KOKI TV reports at 9pm, Sunday night; "Inhofe was involved in a plane crash resulting from inclement weather near Ketchum, OK.
Inhofe and a friend were flying in 2 planes when a weather condition caused them to have to land. A deer in the runway caused Inhofe to veer off, resulting in undetermined damage to the plane.
Inhofe has had a colorful history as a pilot. He escaped death when his propeller fell off, and was forced to seek retraining due to a dangerous incident when he almost hit a maintenance crew

One pilot wrote a scathing report of Inhofe's behavior.
In 1999, Inhofe was again at the Ketchum airport, taking off to join President Bill Clinton in OKC, when his prop flew off. In that incident, 17 years ago, Inhofe made a masterful landing and escaped unscathed.
