A mostly peaceful protest turned not so peaceful in Philadelphia.
In case you missed it, a social media influencer known as 'Meatball' filmed herself laughing and cheering as people looted stores in Philadelphia Tuesday. She has now been arrested and charged with six felonies.

The influencer - whose real name is Dayjia Blackwell - faces the charges after she live streamed the chaos on her Instagram Stories and cheered on the looters as they ransacked stores in Center City.
Meatball was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, conspiracy, criminal mischief, riot with the intent to commit a felony and criminal use of a communication facility, according to the NY Post.

She also faces two misdemeanors, including receiving stolen property and hazardous conditions/physically offensive.
Crowds were spotted leaving the Apple Store with stolen iPhones and iPads. People also looted the nearby Foot Locker, Lululemon, and liquor stores.
She was one of 52 people arrested, interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John Stanford said in an X post.
“Because of the tactical response and good work by our officers last night, 52 individuals were arrested including 3 juveniles and 2 guns recovered. Criminal behavior should never be acceptable in our city because our communities deserve better!” he said.

At one point during her livestream, Meatball actually challenged the cops to arrest her.
“Tell the police they’re either gonna lock me up tonight, or it’s gonna get lit, it’s gonna be a movie,” she said amidst the chaos. “This is what happens when we don’t get justice in this city.”
“Free iPhones! Free iPhones,” Meatball yelled.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, police used the social media posts of Meatball and other looters to determine their location.
Police believe that Meatball went to seven locations where property destruction and burglary took place.
“What we doing tonight behind this injustice tap in?” Meatball wrote to her followers of 185,000 on Instagram, as she referred to a judge’s decision to drop all charges against former Police Officer Mark Dial, who was arrested in the fatal shooting of Eddie Irizarry during a traffic stop.
But unfortunately, Meatball's night ending in tears.
Her bail was set for $25,000, which she posted early Thursday, according to the Post.

These are the types of people who continue to wreak a heavy influence on Pennsylvania politics. And it is no surprise that they vote Democrat.
I wonder why the city continues to lose population?
But fortunately for Meatball, she can wipe those tears away because I highly doubt she will actually face anything more than a slap on the wrist, if even that.
District Attorney Larry Krasner has been at the forefront of the progressive-prosecutor movement.
When you announce to criminals that you will not prosecute them, obviously they are going to take advantage of that message.
The number of violent crimes and homicides has exploded under Krasner’s watch, and the majority of the victims are Black.
If the looters really wanted to get justice, like they claimed on Tuesday, then they should really think about who they vote for in the next election.
And it is pretty ironic how I never see mostly peaceful protests for Black victims of crimes.
