Why Local Elections Mean Life Or Death

10/18/2020

Comments

Mark McCloskey, a devoted husband & father, went to his front door to protect his home when a large mob broke down the gate. His devoted wife Patricia chose to assist him. Local prosecutors later arrested them, but completely ignored the criminal trespassers who arrived on their front yard.
When your human rights are threatened, Your constitutional rights need to be fully secured & respected by all governments.
If you elect the wrong local candidates, You may end up dead or imprisoned for daring to assert your liberty. Help elect local patriots.
This event took place in June, in the St Louis, MO neighborhood where leftist thugs took over the the streets, and then the neighborhoods.  The McCloskeys are respected attorneys who have devoted their careers to defending others in court.  They now face prison because in the absence of trained police presence, they tried to do the job they've been paying local taxes to see done for all of us.  A leftist District Attorney asserts that they may have pointed a gun at a criminal trespassing thug, in the chaos of the moment. But he won't charge the criminal trespassing thug.

Mark & Patricia McCloskey have been married for 35 years. In addition to raising a family, they both are practicing attorneys specializing in restoring the lives of individuals who have been harmed by others.

Major Web Search Engines Covered The Trump Town Hall Very Differently

10/15/2020

Comments

On Thursday night the 2 major party presidential nominees each held town hall meetings, hosted by main stream media companies.
While Joe Biden had a night of softballs and boring, monotonous lectures on ABC Television, Donald Trump walked into a rabid leftist TV production of NBC Television.
NBC's host was Savannah Guthrie. She coopted most of the night and limited Trumps conversations with citizens in the audience. She often diverted and disrupted the citizens questions to force 'segues' to her own endless list of loaded questions. One voter wanted to know more about Trump's proposed tax policy initiatives. Guthrie hijacked that discussion to talk about Trump's own tax returns.
But I'm devoting this article to the tech industry & their efforts to influence what we are allowed to know about the event, had we not been viewing it live.
So I typed in "trump town hall" into Bing, Google, & DuckDuckGo. Below you'll see the very different search engine 'News' results that came back. I posted at least the first 10 from each search engine.
So which search engine is most balanced? We want you to tell us (in the comments section)

Savannah Guthrie kept Trump from taking more audience questions, because she wanted him to answer more of her charges.

Epic Charter Faces 'Death Panel', Today

10/13/2020

Comments

In the quiet and distractions of a heated campaign season, the Deep State of Oklahoma are conspiring to destroy the one entity which is exposing the ineptitude of Oklahoma's public education.
Picture
John Harrington is the chairman of the State Virtual School Board. 405-522-0819
Epic Charter was recently smeared by an unprecedented State Auditor's report which made up rules and protocols which Auditor Cindy Byrd claims Epic violated. That was last week.
Now, armed with that sham document, The State Dept. of education declared jurisdiction to steal $11 million of the appropriated funds which Epic needs to educate over 61,000 Oklahoma children. That was yesterday. No court trial, no appeal... just deep state operatives wielding the powers that our lawmakers give them. That happened on Monday.
In 2013 the legislature created a State Virtual School Board, consisting of 5 members, who decide who and how can operate a charter school. We're providing the pictures, names and listed phone numbers for all five current members, as they appear on the state govt website.

Should Trump Nominate 6 More Justices This Fall?

10/11/2020

Comments

Assoc. Press Calls Court-Packing 'Depoliticizing'

One way that President Trump could play another 'trump card' is to announce on November 4th (day after election), that he will 'depoliticize the US Supreme Court by adding 6 more justices.
The constitution is silent on the makeup of the court members. We didn't always have 9 justices.
Even after the Nov. 3rd election, the senate could confirm all 6 of them before Christmas. That way even if the New Senate gets taken over by Democrats, these justices are sworn in. It would require 68 senators to remove them in impeachment.
The beauty of it lies in the hypocrisy of the Democrats who already say that more justices equals less politics in the SCOTUS.  We know that's not true when we look at the 535 member congress!
Let's wait to see who parrots the 'depoliticizing' narrative which the Associated Press talking points provide. If they go 'all in', then we've effectively trapped them in their own words.
Here's the AP story link...

Editorial: 31 Questions About Donald Trump

10/11/2020

Comments

We invite US voters to ask themselves a series of intellectual points & see if they can find some basis for objective decision making.
An anonymous thesis was recently published by supporters of President Donald Trump.  It underscores the spiritual virus of hate that has infected popular culture in the US.; ...that anyone opposing Trump is hard-pressed to enumerate actual policy failures as a basis for their rabid hate.  - David Van Risseghem
- Do you dislike that he made cruelty to animals a FELONY?
- Do you dislike he gave billions to stop the opioid crisis?
- He destroyed ISIS, killed how many terrorists without going to war and oh wait, everyone said we’d be in World War III by now with North Korea?
- Do you dislike him because we are the Largest producer of oil?
- Do you dislike him because he wanted to build a wall to keep criminals, human trafficking and drugs from coming in?
- Do you dislike him because he just slashed the price for medications and some cases 50%, which is driving big Pharma nuts?
- Do you dislike that he signed a law ending the gag-order on pharmacists that prevented them from sharing money-saving options on prescriptions?
- Do you dislike that he signed the Save Our Seas Act which funds 10 million per year to clean tons of plastic and garbage from the ocean?

