A federal judge gave preliminary approval to a $5.1 million settlement agreement in regard to gun owners who had been arrested, jailed, and prosecuted, as well as their guns seized, under laws that have since been found to be unconstitutional.

In other words, this ban led to incarceration and harm for people who are otherwise committed to obeying the law.

According to The Washington Post, a ban on carrying handguns outside the home and others that banned nonresidents from carrying guns at all, have since been struck down in federal court.

One of the individuals arrested included a nurse from North Carolina who was pulled over for a routine traffic stop, according to the Washington Post. Smith, who had no criminal record, informed officers that she had a legally licensed pistol in her vehicle registered in her home state; she was then subsequently taken to jail.

Throughout history, governments in power have attempted to disarm its citizens. And obviously, our leaders are no different. However, this ruling shows that Americans refuse to compromise on their rights, and will not accept lawmakers who attempt to relegate law-abiding citizens as criminals.

There is no doubt that excessive discretion vested in government officials, coupled with ambiguously defined and overly expansive provisions, invites unwarranted encroachments upon our liberties.

D.C. will pay a total of $300,000 to the six plaintiffs and $1.9 million in attorneys fees, with the majority of the rest of the money for more than 3,000 people who may qualify for the class action, according to The Washington Post.

Theincompetence of our nation's institutions has failed the American public time and time again. And yet, they want you to rely on them to save you. Except, we know that oftentimes, when it comes to ‘safety’ the government might indeed be the last place you'd consider seeking assistance from.

It is obvious that the government is not going to protect us and they know that if they take away the right to keep and bear arms, then all the other rights go with it.

Michigan parents have filed a lawsuit against Vicksburg Community Schools after four female students allegedly discovered an exposed male in the girls' restroom. This lawsuit was filed last week alleging seven civil rights and Title IX violations, naming the district, its superintendent, assistant superintendent, and two principals as defendants.

The students assert that the school's policy, which permits boys to use girls' restrooms and locker rooms, infringes upon their fundamental right to bodily privacy, and fosters a hostile environment within the school.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason why I have NEVER seen a lawsuit where boys are alleging girls are entering their spaces because of ‘gender dysphoria?’ Seems strange, doesn’t it?

The District is arguing that the policy is NECESSARY to ensure that trans students are able to feel safe and included. And that it is a reasonable accommodation for trans students and that it DOES NOT foster a hostile environment.

Not even a decade ago, these societal experiments would have seemed unimaginable and totally abhorrent. Yet here we are, finding the very people meant to protect some of the most vulnerable people of our society, defying scientific reality and implementing these experimental policies across the nation.

When female students informed administrators that there were males exposing themselves in the restroom, the administrators said, “It’s fine,” and to “tolerate it” and make the situation as “natural” as possible. School officials told the girls to “look away,” according to the National Review.

“In some situations, it has caused Plaintiffs and other biologically female students to be fearful, to stay away from the girls’ restrooms and locker rooms, to hold their urine the entire day” according to the lawsuit.

Similar incidents are happening all across the country.

It's undeniable that adults who passively allow these events to unfold have a disturbing lack of compassion for individuals and questionable moral competence.

Today's drama begins with Gaines mocking a state senator for not knowing what a woman was. Even worse, a presumably FEMALE senator! Everyone here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website stan Riley, so you no doubt know her story. She's a collegiate champion swimmer turned women's rights activist who speaks out about protecting women's sports and female athletes from having opportunities taken from them by male competitors who now claim to be female competitors.

Gaines doesn't want to see these male athletes rob girls of opportunities like scholarships and being able to discover themselves as they learn, grow, and develop. Basically, the same opportunities Lia Thomas was afforded when she was Will Thomas. Riley also believes other girls shouldn't forced to see Lia's weiner in the locker room.

Olberman, on the other hand, is a crusty old leftist twat who tweeted "derpity derp, Riley's a transphobe who sucks at swimming." As X user reminded the nasty, stupid, unsuccessful Keith Olbermann that "Dude... you're Keith Olberman," he doubled down on the derp that Gaines was a "nasty, stupid, unsuccessful transphobe."

So Riley showed off her trophies.

Furious commuters clashed with a group of woke climate activists blocking traffic in Washington, D.C. Saturday.

