Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez launched into another online tirade against the Supreme Court Thursday; calling their decision on the EPA “catastrophic for the sake of the planet.”

“Catastrophic. A filibuster carveout is not enough. We need to reform or do away with the whole thing, for the sake of the planet,” posted AOC on Twitter.

The Supreme Court handed President Joe Biden a win on Thursday, ruling that his administration can end the Trump-era ‘Remain in Mexico’ border policy. The ruling was 5-4, with Kavanaugh siding with the liberal justices. Conservatives are predicting a massive influx of migrants with the policy shelved.

Richard Hudson (R-NC) tweeted. “Ending proven solutions like the wall, Title 42, and Remain in Mexico only make this crisis worse.”

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) chimed in, saying, “Joe Biden has created the worst border crisis in our nation’s history. Terminating ‘Remain in Mexico’ will only make the crisis worse. Just because the Court says you can doesn’t mean you should.”

“The disaster at our southern border is a crisis of Joe Biden’s making. We need a president who will enforce our laws and secure the border—not one welcoming droves of illegal aliens,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) tweeted.

Far-right Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Co.) blasted Roberts as a “RINO” — or Republican in Name Only — for his decision to side in favor of the Biden administration.

Justice Samuel Alito was joined by Gorsuch and Thomas in a scathing dissent.

“Due to the huge numbers of aliens who attempt to enter illegally from Mexico, DHS does not have the capacity to detain all inadmissible aliens encountered at the border, and no one suggests that DHS must do the impossible,” Alito continued. “But rather than avail itself of Congress’s clear statutory alternative to return inadmissible aliens to Mexico while they await proceedings in this country, DHS has concluded that it may forgo that option altogether and instead simply release into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings.”

“This practice,” Alito continued, “violates the clear terms of the law, but the Court looks the other way.”

Unhinged Elizabeth Warren had another meltdown Thursday after the Supreme Court limited the powers of the EPA; saying earth is now “on fire.”

“Our planet is on fire, and this extremist Supreme Court has destroyed the federal government’s ability to fight back. This radical Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis, and we can’t let them have the last word,” posted Warren on Twitter.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul enraged millions of Americans this week when she claimed she doesn’t need the “numbers” to know if legal gun owners commit crimes.

“Do you have numbers to show that it’s the concealed carry permit holders that are committing crimes?” asked one reporter.

“I don’t need to have numbers. I don’t need to have a data point to say this. I know that I have a responsibility for this state to have sensible gun safety laws,” fired-back Hochul.

SCOTUS hands America a huge win on energy.

According to a report from CNBC, the Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cannot mandate carbon emission reductions.

Chief Justice Roberts wrote the majority opinion:

“There is little reason to think Congress assigned such decisions” about the regulations in question to the EPA, despite the agency’s belief that “Congress implicitly tasked it, and it alone, with balancing the many vital considerations of national policy implicated in deciding how Americans will get their energy.”

“Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’ ” Roberts wrote, “But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme.”

Justice Kagan wrote the dissent:

“The Court appoints itself — instead of Congress or the expert agency—the decisionmaker on climate policy. I cannot think of many things more frightening.”

The decision, for instance, casts a cloud of doubt over a proposed Securities and Exchange Commission rule that would require companies offering securities to the public to disclose climate-related risks – like severe weather events that have or likely will affect their business models. Also in jeopardy is a new interim rule adopted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission “aimed at treating greenhouse gas emissions and their contribution to climate change the same as all other environmental impacts [the Commission] considers.”

Democrats in the House unveiled a ‘Transgender Bill of Rights’ this week in direct response to an “extremist Supreme Court and state legislatures.”

“As we witness an extremist Supreme Court and state legislatures across the country attack and roll back the fundamental rights of trans people and target trans communities with hateful and bigoted attacks, we are standing up and saying enough is enough,” posted Rep. Pramila Jayapal on Twitter.

