According to the local Georgia publication, James Magazine, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is now refusing to defend the state’s electronic voting system in the non-jury court trial being presided over by U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg.

A lawyer familiar with the case told the magazine: “Raffensperger selected the system, repeatedly defends the system as secure, but now can’t take an hour or so in federal court to defend it.” 

Meanwhile the acting chairman of the State Election Board, Matt Mashburn, suddenly voted against investigating Raffensperger recently — but his tenure in that position is ending.

In the midst of this soap opera of corruption, the SOS officer Gabriel Sterling announced on Twitter/X that he was still “dealing with the lies” from the 2020 election.

In response, citizen investigator Joe Rossi has invited Gabriel Sterling to discuss these “lies” in the following public letter:

Mr. Sterling, your recent tweet/x-post was insulting to me and millions of other Patriotic Georgians. Simply put you labeled us all as LIARS. May I remind you of Governor Kemp's letter dated 11/17/21 in which he states:

“The 36 errors noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in nature.”

“Data that exists in public view on the Secretary of State's website of the RLA Report does not inspire confidence. It is sloppy, inconsistent...”

I believe he's referring to YOUR website.

On my TV show last week, Texas Lindsay explained how a member of Julian Assange’s team confirmed to her that Seth Rich was the person who leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks — which directly contradicts the FBI’s story that blamed the leaks on “Russian hackers.”

She added in an update that a judge has ordered the FBI to “recommend a timeline for the disclosure of information” on Seth Rich’s computers — which are currently being held by the FBI.

Of course, the FBI has been delaying the case for seven years.

The AUSA assigned to this case, Andrea Parker, has now left the U.S. Attorney's Office — and the case has been re-assigned to a new AUSA named James Gillingham.

The FBI has run out of excuses, and credibility, in the last few years but since it’s actually the ruling power in America it’s unclear whether excuses, or credibility, are even necessary when it controls Congress through blackmail.

If you doubt that conclusion, you probably don’t know that a sitting member of Congress just explained in an interview how his colleagues are blackmailed.

Rep. Tim Burchett said recently: “This is how it works: You're out of the country, out of town.. and some — whatever you're into — comes up to you, they're very attractive and laughing at your jokes. Next thing you know, you're in the hotel room with them naked. You're getting ready to make a key vote, and some well dressed person comes up and whispers in your ear, ‘Hey man, there's tapes out on you, and […] you really ought not to be voting for this thing.’”

“If it’s women, drugs, booze — it’ll find you in DC, and in most elected offices. And that’s what people of power and influence do…”

What happened to all of those corporate media whores who told us the last three years that “claims of election fraud are unverified” every time they were forced to cover the stolen 2020 election?

I’m asking because we now have video evidence of Georgia’s State Election Board members confirming that Georgia’s 2020 election was fraudulent — and those corporate media whores are suddenly silent.

Here’s Janice Johnston confirming that 4,081 false mail-in votes for Biden were found in Fulton County.

Remember: Biden supposedly “won” Georgia by less than 12,000 votes.

Once you subtract the 4,081 false mail-in votes from the total, Biden “won” the state by less than 8,000 votes.

Now you get to the second machine recount: it’s 18,000 votes short.

What does that mean?

It means that there’s no ballot images for 18,000 votes.

Those are just ghost votes.

The second machine recount also shows: 3,125 duplicates.

Once you subtract those 3,125 duplicate votes from the total, Biden “won” the state by less than 5,000 votes.

There’s also 10 scanners that have no election documents for 20,173 ballots.

By now, you’re thinking: how could an election be certified that has 3,000 double-counted votes, and 4,000 fake mail-in votes, and 10 bogus scanners, and 18,000 ghost votes with no records?

That’s a great question for Governor Kemp.

As I told you on Substack two days ago, a Fulton County poll worker’s computer was hacked on October 23, 2020 — and Georgia’s Secretary of State was informed by email a few days later before the election.

That computer was used remotely “to access ElectioNet and Easy Vote” and then “to process AB applications for voters” on October 29th, 2020 — before the election.

Two days later, Georgia’s Secretary of State Office was informed that Fulton County’s election officials used only one password for all of its computers.

In other words, Georgia’s Secretary of State Office knew their election systems had been hacked and manipulated before the 2020 election.

Someone was sent to get a written statement from the Fulton County poll worker with the hacked computer.

Here’s where the story gets very interesting: the “North precinct notebook” was turned over to a “forensic partner” to analyze — who told the CISO for Georgia’s Secretary of State Raffensperger that Fulton County used only one password for all of its computers.

What’s the solution to this cyber security garbage fire mere days before the 2020 election? With at least one laptop remotely controlled — and Georgia’s election systems remotely accessed and manipulated?

Well, Georgia will install “LAPS or another privileged account management platform so that all assets have separately unique” passwords at some point in the future.

You know: “going forward” — possibly before the 2024 election or whatever.

But, wait, there’s more.

The “forensic partner” analyzing the hacked laptop now emails the CISO for Georgia’s Secretary of State Raffensperger to inform him that it’s best to discuss this matter over the phone —rather than by email — as “this limits the exposure of the information and ensures it is not discoverable.”

Why would a trusted vendor for computer work with the U.S. government tell a state official how to avoid discovery in any future lawsuit regarding the integrity of a public election in the United States?

And how many U.S. government entities, exactly, are interfering in our elections?

This story just gets worse and worse for America’s voters.

It’s safe to say: our states are not actually running our elections.

Did you know that in March of 2020, employees of DARPA (the CIA’s research wing) were informed by email that Russian and Iranian hackers had been detected in “SLTT networks” which made such intrusions “election related” potentially?

