Good news vs Bad news The latest state health dept numbers are affirming to everyone, depending on what you choose to obsess about. While the alarmists and other advocates for an Orwellian society are putting on a show of terror about the population actually catching a virus which we were all told would eventually go through the whole population; Others are celebrating the lessening threat of that virus causing grave illness. In mid April, Oklahomans were dying at a daily rate near or exceeding 10 people per day. Now the certified cases are running a daily count which is perhaps 10 times as many at once, but the death count per day is about what it was when Oklahoma went into shutdown. Tens of thousands are certified to be fully recovered and immune to the virus, but some Oklahomans want to force harmful masks on to those in full recovery. With the legislature in adjournment, leftist mayors and councils are having their way and criminalizing the failure to wear masks when the oligarchs demand compliance. |  The Summer rate of death from The Wuhan strain of Corona Virus is currently a small fraction of the danger it posed last April. |
 |  Physicians across the nation have said that the virus will fully sweep across the nation this year. No vaccine is expected to be fully available before the US reaches a 60% exposure rate and the majority of people either fight off infection quickly, or spend time nursing a sickness for days or weeks. But hospitalization is becoming far more rare as better therapies become more commonly practiced. Public health professionals expect that the virus is fully spread to the entire nation and has probably exposed 10 times as many citizens as are certified and/or tested. Now, in leftist cities, a mask mandate is being fully applied via criminal ordinances. No exceptions are granted in the draft proposals for those who are fully in recovery from Covid-19. These are no longer infected, but still regaining their strength & need more oxidation than the restrictive masks will allow. Many medical workers & sales clerks are now spreading yeast infections of the mouth (Thrush), and viral Herpes Simplex 1 (Cold Sores), because they must keep the mask on for 8 hours, while the warm, wet, & dark face masks are especially favorable to the common diseases. Nationally, the covid infection rate is estimated to be at about 8% of the full population. By December that rate will likely be at more than 50%, and it's important that the population avoids facing both the inevitable annual influenza at the same time as the Wuhan strain of virus. All conventional wisdom indicates that public schools should fully open for children by labor day. the Wuhan Virus is showing itself to be similar to the chicken pox virus in terms of child illness severity. But for the elderly, the virus is and will be deadly to their aging lungs. A new public policy narrative which is growing in acceptance, says that elderly populations should take extra care and avoid broad public exposure. They would do well to be using high quality respirator masks, such as those which painters use when working with solvents, lacquers, and other dangerous substances which can be inhaled. Sadly, leftists govts are seeking to stall and slow down the process of absorbing the Wuhan covid, rather than pushing through during the otherwise healthier months of the summer. |
