On Thursday, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht of the election integrity organization True The Vote were held in contempt of court because they have refused to divulge a confidential source in a civil case brought by the election software company Konnech in a federal court in Houston.

They are scheduled to be jailed this Monday morning without bond.

The judge in the case, Kenneth Hoyt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, has gone to extraordinary lengths to protect Konnech from legitimate scrutiny. First, Judge Hoyt granted Konnech’s request for a temporary restraining order against Engelbrecht and Phillips — which prohibits them from accessing, or attempting to access, Konnech’s computers or disclosing any of the company’s data. Then Hoyt demanded that True The Vote disclose the name of the person who helped them access Konnech’s data in the first place.

What has destroyed Konnech’s defamation lawsuit against True The Vote is that Konnech’s CEO, Eugene Yu, was arrested on October 4th for illegally storing the personal data of American election workers on servers in China. (Here’s the backstory on how the FBI tried to conceal Chinese infiltration of our elections and then read this follow-up story by Kanekoa and then read this story.) Judge Hoyt has simply proceeded in Konnech’s civil case this week as if none of this has happened.

According to a press release that appeared on October 4th on the “True The Vote” website, Judge Hoyt went so far as to issue a gag order against Phillips and Engelbrecht even discussing the litigation:

True the Vote was sued last month by Konnech to try to silence our organization, including obtaining an ex-parte TRO, conducted in secret so that True the Vote had no opportunity to contest it. This TRO limited True the Vote’s ability to speak on the litigation. Today Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested based on alleged evidence of the very activities he and his organization attempted to suppress. Konnech was assisted by many reporters who unblinkingly accepted their now discredited claims as fact, and simply repeated them.

Now that Eugene Yu has been arrested, why are Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht facing jail for telling the truth about Konnech at all?

So I just ran my first poll with Rasmussen Reports, and it was a telephone and online survey of 1,053 likely voters in Georgia.

This Rasmussen/“The Absolute Truth” with Emerald Robinson poll found that Herschel Walker has a 5 point lead in the Senate race— with 48% of Georgia likely voters picking Walker (R) while 43% would vote for Raphael Warnock (D) at the moment. Walker currently enjoys a 14-point lead among independent voters in Georgia.

Republicans also have a 10-point lead on the generic ballot question. 49% of Georgia Likely Voters would vote for the Republican candidate, while 39% would vote for the Democratic candidate.

The poll was conducted on October 23-24th, 2022.

Here are just a few of the highlights of my first poll:

55% of Georgia likely voters believe it is likely that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Among unaffiliated voters, 54% believe cheating likely affected the presidential outcome in 2020.

53% of Georgia voters agree with a statement that there is “a group of politicized thugs at the top of the FBI who are using the FBI as Joe Biden’s personal Gestapo.”

71% of Georgia voters agree that Judge Totenberg should release the full and un-redacted Halderman Report to the public. (The poll asked Georgia voters about a report from University of Michigan computer scientist J. Alex Halderman that the state’s voting system has a vulnerability that could be exploited to manipulate votes. That report has been sealed by the order of U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg.)

As predicted, left-wing communists and NeverTrumpers went bananas over the poll on Twitter — which confirms the delusional bias that neoliberals have that only neoliberals are supposed to conduct public polling.

The comments by “liberals” on this tweet by Cheri Jacobus are enlightening in this regard.

Here’s a typical “liberal” explaining on Twitter that when Republicans sponsor polls, the polling is automatically illegitimate!

Imagine being dumb enough to believe that the COVID vaccines actually work — and that arguments refuting those vaccines are “conspiracies” — in the fall of 2022. I’ve got some bad news for this guy: he’s not going to make it. Enjoy your fifth booster!

Do you see how this works?

Here’s a totally unknown NPR stooge claiming that any poll that finds Walker leading Warnock is silly. My poll doesn’t pass the smell test because, as we all know, only Democrats get to lead in public polling.

Three days ago, the American polling and news aggregation site Real Clear Politics launched a “polling accountability initiative” with a new pollster ranking system.

This was a significant admission by Real Clear Politics that the polling industry is largely a farce. After all: Real Clear Politics has simply aggregated various polls into a polling average for the last twenty years. What could possibly be the problem with that model? What could go wrong with a polling average? And the answer is obvious: the vast majority of polls are so biased (in favor of Democrats) that the sheer number of these fake polls manage to discredit even polling averages.

As the old adage goes: “garbage in, garbage out.”