The protest was organized by Declare Emergency, a climate group that believes "billions of people will starve to death in the coming decades" unless the world stops using fossil fuels.

But don’t worry, there is still “two to three years in which we can avert the worst consequences of the climate catastrophe," the group's website states.

Basically, we have until Aug. 2026, before we are forever doomed. And four years will be too late because that is exactly how science works.

The New York Post reported that this was their third demonstration that week.

Justified motorists tore banners and screamed at the eco-terrorists blocking the commuters' way.

“I want to go to work! I want to go to work!” one driver said as he grabbed the banners from their hands and tossed them in the air.

The climate activists blocked traffic in hopes of pressuring the Biden administration to declare a state of climate emergency.

Could they not just send an email next time?

“You don’t give a f–k! “Get the f–k out of here! We have to go to f–king work! We’ve got kids to feed!” another driver said.

The self-centered and moralizing stance of these activists is both privileged and elitist, even though it's likely they maintain a public persona of presenting themselves otherwise. And they condescend to those who rely on fossil fuels for their daily commute to work.

When police arrived, they recognized one of the climate activists blocking the road as having been arrested in a similar act just a FEW DAYS before.

"You're under arrest for contempt of court!" an officer said. Drivers clapped and cheered as he was handcuffed.

Participating in protests of these frequencies constitutes a luxury available only to those who need employment to sustain their livelihood. Taking time off work to participate in extensive protests can be challenging. Thus, we can assume they are either unemployed or compensated for their involvement.

"You're not getting three warnings!" As some protesters were leaving, MPD's Jason Bagshaw said "Everyone's under arrest."

"Y'all know you haven't done the proper warnings?" one of the activists in handcuffs said. "We don't have to," an officer told her before all of them were taken away.

Declare Emergency said that their demonstration “was a great way to honor the legacy of Dr. King and to carry on his tradition of disruptive, nonviolent civil disobedience!”

These protests are becoming far too frequent.

Just this past week, in another incident, climate activists created a commotion during a gathering of bankers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Another group of demonstrators established a barricade, obstructing the road to Burning Man in Nevada on Sunday, compelling park rangers to drive their vehicles directly through it.

“We know a lot about fanatics,” Climate expert Michael Shellenberger said on Fox News. “These are people who are probably not capable of doing anything creative or beneficial to society so they find themselves just engaging in destructive behaviors.”

Adobe is seeking to patent a system for "diversity auditing" using computer vision that will add some AI into diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your new brain surgeon will be chosen not by his qualifications and competence, but by the color of their skin.

Great, let’s destroy meritocracy in the name of equity. That sounds pretty ethical to me.

This system basically uses face detection to break down photos of employees and slot them into categories based on certain physical traits and characteristics. It will then compute a diversity score for the plurality of images based on the distribution.

Does this mean people can no longer pretend to be Native American?

"In our society, generations of systemic biases have led to some professions being more common among certain genders and races," the inventors published in a paper. “The pursuit of a utopian world demands providing content users with an opportunity to present any profession with diverse racial and gender characteristics.”

Basically, the inventors, Mehrab Tanjim, Ritwik Sinha, Krishna Kumar Singh, Sridhar Mahadevan, David Arbour, Moumita Sinha, and Garrison W. Cottrel, want to patent a product in an effort to create their form of Utopia based entirely on the premise that every group should receive the same outcome as every other group. But this ignores the fact that every group to ever exist in all of human history has resulted in different outcomes.

Adobe needs to check its privilege. Who said they could monopolize the workforce like that?

Lowering hiring standards puts our health and safety at risk and will lead to serious implications. But unfortunately, we all know it is already happening.

United Airlines plans to train 5,000 pilots by 2030, all of whom will be guaranteed a job at United. But here is the catch: half the students will be women or people of color.

Look, it’s plane and simple: we need to destroy the left wing in order to land this plane.

In case you needed another excuse to get your kids out of public school, a middle school STEM teacher in southern California was arrested last Thursday after staff called police and reported that he was "possibly under the influence of an alcoholic beverage with students in his classroom."

Police reportedly determined that 49-year-old Clifford Harper was intoxicated, and now faces public intoxication and child endangerment charges.

