On September 20th, Fulton County (PA) filed a lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems for breach of contract and breach of warrant.

Need I tell you, dear reader, that America’s corrupt corporate media ignored this landmark lawsuit?

Here’s page 13 of Fulton County’s 29-page lawsuit (read it here) and it’s a killer for electronic voting machines in America.

It’s a very simple and very effective argument: if the Halderman Declaration is accurate (and neither the federal government’s cybersecurity agency nor Dominion Voting Systems have claimed otherwise) then Dominion Voting Systems could not have delivered properly certified machines according to the contract.

The Federal government’s own cybersecurity agency CISA has already conceded that the Halderman Declaration is accurate because it has issued a warning bulletin to county election officials who use Dominion Voting machines about nine major vulnerabilities that can be exploited.

Fulton County hired another company called Wake TSI to review the Dominion machines, and Wake TSI delivered a report in February 2021 that showed five key issues:

• There were errors in the ballot scanning.

• There was a failure of Dominion Voting to meet Commonwealth
  Certification requirements.

• There were non-certified database tools installed on the Dominion
  Voting System.

• There were changes made to EMS three weeks before the 2020
  election.

• There was a lack of commonwealth L&A inspections of the
  Dominion Voting Systems.

A few months later in 2021, the the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
decertified the Dominion Voting System machines in Fulton County, “purportedly because Fulton County had used ‘a third-party consultant’ to inspect its electronic voting devices as part of Fulton County’s inquiry into the integrity of the system’s performance during the 2020 election.”

So Fulton County sued the Secretary of the Commonwealth and challenged the decertification of Dominion voting machines in August, 2021 — that’s Case No. 277 MD 2021 if you’re interested.

That particular lawsuit maintains that the Secretary unlawfully decertified Fulton County’s two electronic voting machines; that the Pennsylvania Election Code authorized the County to inspect its electronic voting devices as part of its statutory duty to ensure the safe and honest conduct of elections; that the Secretary tried to prohibit all county boards of elections from inspecting their electronic voting devices with the assistance of a third-party consultant and that such a prohibition violates Section 302 of the Election Code, 25 P.S. §2642; and that the Secretary unlawfully withheld funding from the County that it needs to acquire replacement electronic voting devices.

In January of 2022, Fulton County stopped using Dominion Voting Systems and contracted with another provider. How did Dominion Voting Systems respond? Dominion sought to “intervene” by claiming that it was intervening “for the limited purpose of securing a protective order to enforce the terms of its contract” with Fulton County.

In other words, Dominion wanted to force Fulton County to use its machines even while Fulton County was suing them for breach of contract!

Does that sound like the behavior of a third-party vendor and a private company — or more like the behavior of a much more powerful entity pretending to be a third-party vendor and a private company?

Fulton County chose to hire another independent company called Speckin Forensics to analyze six hard drives from the Dominion machines, and those findings are contained in a September 2022 Report that is devastating for Dominion Voting Systems.

That unauthorized “python script” was installed after the certification date of the system — and “[t]his python script can exploit and create any number of vulnerabilities including, external access to the system, data export of the tabulations, or introduction of other metrics not part of or allowed by the certification process.”

The September Report also found an “external IP address that is associated with Canada” in the workstation which shows “that at least one of the network devices has
connected to an external device on an external network.”

Here’s the smoking gun: “This was the same device that the post-certification python script was found on.”

There’s also a high probability that someone in Canada was running Fulton County’s elections remotely. “The log files for the Adjudication device showed an IP address of
172.102.16.22, which derives from a location in Quebec, Canada and that this
revealed a serious issue to be connected remotely to a Canadian system.”

A month before the 2020 election, the goofball Democrat pollster and OxyContin lobbyist Frank Luntz complained that the Trump campaign was “the worst campaign I’ve ever seen and I’ve been watching them since 1980. They’re on the wrong issues. They’re on the wrong message.”

He famously added: “Nobody cares about Hunter Biden.”

It fell to yours truly to remind people that Frank Luntz was not actually a credible figure in the world of polling.

One month after the 2020 election, Frank Luntz was actually trying to tell people that the economy during Trump’s first administration had been lousy! This was the first indication that Luntz was not only a disgraced OxyContin lobbyist but possibly a customer of the stuff during the Trump years. What else could explain statements this dumb and disqualifying — other than powerful drugs?

By the way, you can even get a t-shirt with the very phrase they will one day engrave on Frank Luntz’s abandoned gravestone in Purdue Pharma’s parking lot: “I am a supporter of a very famous medication right now, OxyContin, because I think that this is a miracle drug which allows people to get through the day.”

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has filed a lawsuit against the FBI and the Department of Justice for illegally seizing his cell phone. Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray are listed as defendants.

Lindell's lawsuit explains how the FBI violated his First, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights. The document is 20 pages long and images of all the pages would exceed the space allowed on Substack — so I’ve included the opening pages and a few of the most pertinent passages here.

