Kunzweiler Faces Allegations From Attorney

3/19/2022

Comments

Public Defender says;
"Two rogue cops conspired to carjack a vehicle. One cop is dead and the D.A. wants the victim executed."

Longtime Tulsa attorney, Kevin West, was called in to take over a case because of a scandal in the Public Defender's office.
What he heard from a young man in a jail cell, was conflicting with what the police and prosecutors were publishing.  But he kept investigating these questions and the police kept changing their story.
This week he discovered that the police were violating a state emergency executive order when they sought to commandeer a citizen's auto.

Attorney Kevin Adams sat down with the team at www.FreshBlack.coffee for their podcast.
Adams says The cops compounded their abusive attack on the driver, crushing his testicles, blasting pepper spray over his face, tasering him repeatedly, and generally beating the snot out of him.  Ware was never 'under arrest', but they cops were dead-set on getting his car.  This is a felony assault which should result in prison time for any police officer. But if a person dies while a felony is being committed, everyone guilty of the felony is also guilty of the murder, under Oklahoma law.  This court precedent would compel the District Attorney to charge the surviving cop with the murder of the dead cop, if that rationale was strictly followed.
But first the young driver needs to be able to present his full evidence of just what actually happened and why he was moved to the use of lethal force when met with the police use of lethal force.

Biden Admin Blames Devon Oil For 'Failure To Drill'

3/9/2022

Comments

The American Exploration and Production Council says; “This claim shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how exploration and production works,”
The largest chunk of active permits for drilling on federal lands where leases have already been issued. is now in New Mexico. EOG Resources (Houston) and Devon Oil (OKC) are the two largest stakeholders holding these federal permits.
The fields are rich in shale-oil, which requires successful tapping and fracking in order to be lucrative.
“Just because you have a lease doesn’t mean there’s actually oil and gas in that lease, and there has to be a lot of development that occurs between the leasing and then ultimately permitting for that acreage to be productive,” said Mike Sommers, of the American Petroleum Institute.

A review of federal drilling permits shows that half of unused onshore permits are for acreage in New Mexico’s Lea and Eddy counties, part of the Permian Basin that’s responsible for most of U.S. oil output. EOG held the most permits there, followed by Devon and Occidental Petroleum Corp.

Pipeline Primer: What Could The Keystone XL Do?

3/9/2022

Comments

Central Oklahoma plays a key role in petroleum distribution for North America.  In fact, President Barack Obama traveled to Cushing, OK in 2015, to observe the completion of the original Keystone Pipeline, linking Alberta to Gulf ports near Houston, through Cushing's crude oil terminals.
Cushing is also the site of a federal petroleum reserve tank field.

The original Keystone pipeline is open & operational, but the KeystoneXL(KXL) is a separate 36" pipeline which was designed to more than double the flow capacity and shorten the route, across Montana, South Dakota, & Nebraska; rather than the Winnipeg route of the original 30" pipe.
The existing Keystone pipe can send 700k barrels per day. The KXL would have more than doubled that, by adding another 830k of daily flow from not only Alberta, but also the Bakken oil fields of North Dakota & Montana.
While the U.S. consumes about 20 million barrels per day, adding just 5%  more oil supply, could send market prices far lower than the current asking price.
When Obama stalled, and then cancelled the US federal permits for KXL, in 2015, the Canadian petroleum distributor, TC Energy waited him out and in January of 2017, President Donald Trump reversed Obama and ordered the KXL to resume, but only if U.S. steel products were used.
On January 20, 2021, Biden immediately cancelled the KXL permits just minutes after taking his oath of office.  Estimates say the restarted KXL was only about 10% installed, because new funding had to be secured after the 2015 Obama stoppage.

Eugyppius: "Vaccinated To Death"

3/8/2022

Comments

Anonymous German blogger & independent medical researcher, Eugyppius; concludes the accumulative fatal dangers of MRNA treatments
Picture
Broadly speaking, dose 3 seems to have been worse than dose 2, and dose 2 worse than dose 1. Many, many of the vaccinated among you caught Corona following vaccination. There are the preponderances of infections in the week following the first and third doses, which we already knew about, but these are but a fraction of post-vaccine infections overall. Probably a big thing that has stalled the political momentum driving mass vaccination, is the prevalence of bad booster reactions followed by breakthrough infection.

Another point that emerged from your letters, is the generally high threshold for obtaining an exemption from further vaccination following an adverse reaction. It was disturbing to read several stories of people who were essentially vaccinated to death – dying after dose 3, following a rough reaction to dose 1 and a near-miss with dose 2.

"No politician 'checks off every box" in your list of issues. You have to prioritize and use personal discretion regarding every current and future issue that you can imagine. Then you have to also judge integrity & consistency. A candidate's openness to study the issues & courage to think for themselves. Then you need to review their honesty & work ethic.  I respect any voter's decision, when they've informed themselves and took voting seriously." - David Van Risseghem