Real Clear Politics has admitted as much in their “polling accountability initiative” press release: “the public opinion survey industry has undergone momentous changes and faced a series of challenges in a profoundly altered political landscape.”

Here’s the key paragraph:

There have been many news stories over the last several months questioning whether polling is broken in the United States. While there are certainly challenges in the polling industry, it is not entirely accurate to suggest polling is broken. There are many quality pollsters and media outlets that are doing excellent work in a constantly changing technological and political environment. However, there are also pollsters and news organizations that are doing less-than-stellar work and, unfortunately, many of the polls from these organizations receive a disproportionate amount of attention.

I don’t know anyone who shares the rosy view of the Real Clear Politics crowd that “many quality pollsters and media outlets are doing excellent work.” Indeed, if such a statement was credible, then why the need for a “polling accountability initiative” at all? The truth is that the polling industry’s credibility is so tarnished that Politico ran an article recently on how Democrat pollsters know that nobody trusts them anymore.

There’s only a handful of credible polling firms: Rasmussen and Trafalgar immediately come to mind. The industry is riddled with frauds like Frank Luntz and Obama fanboys like Nate Silver. There are only a few industry critics like Big Data Poll’s Richard Baris who care to explain how the polls are rigged, and how public opinion is manipulated.

The field he’s talking about is the polling field. It’s not a field that’s unbelievably dishonest in favor of Republicans — it’s a field that’s unbelievably dishonest in favor of Democrats. (Here’s my full Absolute Truth interview with Richard Baris if you’re interested.) According to him, the polling industry is totally corrupt because: “98% of pollsters are left-wing.”

How about the supposedly “nonpartisan” Cook Political Report for example? Baris explains that “Cook” is just another front group for the Democrat Party.

The purpose of the American polling industry is not to publish accurate public opinion about political races — it’s to oversample Democrats and undersample Republicans in political races.

That’s why the polls showed Hillary Clinton leading Donald Trump by 12 points in 2016 — and Andrew Gillum leading Ron DeSantis by 14 points in 2018 — and “a blue wave” of Democrat victories that never materialized in 2020.

That’s why fourth-rate colleges conduct garbage polls just before the elections: Monmouth, Franklin & Marshall, The University of Nevada at Reno, Quinnipiac, Emerson, Siena.

The point of this garbage poll, for example, is to claim a 22 point lead for Josh Shapiro (D) against Doug Mastriano (R). What’s the point of claiming such an absurd lead?

Polls with absurd leads for Democrat candidates are meant to do one thing: suppress the Republican vote.

The third thing I want to point out is on page 45 in the Supplementary Appendix. What caught my eye here are the percentages of babies and children who reported medical intervention requirements in the cases of unsolicited AEs that occurred within days (<28 days) of any injection. In the case of the babies ages 6-23 months, 30% reported medical attendance in the context of their AE and I might add here, that the dose used here was low (25 ug) and, they only looked at 150 babies. Napkin math time. If we injected 100,000 babies ages 6-23 months with this experimental mRNA-1273 gene therapy, according to this data, 30,000 would need medical attention. Think about that. And not just medically. Think, economically.

Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns formerly headed an influential D.C. think tank while it employed undisclosed Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members as well as individuals with Chinese government ties, the Daily Caller News Foundation has found.

During Burns’ tenure as president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace from February 2015 to November 2021, the think tank employed at least 20 policy experts whom the DCNF has identified as CCP members. These CCP members worked at both Carnegie’s Washington, D.C., headquarters and Carnegie-Tsinghua — the Beijing center Burns’ predecessor, Jessica Mathews, launched in 2010 in cooperation with Tsinghua University.

Lara Logan recently gave an interview in which she confirmed that an infiltrator of the global elites “at the UN level” had personally told her that the global elite “are a cult.”

At this point, who would bet against her telling the truth?

Note: The conservative political consultant Ryan Girdusky has shared his expertise on the upcoming midterm House elections with us in this guest column, which originally appeared in his National Populist Newsletter on Substack. He’s also the founder of the 1776 Project PAC —which has helped conservative candidates to win school board races across America in order to stop critical race theory.

The midterm elections are fast approaching, and while Republicans are favored to win the House majority, the map is set to look much different than it had a decade ago when the GOP built on the Tea Party wave of 2010. Some of this is because of redistricting; and some of it has happened because regional politics changed.

Republicans have gained traction in some areas and receded in others. Here’s exactly where we can expect to see Republicans’ path to the House majority.

