The communist crap-rag Salon just published a piece opening a bizarre and dangerous new front in the curtailing of press freedoms in America.

Accroding to a staff writer named Tatyana Tandanpolie, attorneys for Smartmatic voting machines now want a federal judge to consider criminal charges for Charles Herring, the head of conservative TV news network One America News (OAN).

What is the crime that Herring (allegedly) committed?

He (allegedly) sent an email to the lawyer Sidney Powell which contained Smartmatic employee passwords — which would supposedly be a breach of “privacy data” laws.

How serious is this “privacy data” breach?

Well, it’s not very serious at all — since parts of the email were “revealed” in a “public filing” according to a CNN hitpiece.

Neither the CNN piece nor the Salon piece explain how the transmission of an email between Herring and Powell could be a crime in the first place. After all, Smartmatic is a private company that signed contracts to act as a proxy of various state governments for public elections — an arrangement that is illegal under the Constitution obviously — which means that it’s no longer operating as a private company and doesn’t enjoy any protections from “libel” or “slander.”

Smartmatic has the same rights to privacy that state governments have in such cases — none. The compelling right of the public to examine its voting machines to maintain the integrity of its public elections is paramount.

What’s really happening here is that the illegal Biden regime wants to charge journalist with crimes for discovering the corruption of America’s rigged voting machines.

The former Arizona GOP Chairwoman, Kelli Ward, joined my TV show yesterday to discuss the bombshell audio leak that appeared to show current Arizona GOP Chairman Jeff DeWit trying to bribe popular political candidate Kari Lake from running for U.S. Senate.

This audiowas leaked to British media outlet Daily Mailand made headlines around the world.

A day later, Jeff Dewit resigned as Arizona GOP Chairman.

Michael Patrick Leahy told Steve Bannon that the National Republican Senatorial Committee, controlled by Mitch McConnell, was the group that had sent Jeff DeWit as a messenger. Leahy also said that Steve Daines was the senator in charge of that committee, and that Daines did not repond to a press request to confirm his involvement.

Finally, a very important detail missed in this story is that the GOP Chairman of Arizona was caught on audio admitting to Kari Lake that, if he went public with the corruption of high-ranking party members, he would likely be murdered by a car bomb.

There’s a reason that this particular form of murder might resonate with my readers, and the name you’re looking for right now is: Harrison Deal.

Harrison Deal was a young aide to U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler, who died in a traffic crash on December 4th, 2020. Deal was dating Lucy Kemp, the daughter of Republican Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, at the time of his death. The offical story of the accident is that “a flatbed truck hauling black plastic tubing struck his (Deal’s) vehicle from behind.”

The problem with that story is that numerous witnesses to the accident have said that Deal’s car actually exploded.

To add to the suspicious circumstances of Deal’s death, an agent for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation named James O’Sullivan died two weeks later — and he was thought to be involved in the Harrison Deal investigation.

Was Jeff DeWit talking about Harrison Deal in the leaked audio? Was Jeff DeWit admitting to Kari Lake that Harrison Deal was killed by a car bomb?

We may never know.

One thing is for certain: the leaked audio of the GOP Chairman of Arizona trying to bribe Kari Lake proves beyond all doubt that high-ranking party members are installed through corruption, and that they fear being murdered if they conduct themselves honestly.

The Arizona GOP is in big trouble.

Author’s Note: In light of the Supreme Court’s disastrous and unconstitutional decision to support the Biden regime’s border invasion in the Texas “razor wire” case, it seemed to be the right time to revisit this article from 2021 which explained to conservative voters how our “hand-picked” conservative judges betrayed us during the post-Trump years.

It seems a hundred years have passed since President Trump picked Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett to serve on the Supreme Court and started what was supposed to be the Great Conservative Years of the Trump Era. Long after the Donald left office, there was going to be a “young gun” block of Textualists and Originalists making the liberals cry in decision after decision, and even rolling back Roe v. Wade eventually.

Finally, we owned the courts.

How wrong we were.

It wasn’t Trump’s fault. He had done his part and turned over the process of selection to the conservative legal movement — and the Federalist Society in particular. Leonard Leo, and the other law nerds, were trusted to locate a reasonable facsimile of Antonin Scalia, or two, for the new president. This was exactly what Trump was always being blamed for not doing: relying on the experts.

We wanted a short list of his judges, and Trump gave us one. And we were all happy.

Nobody among the conservative establishment wondered if the Federalist Society knew what it was doing. Was Gorsuch actually a libertarian with a soft soft for transgender employment discrimination cases and native Indian property rights? Would he, for instance, suddenly rule that half of Oklahoma was actually a Creek Indian reservation? Would he decide that the term “sex” found in legislation passed in 1964 actually covered sexual orientation and gender identity — which no lawmaker in 1964 would have ever countenanced — and enshrine the LBGT movement’s dearest wishes into law?

Of course not. Not only were these questions not asked, they were not even entertained. They were unthinkable. Gorsuch was considered one of the golden boys of the Federalist Society. Underneath all of that Textualism and Originalism, we were assured that there was plenty of Conservatism, and even some Christianity. We were guaranteed that there was bedrock common sense hiding under that Harvard law degree. We were told the Federalist Society existed so that a mistake like David Souter — the infamous George H.W. Bush pick who became a turncoat and voted liberal for decades — would never happen again.

