The national governing body for Olympic boxing announced brand new rules for 2024, allowing women born as men to compete against women who were born as women and have not had the benefit of going through male puberty.

If you were born a dude but now think you're a lady, in order to box real ladies you need to meet the following requirements:

• Declare your gender identity as female
• Have undergone gender reassignment surgery
• Have done hormone testing for a minimum of four years after such procedures
• Have met testosterone limits set by USA Boxing
• Anyone under the age of 18 MUST compete against the gender they were born in

If we're being charitable -- it's New Year's Eve, should auld acquaintance be... you know, the thing -- they aren't the worst rules. You can't compete against girls unless you commit to the gimmick and have your balls chopped off. That's... something.

You also need to identify as female and be of legal age. So the schtick of being a MID male competitor as a junior and deciding during summer break you're going to be a female your senior year and crush the hopes and dreams of girls who worked their entire lives towards this... stick to high school track if that's you. Or swimming.

At the end of the day, these are adults making decisions as adults. And it's up to the adult FEMALES to decide they are okay with having to trade punches with men. Yes, even those who have committed to the gimmick and no longer have weiners.

Maybe you, as someone who was born a woman, think having a functioning orbital bone is a small price to pay in the name of inclusion and gay sh*t like equity. That's a choice.

Other women have made the beautiful and brave choice not to risk permanent damage so another competitor can live their best delusions. In Canada this year, Katia Bissonnette was set to fight in the 2023 Provincial Golden Glove Championship. Then she discovered her Australian-born opponent a) was a dude and b) would have been forced to fight as a dude in Australia. So Bissonnette was forced to pull out.

There are two sides to every argument. One side believes when you have the hormonal profile and capabilities of a man, plus ligaments, bone density, and overall musculature that has been built over a lifetime of being a man, it gives you eleventy different advantages over girls in fighting. And that trans or not, a guy fighting a girl isn't a competition. It's an assault.

Libs of TikTok posted on Saturday that they have been suspended by Facebook over alleged "community standards" violations. And I know what you're thinking, "Wait, Libs of TikTok was on Facebook?" Apparently!

Like most LOTT fans, I follow them on X-Twitter. Facebook is mainly an app to joke with friends and family while I watch Louder with Crowder Dot Com website articles get throttled. The Left can no longer successfully have LOTT suspended from X-Twitter. They needed to move on to a different app to feel like big shots.

What I find alarming is the lack of a specific reason given as to why Facebook suspended Libs of TikTok. Not that the platform's reason wouldn't be bullsh*t. We once got suspended for a "call to violence" over a post saying Andrew Cuomo and Chris Cuomo should have their asses kicked over their (alleged) sexually harassing ways... a year after we posted that it Facebook.

LOTT, over the past few years, has developed a reputation for its investigative reporting and for amplifying the batsh*t crazy things progressives unironically share on TikTok. Facebook never suspended them over any of the more controversial content that dominated news cycles. They just arbitrarily decided to suspend the outlet now for generic "community standards" reasons.

Two days before the end of the year.

Right before the start of our most important election year ever.

This is going to affect Libs of TikTok zero. They do all their work on X-Twitter, the second most free speech platform behind Rumble. However, if you are someone looking to express a right-leaning opinion, or even an opinion slightly to the right of Karl Marx or Hamas, you might want to follow in the immortal worst of Jonah Hill.

CNN was the lead content creator behind claiming the January 6th riot was an insurrection, other than the Democrat Party. It's not surprising they know that calling January 6th an insurrection is bullsh*t. It's only surprising they would say so out loud. But Maine's ruling removing Trump from the 2024 ballot was SOOOOOO ridiculous, that not even CNN could shill for it.

Woke Maine Secretary Shenna Bellows released her ruling as to why, under the 14th Amendment (just like Colorado), Trump should be removed. Also, like with Colorado, Bellos doesn't ackshually believe any of it. She wants the Supreme Court to decide. More on them in a bit.

Bellows' ruling wouldn't hold up in court. She would know that if she was a lawyer, but she wasn't even elected by the people: “She based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court. She’s not a lawyer, by the way."

The disturbing thing is that it's one of the less disturbing one of his TikTok videos. The "kids" part is implied because Marsh's other content not only targets children, he encourages them to communicate with him without their parents knowing. And I quote: "That's why I made a Patreon. Alright, so why did the left-wing Secretary of State from Maine decide that the leading Republican presidential candidate must be kicked off the primary ballot, you ask?

According to Fox News:

“Maine's Democratic secretary of state on Thursday disqualified former President Trump from the state's presidential primary ballot.

In her ruling, Secretary of State Shenna Bellows cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which bans from office those who ‘engaged in insurrection.’

Bellows made the ruling after some state residents, including a bipartisan group of former lawmakers, challenged Trump's position on the ballot.

Trump's lawyers requested Bellows disqualify herself over tweets that they believed showed bias. In the tweets, Bellows, a lawyer and former executive director of the ACLU, called the U.S. Capitol attack an ‘insurrection’ and bemoaned that Trump wasn't convicted by the U.S. Senate after being impeached by the U.S. House.”

She wants to cite amendments that are in the constitution, that arguably don’t even apply to a president, as her justification for “defending” democracy. Even if it could apply to a sitting president, which it very likely does not, that would have to be if he was convicted of insurrection. Which he has yet to even be charged with.