31 Questions

He's called "Grandpa" by these kids; but he's been called so many hateful things by so many who are infected with a spiritual virus of hate, division, and sedition.

Wuhan Virus Doubling Rate Continues To Drop In Oklahoma

10/8/2020

Comments

The Oklahoma doubling rate was at 21 days, in July. It's now 59 days.

In early August, Oklahoma public health officials were very concerned with summer infection data.  The accumulative confirmed cases were at about 19,000 on July 10th. By July 31st the total had doubled again. That trajectory would have resulted in over 1 million live virus sicknesses around the Christmas holiday.
But then the August & September data brought some reprieve. We now have about 95,000 accumulative cases in Oklahoma. That's about 1 of every 40 Oklahomans being confirmed to have contracted the virus, whether they manifested any illness symptoms or not.
If Oklahoma remains at the current doubling rate, by Thanksgiving we'll see another 100,000 new cases.  By Mid January we'll see another 200,000 new cases. those are numbers which still trouble hospital administrators and public health agencies.  Our hospital beds and medical resources may not be sufficient when that volume materializes.
Fortunately we're seeing many promising developments. the hospitalization rate is dropping. The fatality rate is less than 1/3 of what it had been this past spring. Meds such as that which appears to have given President Trump a very quick relief & recovery is now being made available for free to hospital patients, nationwide.
Picture
The nasal swab is still the most reliable test for the Wuhan Virus. County Health Depts. & University medical schools are providing the test at no charge to the patient.
We've embedded the public health charts from the Oklahoma Dept of Health, for you to further study the data discussed in this article.

State Auditor Scolds Charter School For NOT Breaking State Law

10/7/2020

Comments

The Deep State's Oklahoma affiliate appears to have another ally in the State Auditor's office. Newly elected state auditor, Cindy Byrd; has violated state law in making a demand for private industries to turn over all receipts and contract details pertaining to their services provided to the state's most widely successful charter school.  That issue is being fought in the courts because Epic Charter and their contractors are not going to be intimidated by bullies with state agency letterhead on their thuggish writs.
But now the auditor is claiming that Epic Charter, the best-paying employer in Oklahoma public schools, is somehow to be shamed for not depositing more  into state-sanctioned retirement trusts.
It didn't take OCPA, the state's most honored thinktank; very much digging to confirm that Auditor Byrd is pressuring this charter school to violate state law in the state teachers' trust.
What makes this even more pathetic is that when the preliminary draft was presented to Epic, they attempted to save Byrd the public embarrassment, and replied.  Byrd claims she didn't hear back from Epic, but the Epic administration provided proof of correspondence.
Proper documentation is essential to the role of state auditor. We give the office great powers and authority. But when false reports of the auditor are clearly refutable,  the people have a growing shadow of doubt in both the competence and integrity of the Auditor, and her vast army of investigators who are becoming less respectful of constitutional rights.

Term Limits On District Attorneys: It's Time!

10/4/2020

Comments

There's only so much that a society can punish a lawyer.

  The task of litigating the criminal misbehaviors of the worst and most depraved in our society is a duty which eventually taints and demoralizes any morally-upright barrister. When your job is to;
  1. supervise a staff of minimum wage novice attorneys who could make more money teaching in our public schools,
  2. prosecute the most important cases yourself.

Maybe I'm jaded, but I have to wonder if the work doesn't taint and tarnish a prosecutor's view of humanity, in general? I've watched some really good people take on the job and I've watched them develop tainted attitudes toward poor people. Some ethnic minorities have seen the discrepancies and misidentified the inequities as racism, but it's really more of a social class prejudice. The outcome is an inconsistency of applying the laws. I've watched parental neglect result in prison time for poor parents, while rich parents get no charges filed at all (or dropped as soon as they lawyer up).
Picture
That's the 2nd common form of prosecutorial corruption. They become bullies.

SQ805 Exposes Our Inept Legislature

10/3/2020

Comments

Why have the judiciary committees been classifying violent crimes as 'nonviolent'?

Last legislative session, Rep. Russ Ford(R-Broken Arrow) make a small reform in our Oklahoma criminal code by reclassifying spousal assault & battery as a violent crime.
What astonished most of the legislative observers is that for decades, your own spouse has less protections against crime than a total stranger.
The bill passed without any meaningful questioning.
But evidently, the District Attorneys of Oklahoma are now warning us not to support SQ805, because the legislature has failed to properly classify many acts of human violence as 'violent crimes'.
  Two questions arise;
  1. Why haven't you spoken out about this problem sooner?
  2. Why can't we have the real reforms of SQ805 and yet reclassify the violence as... 'violence'?
Oklahoma Statutes Title 57 Section 571, which is available here.
Perhaps if the House Judiciary chair, Chris Kannady, & Senate Judiciary Chair, Julie Daniels; had been prioritizing the fundamental tasks of reforming their predecessors failings and corruption, we'd actually have a straight-forward ballot initiative to vote upon.
As it is, all the items in the below-listed categories deemed nonviolent... are still wrongly classified and our citizens are being underserved when a violence happens against them.
Picture
DA Mike Fisher is using the screwed up legislative list of statutory violent felonies, to argue against SQ805.
If the legislature can't do a small job, like make a list of violent felonies, then all the more reason why the voters need to make these fundamental sentencing reforms, like SQ805.
