These rules appear to apply to processed products such as oils, edibles, pills, or any THC product that is not in it's whole raw state. The licensed processors will be required to submit to testing a batch every 3 months, and make the results available to the OMMA. Those growers who sell dried whole 'flower' directly to dispensaries may not be impacted at all by today's actions.