Now, had this woke joke of Secretary had at least a fraction of her brain, she would know of this little thing called the “Fifth Amendment.” And I quote: “The presumption of innocence is recognized as a due process right”

But all that is only the beginning of the insanity. That does not even touch the surface.

According to the text of the decision that was published by The Washington Post:

"In the second challenge, Attorney Paul Gordon, a registered voter of Portland, argued that because Mr. Trump has expressly stated that he won the 2020 election, he is barred from office under the Twenty-Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which sets a two-term limit on Presidents."

Yes, one of the challenges said this would be Trump's third term even though Biden is currently the sitting president. These are the hoops they are jumping through to try and justify all of this. This is how logical it all gets.

But the most irritating part about all of this is that this just enables progressive voters to further justify their cognitive dissonance. Democrat voters won't read the decision. They won't see the insanity of the text. All they will see is MSNBC using this as "evidence" for more lies that Trump is a dictator.

But can the left at least admit that if Trump is a dictator, he has got to be hands down the worst authoritarian official who has ever come into power? I mean usually, it is the dictator who goes after his political opponents. This has got to be the first time in history the defenders of democracy have done it.

It truly is a PR move, at best.

Logically, a positive thing to promote would be success stories of people disciplining themselves and losing weight. Not the other way around.

Why on earth would it be considered “positive” to gain so much weight you cannot even fit in an airline seat? It is not. There is nothing positive about that. It is all based on lies. And no matter how many people on the left try and convince people otherwise, it is nothing more than a lie. No one would EVER choose to be 200 pounds overweight rather than be as fit as a model. No one. If they say they do, they are lying.

Just like most leftist causes, the body positivity movement is dangerous because it teaches kids that there is nothing wrong with being objectively unhealthy. This is why kids need to be protected from this movement at all costs.

When I was in college, which was not even that long ago, we had to finish the course. If student teaching is part of his degree, which it is, then he should get an incomplete grade since he could not finish that part of the program.

While pretending to want “fair treatment” he is demanding special treatment.

How are you going to teach gym class over Zoom? The virtual part is not even the most absurd part about all of this. How would he even be able to demonstrate anything when he is that fat? Can he even walk for more than a minute?

And quite frankly, we should only have gym teachers who are in good shape. Otherwise, he would be considered a “hypocrite."

However, they do say “Those who can't do, teach. And those who can't teach, teach gym.”

“He claims his diabetes, hypertension and asthma mean he should have been allowed to complete the student teaching portion of his course remotely.

Have you ever asked a professor if you could have an extension on a final paper due to uncontrollable circumstances? Just for that teacher to, unfortunately, tell you that was not possible because no one else would be receiving an extension. That is basically what happened here. He wanted to be the only student in that program to be given special treatment.

Also, doing anything virtually makes it easier to cheat. So there are a million reasons as to why this man deserved to fail.

PE is not even that hard when it comes to working out. It is hardly even exercise. That fact that he was too fat to even do that, says a lot.

We should be teaching kids about the dangers of this man's gluttonous behaviors. Not having him be a role model for them.

But the left wants kids to think that obesity is the embodiment of health. So although it is likely this man will not prevail in his suit (at least for now), we are not too far off from this being illegal. It is probably already illegal in New York.

Sorry, but it is not the responsibility of the school to accommodate his obesity. That sounds like a personal problem.

Justin "I Feel Pretty" Trudeau's government is serious. And this year gave an award to a transwoman for her outstanding work in diversity. Even though, the same trans woman had Canada's OLDEST women's rape center shut down for not excepting people who have penises.

Morgane Oger was given a Meritorious Service Medal by Canadian Governor-General Mary Simon. According to The Daily Mail, Oger was cited as a 'champion of diversity' who changed perceptions of LGBTQI+ rights and worked 'tirelessly' to make them law.

'She forged alliances across party lines that propelled changes to provincial and federal legislation protecting individuals against discrimination based on gender identity or expression,' it read.

'Her courage, vision and perseverance have helped redefine the fundamental issue of equality and have advanced inclusiveness for gender-diverse Canadians.'

Oger was chosen for the award in 2018, and The Mail said it was unclear why she didn't receive the award until this year. My guess? It had to do with Oger having the women's rape center shut down in 2019. But that's just my guess.

The Vancouver Rape Relief & Women’s Shelter provided relief and shelter for women for the very reason that is in the title. Oger demanded the shelter also allow transgender women. AKA, men who say their women. AKA, people who have penises.

Shelter /ˈSHeltər/: a place giving temporary protection from something harmful.

Relief /rəˈlēf/: assistance given to those in special need or difficulty.

Vancouver Rape Relief & Women’s Shelter rejected allowing transwomen (aka dudes), on the grounds that the women who were victims of rape and looking for shelter might be uncomfortable having to share that center with guys. Yes, even though those guys claim to be girls.

Morgane Oger was angry about men not being allowed in the women's rape shelter and successfully campaigned to have the city of Vancouver strip the shelter of its funding.

Four years later, the Canadian government is rewarding xir for propelling "changes to provincial and federal legislation protecting individuals against discrimination based on gender identity or expression."

Unclear is if they are specifically talking about having funding for a rape crisis center stripped.