SLTT means “State, Local, Town & Territorial” networks.

Last month, I reported on a new development in Joe Rossi’s election fraud case (SEB2023-025) in Georgia: the state’s Election Board scheduled a meeting for December 19th at the Georgia State Capitol. In a courtesy letter, it admitted that “violations” in the 2020 election had been found — duplicate ballots and missing ballot images — after being “investigated by experienced investigators.”

Here’s a picture of that letter.

Yesterday, Joe Rossi was notified by the paralegal that, now, Georgia’s State Election Board does not want to discuss his case on December 19th: a complete reversal of their previous position!

What changed?

How many people were going to show up at that public meeting to hear about criminal violations of state election law in 2020?

Remember: Georgia’s corrupt officials have stalled for 18 months since the attorney for Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was forced to admit in writing that Fulton County did not conduct a proper and legal recount of their 2020 election results.

In an email dated July 29th, 2022, the attorney for Georgia’s Secretary of State — a man named C. Ryan Germany — admitted to a number of “mistakes” in the “audit counting/reporting.”

The point of an election audit: there can be no mistakes in the recount.

The final numbers must be reconciled.

In other words, Georgia’s Secretary of State did not check or supervise or verify the results of hand recounts from the 2020 election.

The entire world knows exactly why that happened.

Don’t forget that Joe Rossi already won a second case against Georgia — in which state officials were forced to admit that nearly 4,000 ballots in Fulton County were duplicates.

That means ballots that were counted twice.

It’s true: the Governor of Georgia was forced to admit in writing that Joe Rossi had caught the Secretary of State ignoring 36 “verified errors” in Fulton County’s 2020 risk-limiting audit report.

That means Georgia’s 2020 election results should never have been certified because the results were obviously fraudulent.

Let’s start by telling the truth: Wikipedia is not a reliable source of information.

In fact, Wikipedia is often “revised” by spooks at the CIA and the FBI. According to an article in Reuters from 2007: “People using CIA and FBI computers have edited entries in the online encyclopedia Wikipedia on topics including the Iraq war and the Guantanamo prison, according to a new tracing program.”

Not to mention the fact that Wikipedia founder Larry Sanger told Glenn Greenwald on his new show that the CIA and FBI essentially control the site.

After all, a Wikipedia page magically appeared for me — for the very first time — just last week.

That’s very strange since last week was the first time that I have even been deposed in a lawsuit regarding election fraud: Smartmatic v Newsmax.

What are the odds?

Remember, I didn’t have a Wikipedia page in 2017, or 2018, or 2019, or 2020, or 2021, or 2022 — but last week it appears.

That’s not all. Suddenly, I’m included in two new categories: “COVID-19 conspiracy theorists” and “American conspiracy theorists.”

This is high praise indeed from the Deep State.

Look at all this distinguished company that I’m keeping: Michael Yeadon, Naomi Wolf, Peter Navarro, Luc Montagnier, Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, Lara Logan, Alex Jones, Robert Kennedy Jr., Tucker Carlson.

The anonymous author of my Wikipedia page is supposedly a user named “Isi96” — who calls himself “Isira” and describes himself as a resident of Sri Lanka who works in “software development.”

Do you know a lot of Sri Lankans who spend their days building encyclopedia pages (for fun!) on American citizens who don’t like deadly gene therapies produced by the pharmaceutical industry?

Does that sound plausible to you?

What could possibly make this situation even more bizarre?

How about this: it appears the CIA is begging people for donations on Wikipedia right now.

If you’ve spent the last three years wondering why Republicans have allowed the Democrat-aligned deep state tyranny to rule unopposed, then you’re not alone.

GOP politicians don’t fear perpetual Democrat control of the federal government — they fear Donald Trump, and the end of their own control of the Republican Party.

That’s why plenty of GOP senators just advanced the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) toward a final vote — even though it allows a clean reauthorization of FISA 702, which is a section of surveillance law that has been abused by the FBI and the national security state.

In other words, the GOP senate leadership does not think the FBI should respect the Fourth Amendment and get a warrant before spying on American citizens.

They’re in favor of the Banana Republic of Biden.

In fact, only seven Republican members of the Senate oppose allowing the Pentagon to fund abortion tourism, transgender surgeries at taxpayer expense, race-based academy admissions, DEI offices, and drag shows on military bases.

That would be: Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Tommy Tuberville, J.D. Vance, Cynthia Lummis, Josh Hawley, and Mike Braun.

That’s it.

Nor are Republican senators in the mood to impeach Joe Biden — and they’re happy to be quoted by left-wing media outlets like Axios to tell their constituents it’s not going to happen.

Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) told reporters: “I don't see the glaring evidence that says we need to move forward.”

Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) said: “I don't know that there have been any high crimes or misdemeanors alleged. If there are, that would be a matter to consider, but until something like that is alleged, I don't know what the purpose of that inquiry might be.”

Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) said: “If we start converting impeachments into no-confidence votes and we don't do the homework ... then I'm not going to take it seriously.”

Do you get it yet? Republican senators know that the single most popular issue among GOP voters is removing Joe Biden from office, so they’re going to pretend there’s no evidence. If that doesn’t work, they’ll pretend they’ve never heard of Hunter Biden’s laptop —and if that doesn’t work, they’ll pretend they don’t own televisions and claim they’ve never heard of the House impeachment hearings.

Do you get it yet? Impeachment is a thing you do to Donald Trump — but not to Joe Biden.

GOP voters need to understand that they have no representation in the Senate — with the possible exception of three or four members.

The rest of the GOP works for the Deep State — and the Deep State is busy trying to stop Trump from regaining the White House in 2024.

That’s why America is headed for chaos in the next twelve months.