“While some politicians are targeting our community with discriminatory legislation, we are grateful that the members House of Representatives are sending this message to us — and especially to transgender youth — that they affirm our lives and value the contributions we make to our country,” explained Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen, the National Center for Transgender Equality’s executive director. “We deserve to live as who we are without sacrificing our safety, access to health care or enduring violence and discrimination.”

President Biden is calling on Congress to ease filibuster rules in order to codify Roe V Wade just days after the Supreme Court found the decision Unconstitutional.

“I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade into law. And the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that,” Biden told reporters in Spain. “And if the filibuster gets in the way — like voting rights — we provide an exception for this. We require an exception of the filibuster for this action.”

“I’m going to do everything in my power I legally can do in terms of protecting abortion, as well as pushing Congress and the public,” he said.

Former Fox News host and failed CNN+ host Chris Wallace popped up on a CNN panel to discuss Cassidy Hutchinson’s Jan. 6 Committee testimony; he says it was “just brilliant.”

“Can we talk about Cassidy Hutchinson? First of all – and I bow to – particularly to you and the – as somebody involved in prosecutions. She was a great witness. She was absolutely precise. She told you – I mean, if she heard – overheard a conversation, she’d say – ‘Cipollone went in the room, he left the door open, he was standing in the transom,’” Wallace began, and fellow panelist Gloria Borger voiced agreement with his assessment.

“‘I could hear when I went into the dining room, I stepped back, but the door was open. I could see Mark Meadows, but I could — in the background I could hear what Trump and Cipollone were saying,’” Wallace continued. “She was just brilliant. And really what you’re all saying is that to a degree that nobody has up till now, really nobody in all – the think of all the books we’ve read by all these great investigative reporters, none of them ever had the scene inside the base, right? So there are some secrets still out there, but she connected the dots more than anybody has between Giuliani on January 2nd talking about well, there’s going to be violence and then she talks to Meadows and Meadows says it’s going be real, real bad. And then Cipollone comes in and then Trump’s knowledge – and she just connects the dots between the violence. And remember, she also talks about Meadows talking to Michael Flynn and Stone.”

A suspect remained at large Thursday morning after a 20-year-old mother was killed while pushing a baby stroller in New York City’s Upper East Side neighborhood.

“We lost a 20 year old woman on the Upper East Side tonight. She was pushing a stroller when a gunman took her life. More guns in our city means more lives lost. It means more babies crying as those who love them lie dead. We cannot allow this epidemic to keep claiming lives,” posted Mayor Eric Adams on Twitter.

No arrests have been made so far in the fatal close-range shooting of a 20-year-old woman who was pushing a three-month-old infant in a baby stroller in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. 

As of 6:48 a.m. Thursday, an NYPD spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital that no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased woman is not yet available for release pending proper family notification, the spokesperson added via email. 

At a press conference late Wednesday, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said the nature of the relationship, if any, between the at-large suspect and the woman remains under investigation. 

Without any more knowledge of the all-black-clad assassin, Adams placed blame on the “over saturation of guns” in the Big Apple, as well as “dangerous people that repeatedly leave our criminal justice system to continue actions like this.” The shooting happened on a sidewalk in front of a public school in an area of Manhattan where billionaires reside on one side of the block, while the other is poverty-stricken. 

In an exclusive sitdown with Newsmax, former President Donald Trump responded to the bombshell Jan. 6 allegations from former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson; Trump says “this woman is living in a fantasy land.”

“This lady yesterday there’s something wrong with her?…is there something wrong? She said I jumped from a car and started strangling…a Secret Service Agent who I know very well; I tried to grab the steering wheel of a car? I wanted guns at my rally? …The Secret Service came out and said this story is totally false.”

“The Secret Service people in the car said this didn’t happen.”

Trump also provided a very simple explanation for why he wouldn’t attempt to attack a Secret Service Agent.

“These guys lift 350 lbs —I don’t.”
