watch is for ANY empty sociopath to make claims that the manipulated is the manipulator! Nope! Sorry! The truth can be twisted into a lie but if I am on it the lie will be untwisted and reversed. Period! So please sociopathic poster, tell us more hysterical lies!