This news came exactly ONE WEEK after another teacher was arrested in Oklahoma for being 'drunk on the job.'

But we have more to wine about than just drunk teachers.

Don’t forget about that California high school teacher who was put on leave after parents complained that she had a discussion with her students about sex toys, how to get them, and the male prostate and its role in sexual pleasure.

I guess we should not be surprised to see this type of behavior when we have teacher unions defending and protecting the most detergent teachers.

During COVID times teachers unionsacross the nation overwhelmingly prevented a return to in-class learning. But if they are forced to teach and actually show up for their job, they might as well use it as a way to benefit the revolution.

Public schools are now essentially indoctrination camps for America’s youth and you can’t even have your kid opt outof the propaganda.

The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights recently said they will soon start notifying districts that federal funds will be cut off if they remove books with age-inappropriate material.

You also have no right to know if your kid decides to change their pronouns or jump on the gender bender train.

One of the biggest mistakes conservatives ever made was handing over the education system to the left. Teachers don’t even knowbasic history these days.

Karl Marx said that communism would ensure that children would be educated by the state and not by their parents.

“The education of all children, from the moment that they can get along without a mother's care, shall be in state institutions,” Marx said.

According to his Manifesto, Communists would “rescue education from the influence of the ruling class.” The making of the “New Man” was the priority, and the family was an obstacle.

It appears there are a lot of red flags when we look at America's education system.

A Nebraska man was pulled over for cruising down the highway will a bull in his car. Apparently, while you can ride with your dog sticking his head out of the window, there are laws about bulls.

The Watusi bull, named Howdy Doody, was minding his own business and enjoying a morning drive with his human. Local Nebraska police had gotten a call that some dude was driving around with a cow in his car. So not only was Howdy Doody harassed for no other reason than trying to enjoy his best life, but he was racially profiled as well.

Police Captain Chad Reiman said of the unique call, “Officers thought that it was going to be a calf, something small or something that would actually fit inside the vehicle.”

Police, after harassing Howdy Doody for DWB (Driving While Bull), let him and his human go with a written warning. But they were ordered to return home and leave the city.

The human, Lee Meyer, should be commended instead of arrested. He cut off half of the roof and removed the windows and windscreen of a former cop car. He believed Howdy Doody deserved all the rights as a labrador or snickerdoodle. Also, having horns on the trunk goes hard.

I'd like to know who the bitter Karen was that called the cops. No longer content with telling the manager when the barista only puts four pumps in her strawberry acai instead of five. Now she harasses true patriots (and Lee, the guy who was driving the car) for no other reason than they exist.

This week introduced us to 12-year-old Jaiden. The young king who wore a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack and caused a (earmuffs, Jaiden) woke twat of a teacher to send him to the principles office. The Gadsden flag is better known as the Don't Tread On Me flag.

If you are like me and can barely remember what you had for breakfast this morning, let alone what happened on Tuesday, here's a refresher:

The flag is from the Revolutionary War our country was founded on. And while the Biden Regime wants to claim our founding documents and symbols are raaaaaaaacist, that doesn't make it so. The school even tried to claim banning Jaiden from having a flag patch was an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission thing, even though the EEOC admits the flag "originated in the Revolutionary War in a non-racial context."

Eventually, the school caved. They were forced to side with American history and not the leftist fee-fees of the teacher's union members who "teach" at the school. Jaiden released a new video taking a victory lap. Mostly.

It's a good news/bad news thing. The good news is that Jaiden made a bunch of new friends in class, who have been inspired to put "Don't Tread of Me" flags on their lockers! The bad news is Jaiden's getting dirty looks from his teachers.

Jaiden is twelve. And his TEACHERS are giving him an attitude because he knows more about American history than they do.

Jaiden's patch was said to be "disruptive to the classroom environment" and I had made the educated guess no other 12-year-old even noticed as much as Jaiden's woke (ear muffs) twat of a teacher did. Turns out I was right. The other 12-year-olds think a flag with a snake on it is cool.

And Jaiden -- who is twelve -- has his grown-ass teachers giving him dirty looks over him having a different opinion. Instead of keeping their opinions to themselves a TEACHING. if you needed another advertisement for homeschooling, there it is.