So you can imagine the astonishment, and the anger, now that Gorsuch has actually turned out to be another Souter. How could that happen? And what else has the Federalist Society got wrong? Let’s see: there’s John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh and even Amy Coney Barrett is not looking very good these days. So Leonard Leo at least got Samuel Alito right. That’s batting .200 on Supreme Court picks — which means the Federalist Society should be benched.

You don’t need to fund an entire legal movement to strike out so many times.

It turns out there’s no discernible legal philosophy among the Federalist Society’s handpicked “stars” either. Just read the dissents. Roberts and Alito and Kavanaugh have no idea what Gorsuch is thinking in McGirt v Oklahoma. Alito and Kavanaugh have no idea what Roberts and Gorsuch are doing in Bostock. None of them know why Roberts got it so wrong in the Louisiana abortion case. It’s like a dark comedy show where the liberals keep winning even though they’re outnumbered, and no one can figure out why.

It turns out that a lot of judges pretending to be conservatives are not conservative at all. Roberts will ignore precedent if it hurts the liberals, and cite precedent if it hurts the conservatives. It’s his only consistent trait. Meanwhile, Gorsuch is so hyper literal that he doesn’t care about any precedent — and has partitioned the state of Oklahoma to prove it.

Is this Textualism or Originalism? No, it’s chaos.

Like I said: just read the dissents.

Did Gorsuch know that he was going to destroy the Federalist Society’s good name with his caprices? It must have occurred to him that no one wanted a Textualist argument for turning Tulsa over to a tribal council while ruling that the rapist of a 4 year old girl should get a re-trial because he got caught by state troopers rather than federal police. What imbecile could rule that way? (It usually takes a Harvard law degree to have so little common sense.) Trump voters wanted fidelity to the Constitution and instead they got incoherent 5-4 decisions — with Gorsuch and Roberts competing with each other to write the majority “liberal” opinion.

The real problem is that President Trump didn’t know who these judges were, and neither did we.

Conservatives should not only ditch the Federalist Society but they should go a step further and ditch all the established judges. We should start picking people who are social conservatives and not lawyers. (As one of my journalist friends explained to me: “The American legal community breeds choirboy sissies like Kavanaugh in the same way that Ireland breeds drunks.”) In hindsight, President Trump should have dismissed the establishment entirely and nominated Mark Levin or Dan Bongino: someone who would have irritated the Supreme Court club members for the rest of their lives. Maybe the amateurs will care to uphold the law, rather than subvert it.

Don’t tell me that we have to pick people who are more qualified. The qualified people just toppled the conservative legal movement from the inside.

I woke up this morning and read the news that Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic had a sudden heart attack and died on Tuesday during a team dinner. He was 46.

That same day, British sports journalist Mike Dickson died suddenly at the age of 59. The cause of death was conspicuous by its absence in the obituaries — but the man collapsed and died without warning at the Australian Open.

The day before yesterday, former NFL linebacker Ronald Powell died at the age of 32. No cause of death was announced — of course.

There’s a kind of perverse silence running through these obituaries in our newspapers now. You’re told now that it’s impolite to inquire about the cause of death. You simply need to accept that sudden cardiac arrest can strike down healthy athletes in the prime of youth.

They’ve forced us to translate what their headlines mean to glean the truth:

“Died suddenly” = killed by the vaccine

“Sudden heart attack” = killed by the vaccine

“After a brief illness” = killed by the vaccine

“Died unexpectedly” = killed by the vaccine

“No cause of death was listed” = killed by the vaccine

I made the mistake of typing the phrase “football player dies” into Google as I looked for more information on Ronald Powell’s death and so I got these sickening results.

The U.S. government has already coerced half the governments of the world to inject their citizens with DNA-altering drugs with more than 1,200 side effects — thus weakening the immune systems of billions of people.

But that’s “so last year” — as the kids say dismissively.

They are going to shut down the world. Again. They will do whatever it takes to stop you from putting Donald Trump in the White House.

The purpose of the World Economic Forum is to launder China’s total surveillance communism through a bogus Western NGO to make its totalitarian ideas more palatable.

Just like the purpose of the World Health Organization is to launder China’s global population schemes (more properly called depopulation schemes) through a bogus Western NGO to make them more palatable.

These global organizations are merely Western proxies for their masters in Beijing.

You must always remember: China is the moving ideological force.

To make matters worse, China already owns the Biden regime — and America’s 17 intelligence agencies have done their best to hide the Biden family’s corruption from the American people for the last four years.

The CIA and the FBI are not countering China — they’re conspiring with China.

That explains why the Biden Regime called for the WHO to conduct an investigation into the origins of COVID in China — which really meant it called for no investigation at all.

That also explains why the Biden Regime tied to lower the penalties for trafficking fentanyl while it also rolled back restrictions on Chinese spyware-disguised-as-telecom company Huawei.

The Biden regime already tried to formally transfer our sovereignty over to China by signing the WHO pandemic treaty in March 2023.

Chinese agents were allowed to set up bio-weapons labs in California last year while the FBI was busy directing its agents to infiltrate Catholic churches to hunt for Latin mass aficionados. Chinese males are being allowed to cross our border in large numbers with the assistance from DHS.

The hour is much much much later than you think.

China has no interest in allowing a free and fair election to take place in America ever again — and neither does its puppet regime in Washington — and that’s why chaos is coming for us in the next 292 days.
