Fisher Calls On Oklahoma To End Dependence On Federal Subsidies

  The Dan Fisher For Governor campaign released a video on the subject of state dependence on federal funding.
  He advocates a willingness to forego the funding if & when the federal govt. ties the money to regulations which Oklahomans reject.
   This is similar to the decisions of the California Assembly which recently defied federal authority by stating that they will openly provide 'sanctuary' to illegal aliens. 
  The federal agencies have not yet responded to that defiance.  The federal govt. lacks constitutional authority to impose many regulations, but has a long history of using subsidies to the states, to accomplish their desired outcomes.