Below is a map of The New York Times’ 2012 election map ahead of election day. The solid blue and red areas were the places Democrats and Republicans were both certain to win, yellow were swing districts, and the striped areas were places either party was favored to win but not at all certain.

Compare that to the current map. I took away all the likely Republican and Democrat districts and made them either solid Republican, solid Democrat or competitive for either party.

First let’s look at the Northeast. The Trump realignment has given Republicans a considerably higher chance at winning a seat in Maine and Rhode Island, while the swing districts in Connecticut and New Hampshire remain up for grabs. Democrats on the other hand have turned the western district of New Hampshire into a fairly reliable seat and the GOP has lost all chances of picking up any seats in the Bay State.

Over in New York, which experienced heavy redistricting, Republicans have gained momentum in Long Island, which are home to two pretty solid Republican seats and two additional competitive districts in Nassau County. Additionally, the only swing district in New York City, home to Staten Island, is very likely going to be in GOP hands for the next decade. In upstate areas, the districts around the Canadian border outside of the cities of Buffalo and Rochester have all moved solidly Republican. Where have Democrats gained traction? The Hudson Valley, which has seen a large migration of people from New York City as well as new immigrants moving to the region, making them much more competitive.

Next let’s look at the districts in Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Democrats did a masterful job at redistricting seats in New Jersey. Republicans have seen the number of seats they’re competitive in cut in half from six to three, despite the Democrat advantage in the state decreasing. Part of their advantage also comes from the fact that Republicans have gained a lock on South Jersey while losing support in the suburbs in North Jersey.

That trend also continues in Virginia, where Republicans have lost traction in the suburbs of Washington DC and in Virginia Beach as well as Pennsylvania, where the Philly suburbs have become increasingly Democratic while Western and Northeastern PA have moved towards Republicans.

Democrats have also lost traction throughout districts in Appalachia including Eastern Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Democrats have gained in Ohio’s first district which includes the city of Cincinnati. Lastly, in the state of Indiana, Democrats have lost control in the Northwestern part of the state they used to dominate. Even the heavily black 1st district has a chance of flipping this year.

5 — How is it possible that a well known cyber security expert identified “a critical privacy flaw in the election infrastructure sold by Dominion Voting Systems” in the United States just this week?

What does this mean?

According to Leah Hoopes, the co-author of The Parallel Election:

This means mail-in and absentees were sent out this past weekend by October 8th.  

The announcement of logic and accuracy was posted to the Philadelphia Inquirer on October 6th and the official notice is attached below. In which they state in plain language the logic and accuracy testing will commence on October 11th.

So, this means all absentee and mail in ballots were sent out without being tested. Which according to the directive MUST BE DONE!

Why is this important?

Every Precinct, Every style for that Precinct, Every Split for that Precinct are to be used, with every race option available, each candidate and Write-In available needs to be marked and Undervotes with Overvotes. Those ballots should also be FOLDED, just like they would be when mailed via the USPS or placed into a Ballot Box. Next you need to do the same for Election Day, same testing as for the By-Mail (Absentee) ballot treatment. Every system, every device. That would be a Logic & Accuracy test. And it would include the Vdrives, each type of scanner, all the way up to the Server, uploading into the SERVER using the R T R (Recording, Tally and Reporting) phases of the Election Management System.

We saw this and wrote about this in 2020 not only in our court case, but also our book The Parallel Election. They are using this loophole to cause issues with scanners, so that the polling places are unable to reconcile, allowing them to insert fake ballots, pre-programmed V drives with the count they need with no chain of custody and a forensically destructive process. 

They have repeated this in 2021 and 2022 and will steal the midterms. 

This is happening all over the Country, specifically in swing states in targeted Counties.

They make the Logic & Accuracy testing appear to be legit and it is not.

That’s all just necessary background for the blockbusters that have followed from Dr. Andrew Huff’s Twitter account in the last few months.

Fasten your seatbelts. This is going to get bumpy.

Blockbuster #3: DHS officials stopped any real investigation of the origins of the virus outbreak.

Dr. Huff tweeted last month that: “After learning early on that SARS-CoV2 was not severe, someone from the DHS WMD directorate decided to use COVID as a test case to see how the US would respond to a bioevent. I believe after speaking with multiple national security experts that person is …”

Dr. Huff then identifies the likely person responsible in another tweet.

Dr. Huff also tweeted this message: “Col. John Hoffman Sr. (Ret): ‘Indeed, several key DHS staffers suppressed any effort to investigate the origins of the outbreak. This was policy from higher up, not their position. But who was responsible in the upper management of DHS, I do not know.’”