Let’s get to the meat of the arguments. Item 25 on page 6 reads as follows:

The FBI declined to allow Mike Lindell to call his lawyer.

That’s illegal.

The FBI would also not allow Mike Lindell to leave the fast food restaurant parking lot — which constitutes an arrest, even though he was not under arrest.

That’s illegal.

Here are items 68 - 74 on Page 15:

The FBI illegally detained Mike Lindell, and then illegally asked him questions while illegally denying him the chance to call his lawyer.

They failed to read him his Miranda rights — which is also illegal.

How did the FBI locate Mike Lindell in the first place? Did the FBI obtain a search warrant to find Mike Lindell? Or was the U.S. Government illegally tracking the movements of Mike Lindell all the time? If the U.S. Government did not obtain a warrant prior to putting Mike Lindell under surveillance — and who really believes that it did? — then his rights were violated.

Investigative journalists Kevin Moncla and David Cross have filed an official complaint with the Georgia State Board of Elections.

Their allegations are very serious: they have evidence that Georgia’s elections have not been legal or valid since 2017 because its electronic voting systems were last certified for use in 2017.

A company called Pro V&V — which was hired to do voting machine certification — apparently last performed the required testing on Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A(G) system on August 7, 2019.

Even worse, Pro V&V’s own accreditation for that system apparently expired in February, 2017 — though it was allowed to continue testing.

Who was in charge of this boondoggle in state of Georgia? An agency called the Elections Assistance Commission (“EAC”) was in charge. Moncla and Cross have evidence which calls into question Georgia’s entire voting system certification process, including the credibility of the EAC.

Moncla and Cross have evidence that the electronic voting system inspection and testing company Pro V&V were not even accredited for most of 2017 — as well as for all of 2018, 2019, and 2020. There appears to be no public record that the testing company even requested re-accreditation in some of those years from the EAC at all.

What does this mean? Here is one of the key sections of the official complaint:

The actions of the EAC as detailed herein extend far beyond mere failure. The EAC allegedly fabricated a fraudulent record for Pro V&V and repeatedly, knowingly, and intentionally misrepresented the expired accreditation status of a Voting Systems Testing Laboratory to the American people. The EAC’s deceptive practices allegedly fostered a false sense of security and materially violated their responsibilities under the HAVA in both letter and spirit of the law.

The report alleges an inherit standard of any established institution or industry does not exist with voting systems in the United States. There is no benchmark, no independent method of testing, no oversight, and therefore there is no alternative but for the States to perform their own due diligence in testing our voting systems.

The complaint demands the Georgia State Election Board must immediately suspend use of the Dominion voting systems until a thorough review by a panel of independent experts can be performed.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was copied in this report. He signed the contract in 2019, alongside Mr. Gabriel Sterling, who is charge of the Professional Licensing Division of his illustrious office.

The bottom line: Dominion Voting machines appear to have not been certified for the 2020 election in Georgia.

The first rule of being a real savage on social media is: hunt big game. Nobody cares if you bag a squirrel or a possum. You gotta hunt the big monsters like disgraced CNN anchors and Fox News democrat activists. You have to track the apex predators in American politics like Mitch McConnell and Bill Gates. There’s a lot of beasts in the wild too: bigamist Muslim congresswomen, Russiagate hoaxers, corrupt FBI officials, you name it.

The lawyer known as Techno Fog is trying to obtain records from the FBI related to the infamous pedophile blackmailer Jeffrey Epstein.

One development we can divulge is our effort to obtain the FBI’s records on Jeffrey Epstein. We made a simple request: hand over all FBI interviews with Epstein. We know those records are out there, as we were the first to report that Epstein had been a source for the FBI.

There’s some interesting language here — to say the least. The FBI doesn’t want people to disclose the existence of subpoenas? The FBI has an expectation of privacy? The federal government asking private citizens to stay silent is a red flag.

The FBI is referring here to the Tina Peters case in Colorado. According to left-wing corporate media outlets where corrupt law enforcement entities regularly leak information, the FBI is “gathering evidence related to three potential crimes in Mesa County, Colorado: identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer and/or conspiracy to commit either.”

Ah, yes, computer damage and identity theft — are those crimes that the FBI usually investigates? It reminds me of the the time that Chris Wray scrambled fifteen agents to investigate a garage door pull for Bubba Wallace! Remember the great NASCAR noose hoax of 2020?

The FBI seized Lindell’s phone on Tuesday, September 13th — so the FBI managed to execute this warrant in one week.

That’s the same FBI that has not issued a warrant for Hunter Biden’s laptop in three years — but did have the time to warn Facebook to stop the laptop story from spreading on social media to protect Joe Biden.

Yesterday, the FBI seized MyPillow chief executive Mike Lindell's phone outside a fast food restaurant in Minnesota. The federal agents also questioned him about Dominion Voting machines.

Mike Lindell wanted the FBI to arrest him, but he ultimately surrendered his phone. He also spent some of his time with the agents witnessing to them about Jesus Christ.
